Abstract

一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜,第一层为第一离型膜层;第二层为改性聚氨酯硬化涂层,其厚度为1‑15μm;第三层为基材层,其厚度为100‑200μm,且基材层的材料为TPU或TPH;第四层为压敏胶层,其厚度为10~35μm;第五层为第二离型膜层。本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜制备方法工艺简单,由于使用的基材是TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)或TPH,拉伸性大,柔韧性强,且在贴膜过程中不易产生气泡和褶皱,美观性强,操作便捷,同时该环保隔热车衣膜还具有优异的耐刮、抗老化、抗黄变、热修复性能,防紫外线甚佳,使用寿命长,易实现量产化。

Description

一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及贴附在汽车车身表面车衣膜,特别涉及一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
常规的漆面保护膜,即贴附在汽车车身和建筑物表面的贴膜,只能提供基本的保护作用。当汽车表面经过太阳长时间的照射,太阳光中的紫外线辐射则会导致汽车车漆的褪色,漆面保护膜也会随之发生黄变及老化。
目前,传统的车衣膜不能阻隔紫外线、拉伸性差、易老化、易磨损,且市场上的车衣膜都是采用PVC(聚氯乙烯)材料作为基材,因基材本身的限制韧性低,贴合性差,施工难度大,且涂层不能有效阻挡紫外线,导致汽车车漆和基材易黄变,易老化,耐刮性能差且不具备热修复细小划痕的功能,使用寿命短,在产品的推广上也存在限制。
发明内容
本发明提供一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜及其制备方法。该车衣膜可以贴附汽车车身表面能有效阻隔紫外线,在太阳长时间暴晒的情况下起到抗黄变、抗老化的作用,同时被细小的碎石刮伤时,也能在高温时(太阳照射下)自行恢复,且抗刮、防污。
为解决以上提到的传统汽车车衣膜存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜,所述的透明隔紫外线车衣膜包括依次层叠的以下各层:
第一层为第一离型膜层,起到保护作用,无实际功能效果;
第二层为改性聚氨酯硬化涂层,其厚度为1-15μm;具有抗划痕、防污、热修复、防紫外线的功能;
第三层为基材层,其厚度为100-200μm,且基材层的材料为TPU或TPH;
第四层为压敏胶层,其厚度为10~35μm;
第五层为第二离型膜层,增强保护作用。
进一步地,第一离型膜层为硅胶离型膜层,第二离型膜层为PET离型膜层。
进一步地,耐刮、隔紫外线涂层的材料为耐磨聚氨酯中添加占总质量比为5-8%的UV400吸收剂。
进一步地,基材层的材料为TPU或TPH,且可见光波段透过率≥45%。
本发明还提供了一种上述透明隔紫外线车衣膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)通过涂布方式在基材层的一侧涂布一层压敏胶,形成压敏胶层,并复合一层离型膜,形成第二离型膜层,主要起到对基材层的保护作用,其中,基材层为TPU或TPH;
(2)通过涂布方式在基材层的另一侧涂布一层耐刮、隔紫外线涂层,并在涂层未干的情况下复合一层硅胶离型膜,形成第一离型膜层。
上述的透明隔紫外线车衣膜可粘贴于汽车车身表面,特殊的涂层能有效避免紫外线长时间照射使汽车车漆褪色、汽车表面老化黄变,提高车辆的保值性及其美观度;同时具有韧性强,拉升性大的特点,车衣膜在高温时(太阳照射下)也能自动修复细小划痕。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜的厚薄度适中,柔韧性强、拉伸性大,可与汽车车身表面紧密贴合;透明的车衣膜不仅可以保护汽车原车漆,还能提高车身亮度,增强车辆质感,同时涂层中添加5%的UV400吸收剂对380nm以下波段的紫外线的阻隔率可高达97%,隔紫外线性能良好;改性聚氨酯硬化涂层能有效增强透明隔紫外线车衣膜的防污、防腐性能,能自动修复细小划痕,延长了透明隔紫外线车衣膜的使用寿命。
本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜制备方法工艺简单,由于使用的基材是TPU(热塑性聚氨酯弹性体)或TPH,拉伸性大,柔韧性强,且在贴膜过程中不易产生气泡和褶皱,美观性强,操作便捷,同时该环保隔热车衣膜还具有优异的耐刮、抗老化、抗黄变、热修复性能,防紫外线甚佳,使用寿命长,易实现量产化。

具体实施方法
为了更加清楚地解释说明本发明的技术特征、目的和效果,现对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方法。
下面详细说明本发明的透明隔紫外线车衣膜的制备方法:
1、首先提供硅胶离型膜作为第一离型膜层1,提供PET离型膜PET离型膜在张力为300N的条件下拉伸无明显形变,作为第二离型膜层5;
2、提供透明柔性TPU膜或TPH膜作为基材层3;
3、提供液态的聚氨酯涂层,在其中添加液态的UV400吸收剂,其添加量比例为5%,通过机器搅拌20分钟成型,形成耐刮、防紫外线改性聚氨酯硬化涂层2;
4、通过卷绕式涂布贴合线的方式在基材层3的一侧压敏胶层4,涂布速度为5米/每分钟,并复合一层PET离型膜层,形成第二离型膜层5,起到保护基材层3的作用;
5、通过卷绕式涂布贴合线的方式在基材层4的另一侧涂耐刮、防紫外线涂层2,涂布速度5米/每分钟,在涂层未干的情况下复合一层硅胶离型膜层,带干透后即形成第一离型膜层1。
图1是所制备的透明隔紫外线车衣膜的结构示意图,该透明隔紫外线车衣膜的膜层结构依次为:
(1)第一离型膜层;
(2)耐刮、隔紫外线涂层,其厚度为6μm;
(3)基材层,其厚度为130μm,材料为TPU或TPH;
(4)压敏胶层,其厚度为25μm;
(5)第二离型膜层,其厚度为75μm。
将本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜进行紫外线反射率测试,结果如图2所示,经过测试,本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜在波长为380nm以下的紫外阻隔率可高达97%;表明本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜阻隔紫外线性能优越。
由此可见,本发明提供的透明隔紫外线车衣膜能有效阻紫外线,具有良好的抗老化性和抗黄变功能,

Claims (5)

1.一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜,其特征在于:
第一层为第一离型膜层;
第二层为改性聚氨酯硬化涂层,其厚度为1-15μm;
第三层为基材层,其厚度为100-200μm,且基材层的材料为TPU或TPH;
第四层为压敏胶层,其厚度为10~35μm;
第五层为第二离型膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜,其特征在于:进一步地,第一离型膜层为硅胶离型膜层,第二离型膜层为PET离型膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜,其特征在于:进一步地,改性聚氨酯硬化涂层为耐磨聚氨酯中添加占总质量比为5-8%的UV400吸收剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜,其特征在于:进一步地,基材层的材料为TPU或TPH,且可见光波段透过率≥45%。
5.一种透明隔紫外线车衣膜的制作方法,其特征在于:
(1)首先提供硅胶离型膜作为第一离型膜层,提供PET离型膜PET离型膜在张力为300N的条件下拉伸无明显形变,作为第二离型膜层;
(2)提供透明柔性TPU膜或TPH膜作为基材层;
(3)提供液态的聚氨酯涂层,在其中添加液态的UV400吸收剂,其添加量比例为5%,通过机器搅拌20分钟成型,形成耐刮、防紫外线改性聚氨酯硬化涂层;
(4)通过卷绕式涂布贴合线的方式在基材层的一侧压敏胶层,涂布速度为5米/每分钟,并复合一层PET离型膜层,形成第二离型膜层,起到保护基材层的作用;
(5)通过卷绕式涂布贴合线的方式在基材层的另一侧涂耐刮、防紫外线涂层,涂布速度5米/每分钟,在涂层未干的情况下复合一层硅胶离型膜层,带干透后即形成第一离型膜层。
