Scutellaria baicalensis: bitter taste and cold nature, entering lung, gallbladder, spleen, large intestine and small intestine channels, clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and removing toxicity, and can be used for treating damp-heat in upper jiao and summer-heat dampness.
Gardenia: bitter and cold in flavor, entering heart, lung and triple energizer meridians. White atractylodes rhizome: bitter, sweet and warm, entering spleen and stomach meridians. Has effects in eliminating dampness, promoting diuresis, invigorating spleen and invigorating qi. Can be used for treating spleen deficiency, retention of water and dampness.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the formula provided by the invention is compatible according to monarch and minister medicines, not only can invigorate spleen and eliminate turbid pathogen, open and close and relieve stagnation, but also can clear heat and dry dampness, inhibit bacteria and relieve itching, can effectively reduce alopecia and relieve scalp itching symptoms, and has small toxic and side effects.

Detailed Description
The Chinese herbal compound preparation for treating alopecia and scalp itch comprises, by weight, 5-30 parts of scutellaria baicalensis, 5-30 parts of gardenia, 10-30 parts of poria cocos, 10-30 parts of coix seeds, 10-30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10-30 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-60 parts of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 5-30 parts of mangnolia officinalis, 10-60 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 5-60 parts of cortex dictamni, 10-60 parts of fructus cnidii, 10-60 parts of fructus kochiae, 5-10 parts of rhizoma acori graminei and 10-20 parts of liquorice.
The above components are mixed to prepare an extracting solution, the extracting method can be a water extracting method and an alcohol extracting method, and specifically, the water extracting method comprises the following steps: mixing the components according to the formula amount, adding 5-20 times of water, soaking for 1-2h, decocting for 0.5-2h, repeatedly extracting for 3 times, centrifuging to separate decoctions, and mixing the decoctions to obtain an extract.
The alcohol extraction method comprises the following steps: mixing the components according to the formula amount, crushing to 60-80 meshes, adopting 30-80% ethanol as an extracting agent, adding 20-30 times of the formula amount, soaking for 2-4 hours at 40-65 ℃, repeatedly extracting for 3 times, separating the maceration extract by adopting a centrifugal mode, and mixing the maceration extracts to obtain an extracting solution.
The extractive solution can be used as main ingredient of Chinese medicinal compound preparation, and can be made into various dosage forms such as topical disintegrating tablet, topical effervescent granule, topical effervescent tablet, topical emulsion, etc.; or making into teabag.
The external disintegrating tablet is prepared by the following steps:
a. concentrating the extractive solution, drying, and pulverizing to obtain medicinal powder;
b. mixing the medicinal powder 10-60%, croscarmellose sodium 1-30%, crospovidone 1-30%, aromatic flavoring agent 0.5-5%, dextrin or soluble starch 10-70%, magnesium stearate 0-5%, PEG 0-10%, and magnesium lauryl sulfate 0-10%, and tabletting to obtain disintegrating tablets.
The external effervescent granule is prepared by the following steps:
a. concentrating the extractive solution, drying, and pulverizing to obtain medicinal powder;
b. mixing the powder with 0.5-5 times of dextrin or soluble starch, and dividing into A, B parts;
c. mixing sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate with the powder A, spraying 50-90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading; mixing citric acid or tartaric acid with powder B, spraying 50% -90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading;
d. mixing the above two granules, and making into effervescent granule.
The external effervescent tablet is prepared by the following steps:
a. concentrating the extractive solution, drying, and pulverizing to obtain medicinal powder;
b. mixing the powder with 0.5-5 times of dextrin or soluble starch, and dividing into A, B parts;
c. mixing sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate with the powder A, spraying 50-90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading; mixing citric acid or tartaric acid with powder B, spraying 50% -90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading;
d. mixing the above two granules, and tabletting with a tabletting machine to obtain effervescent tablet.
The external emulsion is prepared by the following steps:
a. concentrating the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution to thick paste of 1.02-1.5 g/ml;

The tea bag is prepared by the following steps:
a. mixing the components of the Chinese medicinal composition, pulverizing, and sieving with No. 1 sieve or No. 2 sieve;
b. extracting the oversize product with water or 10-90% ethanol, concentrating the extractive solution, spraying onto the sieved powder, mixing, oven drying, and packaging into filter bag for external washing or drinking.
Example 1
The traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating alopecia and scalp itch comprises, by weight, 15g of scutellaria baicalensis, 10g of gardenia, 10g of poria cocos, 10g of coix seeds, 15g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 15g of rhizoma atractylodis, 20g of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 10g of mangnolia officinalis, 30g of radix sophorae flavescentis, 30g of cortex dictamni, 50g of fructus cnidii, 50g of fructus kochiae, 5g of rhizoma acori graminei and 10g of liquorice. Mixing the above materials, pulverizing to 80 mesh, adding 50% ethanol as lixiviant 30 times of the formula amount, soaking at 65 deg.C for 2 hr, repeatedly leaching for 3 times, centrifuging to separate maceration extract, and mixing maceration extracts to obtain extractive solution.
Concentrating the above Chinese medicinal extractive solution, drying, and pulverizing to obtain medicinal powder; mixing the medicinal powder with 3 times of dextrin, and dividing into A, B parts; mixing sodium bicarbonate with the powder A, spraying 50-90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading; mixing citric acid with the powder B, spraying 50-90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading; mixing the above two granules, and tabletting with a tabletting machine to obtain effervescent tablet.
Example 2
The traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating alopecia and scalp itch comprises, by weight, 9g of scutellaria baicalensis, 9g of cape jasmine, 10g of poria cocos, 10g of coix seeds, 10g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10g of rhizoma atractylodis, 15g of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 5g of mangnolia officinalis, 20g of sophora flavescens, 20g of cortex dictamni, 30g of fructus cnidii, 30g of fructus kochiae, 5g of rhizoma acori graminei and 10g of liquorice. Mixing the above materials, adding 10 times of water, soaking for 1 hr, decocting for 1 hr, repeatedly extracting for 3 times, centrifuging to separate decoctions, and mixing decoctions to obtain extractive solution.
Concentrating the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution to thick paste of 1.02-1.5 g/ml; taking 40 parts of thick paste, mixing with 10 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5 parts of lauryl alcohol ether ammonium sulfate, 5 parts of sodium lauryl amphoglycinate, 1 part of polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, 2 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 2 parts of benzyl alcohol, 2 parts of methyl paraben, 1 part of D-panthenol, 2 parts of glycerol, 3 parts of citric acid and 20 parts of deionized water uniformly, and preparing into an emulsion.
Example 3
The traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating alopecia and scalp itch comprises, by weight, 30g of scutellaria baicalensis, 9g of gardenia, 5g of poria cocos, 5g of coix seeds, 10g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10g of rhizoma atractylodis, 10g of rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, 5g of mangnolia officinalis, 30g of sophora flavescens, 20g of cortex dictamni, 20g of fructus cnidii, 20g of fructus kochiae, 5g of rhizoma acori graminei and 10g of liquorice. Mixing the above materials, pulverizing to 80 mesh, adding 50% ethanol as lixiviant 30 times of the formula amount, soaking at 65 deg.C for 2 hr, repeatedly leaching for 3 times, centrifuging to separate maceration extract, and mixing maceration extracts to obtain extractive solution.
Concentrating the extractive solution, drying, and pulverizing to obtain medicinal powder; mixing the medicinal powder with 3 times of dextrin, and dividing into A, B parts; mixing sodium bicarbonate with the powder A, spraying 50-90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading; mixing citric acid with the powder B, spraying 50-90% ethanol as wetting agent, granulating, drying, and grading; mixing the above two granules, and tabletting with a tabletting machine to obtain effervescent tablet.
Example 4

Mixing the above materials, pulverizing to 60 mesh, adding 50% ethanol as lixiviant 20 times of the formula amount, soaking at 60 deg.C for 2 hr, repeatedly leaching for 3 times, centrifuging to separate maceration extract, and mixing maceration extracts to obtain extractive solution.

Mixing the above materials, pulverizing to 60 mesh, adding 50% ethanol as lixiviant 20 times of the formula amount, soaking at 60 deg.C for 2 hr, repeatedly leaching for 3 times, centrifuging to separate maceration extract, and mixing maceration extracts to obtain extractive solution.
Concentrating the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution to thick paste of 1.02-1.5 g/ml; taking 60 parts of thick paste, uniformly mixing with 15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 10 parts of ammonium lauryl ether sulfate, 5 parts of sodium lauryl amphoglycinate, 3 parts of coconut monoethanolamide, 2 parts of polydimethylsiloxane emulsion, 2 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 2 parts of methyl paraben, 2 parts of ethylparaben, 163 parts of organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt, 1 part of D-panthenol, 2 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of citric acid, 1 part of tartaric acid and 30 parts of deionized water, and preparing into an emulsion.
Test for alopecia preventing and itching relieving effects
1. Volunteer selection: selecting damp-heat alopecia volunteers with age of 18-50 years, alopecia accompanied with scalp pruritus, which have no obvious abnormality in health, organ function, etc., and have no hormone, immunosuppressant, hair-growing medicine or related product recently. Subject 30, 21 males and 9 females.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine compound of embodiment 3 of the invention is used as a sample, the test period is 4 weeks, the sample is used for washing for 1 time every 2 days, the soaking time is not less than 20min each time, and excessive scratching is avoided during washing; during the test period, the subjects were asked to work and rest regularly, to relax mood, and to have a light diet.
3. The test adopts self-control design, and before and after the test, the follow-up records observe indexes (pruritus, heavy feeling of head, greasiness, dandruff, skin damage condition and hair loss) and adverse reaction occurrence conditions.
The pruritus patients self-adopt a quantitative scoring mode, and the score is carried out from 0 to 10 minutes from 'none' to 'intolerable (the scratching times are large and difficult to relieve every day').
The patients with heaviness in head self-score in a quantitative scoring mode from 'none' to 'heaviness in head (heaviness in head)' from 0 to 10 minutes.
The greasiness is divided into 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees.
The dandruff is 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees of integration.
The area and degree of skin damage are divided into 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees.
The hair loss number is divided into 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees.
The hair loss counting and recording method comprises the following steps: comprises three parts, namely a first part for recording the number of hairs on the pillow towel used per day; the second part, recording the number of hair removed in each combing; third, if the hair is washed, the number of hairs in the sink or basin is recorded.
The treatment effect evaluation standard is as follows:
(1) and (3) healing: the integral drops by over 90%; the scalp has no pruritus, scurf and skin damage; the head is fresh; the daily hair loss amount and the hair thickness and color are normal; the secretion of head oil is moderate;
(2) the effect is shown: integral drop > 70%; scalp itch and grease secretion are obviously improved; the skin damage area is obviously reduced; the sleepiness is obviously reduced; the scurf index is obviously improved; the hair loss quantity is reduced;
(3) the method has the following advantages: the integral is reduced to 30% -70%; itching, dandruff and reduced secretion of scalp oil; the skin damage area is reduced;
(4) and (4) invalidation: integral drop < 30%; the secretion of the grease is not improved or slightly reduced, and the pruritus feeling is not reduced or slightly reduced; no or slight reduction of hair loss
(5) The symptom integral reduction index is calculated as follows:
symptom integral reduction index (%) - (total integral before treatment-total integral after treatment)/total integral before treatment x 100%
The total effective rate is (curing case + significant case + effective case)/total number of cases is multiplied by 100 percent
4. And (3) test results:
the score values of the observation indexes before and after the treatment of the subject are counted, the average values are taken for comparison, and the comparison result is shown in table 1.

Typical cases are as follows:
Wu-Chi, male, age 36, severe oral alopecia and scalp itching; aging of hair follicle, shriveling and shrinking, and thin and soft hair (see a in fig. 1, a photograph taken before treatment); after 3 weeks of shampooing, scalp environment was improved and hairs were dense and thick using the cream of example 4 of the present invention (i.e., shampoo), and each hair follicle had 2 to 3 hairs (see detail b of fig. 1, photograph taken after treatment). The comparison of the pictures before and after treatment shows that the product of the invention has obvious treatment effect after being used.
Zhongji, female, age 29, severe oral alopecia, scalp itching; aging of hair follicle, shriveling and atrophy, and attachment of large pieces of dandruff (see a in fig. 2, photograph taken before treatment); after 3 weeks of shampooing, scalp environment was improved and hairs were dense and thick using the cream of example 5 of the present invention (i.e., shampoo), and each hair follicle had 2 to 3 hairs (see b of fig. 2 for details, photograph taken after treatment). The comparison of the pictures before and after treatment shows that the product of the invention has obvious treatment effect after being used.
In conclusion, the formula provided by the invention is compatible according to monarch and minister medicines, can clear heat, purge fire, eliminate dampness and relieve itching by bitter and dry heat clearing and elimination, is suitable for damp-heat alopecia patients, can effectively reduce alopecia and relieve scalp itching symptoms, has small toxic and side effects, and is suitable for popularization and use.
Finally, it is noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that, although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

1) preparing a traditional Chinese medicine compound extracting solution: mixing the Chinese medicinal components according to the formula, extracting by water extraction or alcohol extraction, and separating the extractive solution by centrifugation or filtration;
2) concentrating, drying and crushing the extracting solution obtained in the step 1) to prepare medicinal powder;
3) preparation: preparing the medicinal powder prepared in the step 2) as a main raw material according to different formulations.
