Abstract
The invention provides a new color aluminum tube pigment on ceramic glaze and a preparation method thereof, wherein the new color aluminum tube pigment is a product obtained by blending inorganic mineral pigment powder and oil material according to the proportion of 1:2, wherein the inorganic mineral pigment powder is prepared by mineral separation, crushing, grinding and grading of natural ores; the oil material is selected from mastic oil. The mastic oil is put into a stirrer to be stirred, and then the inorganic mineral pigment powder is slowly added to be blended and stirred until the mastic oil is saturated; filling the saturated cream-like mixture into an aluminum tube, sealing with a sealing machine, sealing, storing, and selling. The invention mixes and grinds the new color mineral pigment powder and the oil material on the ceramic glaze according to the corresponding proportion, and then the mixture is put into an aluminum tube for sealed sale, thereby reducing the resource waste caused by that the raw materials are dried and cracked and can not be used because of being placed outside for a long time.

(2) weighing inorganic mineral pigment powder and mastic oil according to the proportion of 1:2, placing mastic oil into a stirrer, stirring, slowly adding the inorganic mineral pigment powder obtained in the step (1), blending and stirring to obtain a saturated cream-shaped mixture;
(3) and (3) filling the saturated cream mixture obtained in the step (2) into an aluminum tube, sealing the aluminum tube by using a sealing machine, sealing, storing and selling.
