Description

Crop coated pesticide fertilizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural fertilizers, in particular to a crop coating pesticide fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pesticide fertilizer is a novel ecological compound fertilizer formed by mixing pesticide and fertilizer according to a certain proportion formula and stabilizing the fertilizer and the pesticide in a specific compound system through a certain process technology, and the fertilizer is generally used as a pesticide carrier. For the sustainable development of contemporary agriculture, medical manures are a new attempt to support and drive modern agriculture with powerful technology. The pesticide fertilizer can combine two operation steps in the field, which not only saves labor force, but also reduces time and energy consumption.
At present, pesticide fertilizer products in the market effectively combine pesticides and fertilizers, but have obvious defects. For example, the farmers use the fertilizer greatly every year, so that the beneficial bacteria in the soil are reduced sharply, and the organic nutrients are seriously lost, thereby causing the breeding of a great number of plant diseases and insect pests, the increase of pesticide residues and the serious loss of nutrients (N, P, K) in the soil; moreover, the existing various biological pesticides and plant-derived pesticides have the defects of poor broad spectrum, slow insecticidal effect, high price and difficult acceptance by farmers.
The coating is that sugar or other materials capable of forming films are coated on the outer surface of the solid pharmaceutical preparation in a specific device according to a specific process, and the solid pharmaceutical preparation becomes a layer or a plurality of layers of multifunctional protective layers with different thicknesses and different elasticity and is tightly adhered to the surface after being dried. By coating the medical fertilizer, the fertilizer has the characteristics of comprehensive prevention and control, low toxicity, high efficiency, seed and medicine conservation, environmental protection and high input-output ratio. However, the existing coating technology mostly utilizes the physical action of the coating to achieve slow release, is not friendly to the soil environment, and can destroy the ecological balance of the soil when being used in large quantity; and the coating has poor thixotropy, the coating is easy to fall off during transportation and sowing, and the structure of the coating is damaged by poor irrigation or heavy rain and strong wind, so that the function of the coating is influenced.
Therefore, how to provide a safe and efficient crop coating pesticide fertilizer is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
