After cooking, the animal carcasses are conveyed into a feeding box 332 through a discharging port 12, the cooked animal carcasses enter an auger conveyor 31 along a filter plate 333, the cooked soup enters a liquid collecting tank 324 through filter holes in the filter plate 333 for collection, the cooked animal carcasses are conveyed onto a first conveying belt 332 in a discharging bin 331 by the auger conveyor 31 and are conveyed to a discharging port 333 through the first conveying belt 332, and the cooked animal carcasses are discharged into a drying bin 22 and the feeding end of a second conveying belt 23 at the top for drying;
the animal carcasses entering the drying bin 22 are arranged in a staggered mode through a plurality of second conveying belts 23 to form a folding type flow channel, each second conveying belt 23 is provided with an air outlet plate, namely, the animal carcasses are dried while being conveyed, and finally, the dried animal carcasses are conveyed to a collecting box 24 to be collected and used as components of building materials, fuels or fertilizers after being smashed.

Claims (10)

1. A steaming and drying device, characterized in that the device comprises:
the cooking device comprises a cooking device (1), wherein a feeding hole (11) is formed in the top of the cooking device (1), and a discharging hole (12) is formed in the bottom of the cooking device (1);
the drying device (2), the top of the drying device (2) is provided with a feeding hole (21);
the feeding end of the lifting device (3) is positioned below the discharge hole (12), and the discharge end of the lifting device (3) is positioned above the feeding hole (21) of the drying device;
the cooking device (1) comprises a cooking tank body (101), a cooking tank cover (102) is arranged at the top end of the cooking tank body (101), a collection bin (103) is connected to the bottom end of the cooking tank body (101), a driving motor (104) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the cooking tank cover (102), the feeding port (11) is arranged on one side of the driving motor (104), the output end of the driving motor (104) is rotatably connected with a driving shaft (105), the driving shaft (105) penetrates through the cooking tank cover (102) and the cooking tank body (101) and extends into the bottom of the collection bin (103), and a spiral stirring blade (106) is arranged on the driving shaft (105) and is positioned in the cooking tank body (101); the discharge hole (12) is arranged at the bottom end of the collection bin (103).

The cooking and drying device according to claim 1, wherein the outer side of the cooking tank body (101) is coated with an insulating layer (107), a pressure display (1071) and a temperature display (1072) are arranged at the top of the insulating layer (107), the pressure display (1071) and the temperature display (1072) are respectively connected with a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor on the inner wall of the cooking tank body (101) through lines, a liquid level pipe (108) is arranged at the outer side of the insulating layer (107), and the upper end and the lower end of the liquid level pipe (108) both penetrate through the insulating layer (107) and are communicated with the inner cavity of the cooking tank body (101).

The steaming and drying device according to claim 2, wherein a steam generator (13) is arranged on one side of the steaming and boiling tank body (101), the outlet end of the steam generator (13) is communicated with a plurality of steam discharge pipes (15) arranged in the steaming and boiling tank body (101) through a gas transmission pipeline (14), the plurality of steam discharge pipes (15) are uniformly arranged along the inner wall of the steaming and boiling tank body (101), and a gas transmission check valve (16) is arranged on the gas transmission pipeline (14).

The cooking and drying device according to claim 2, wherein the cooking pot (101) comprises an outer layer (1011) and an inner layer (1012) which are annularly arranged, a plurality of heating pipes (1013) are uniformly arranged between the inner layer (1011) and the outer layer (1012), and the heating pipes (1013) are electrically connected with a power supply through a circuit.

The cooking and drying device of claim 3 or 4, wherein the cooking pot cover (102) is further provided with an air outlet (1021), the air outlet (1021) is communicated with an inlet end of the purifier (1023) through an air outlet pipe (1022), an outlet end of the purifier (1023) is connected with a purification air outlet pipe (1024), the air outlet pipe (1022) is provided with an air outlet check valve (1025) and an air outlet fan (1026), the air outlet fan (1026) is arranged close to the purifier (1023), the cooking pot cover (102) is further provided with a water inlet (1027), the water inlet (1027) is communicated with a water inlet pipe (1028), and the cooking pot cover (102) is further provided with a pressure regulating valve (1029).

The cooking and drying device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of collecting scrapers (1031) are arranged in the collecting bin (103), the collecting scrapers (1031) are fixedly connected with the driving shaft (104), the collecting scrapers (1031) comprise a cross bar (10311) and a scraper (10312), one end of the cross bar (10311) is fixedly connected with the driving shaft (104), the other end of the cross bar is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the scraper (10312), the top end of the scraper (10312) is close to the cooking tank body (101), and the scraper (10312) is in contact with the inner wall of the collecting bin (103).

The cooking and drying device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting device (3) comprises an auger conveyor (31), a feeding device (32) and a discharging device (33), the feeding device (32) is arranged at a feeding end of the auger conveyor (31), the discharging device (33) is arranged at a discharging end of the auger conveyor (31), the feeding device (32) comprises a feeding support (321) and a feeding box (322) arranged on the feeding support (321), an inclined filter plate (323) is arranged inside the feeding box (322), one end of the filter plate (323) is connected with the feeding end of the auger conveyor (31), the horizontal position of the other end of the filter plate (323) is higher than that close to one end of the auger conveyor (31), and a liquid collecting tank (324) is arranged below the filter plate (323); the discharging device (33) comprises a discharging bin (331), a first conveying belt (332) is arranged in the discharging bin (331), the feeding end of the first conveying belt (332) is arranged below the discharging end of the auger conveyor (31), the discharging end of the first conveying belt (332) is located at a discharging port (333) of the discharging bin (331), and the discharging port (333) is located above a feeding port (21) of the drying device (2).

The cooking and drying device according to claim 1, wherein the drying device (2) comprises a drying bin (22), the feeding port (21) is arranged at one side of the top end of the drying bin (22), a plurality of second conveying belts (23) are arranged in the drying bin (22) in a staggered manner from top to bottom, the feeding end of the second conveying belt (23) at the top is positioned below the discharge port (333), the discharging end of the second conveying belt (23) at the top is arranged at the feeding end of the second conveying belt (23) at the bottom, and the collecting box (24) is arranged below the discharging end of the second conveying belt (23) at the lowest.

The cooking and drying device according to claim 8, wherein an air blower (25) is arranged on one side of the drying bin (22), the air blower (25) is respectively communicated with the plurality of air supply branch pipes (252) through an air supply pipeline (251), each air supply branch pipe (252) is respectively connected with an air outlet plate (253), a plurality of air outlet holes (254) are uniformly distributed on the air outlet plates (253), each air outlet plate (253) is matched with one second conveying belt (23), an induced draft plate (26) is arranged on one side of the drying bin (22) opposite to the air supply pipeline (251), an induced draft fan (27) is arranged on the outer side of the induced draft plate (26), the induced draft fan (27) is fixed on the outer wall of the drying bin (22), and the induced draft fan (27) is communicated with the air blower (25) through a pipeline.
10. The cooking and drying device according to claim 9, characterised in that said air outlet plate (253) is arranged on one side of the corresponding second conveyor belt (23), and the other side of the second conveyor belt (23) is provided with a baffle (231).
