Test for alopecia preventing and itching relieving effects
1. Volunteer selection: selecting damp-heat alopecia volunteers with age of 18-50 years, alopecia accompanied with scalp pruritus, which have no obvious abnormality in health, organ function, etc., and have no hormone, immunosuppressant, hair-growing medicine or related product recently. Subject 30, 21 males and 9 females.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine compound of embodiment 3 of the invention is used as a sample, the test period is 4 weeks, the sample is used for washing for 1 time every 2 days, the soaking time is not less than 20min each time, and excessive scratching is avoided during washing; during the test period, the subjects were asked to work and rest regularly, to relax mood, and to have a light diet.
3. The test adopts self-control design, and before and after the test, the follow-up records observe indexes (pruritus, heavy feeling of head, greasiness, dandruff, skin damage condition and hair loss) and adverse reaction occurrence conditions.
The pruritus patients self-adopt a quantitative scoring mode, and the score is carried out from 0 to 10 minutes from 'none' to 'intolerable (the scratching times are large and difficult to relieve every day').
The patients with heaviness in head self-score in a quantitative scoring mode from 'none' to 'heaviness in head (heaviness in head)' from 0 to 10 minutes.
The greasiness is divided into 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees.
Figure RE-GDA0002812362270000101
The dandruff is 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees of integration.
Figure RE-GDA0002812362270000111
The area and degree of skin damage are divided into 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees.
Figure RE-GDA0002812362270000112
The hair loss number is divided into 0, 2, 4 and 6 according to different degrees.
Figure RE-GDA0002812362270000113
The hair loss counting and recording method comprises the following steps: comprises three parts, namely a first part for recording the number of hairs on the pillow towel used per day; the second part, recording the number of hair removed in each combing; third, if the hair is washed, the number of hairs in the sink or basin is recorded.
The treatment effect evaluation standard is as follows:
(1) and (3) healing: the integral drops by over 90%; the scalp has no pruritus, scurf and skin damage; the head is fresh; the daily hair loss amount and the hair thickness and color are normal; the secretion of head oil is moderate;
(2) the effect is shown: integral drop > 70%; scalp itch and grease secretion are obviously improved; the skin damage area is obviously reduced; the sleepiness is obviously reduced; the scurf index is obviously improved; the hair loss quantity is reduced;
(3) the method has the following advantages: the integral is reduced to 30% -70%; itching, dandruff and reduced secretion of scalp oil; the skin damage area is reduced;
(4) and (4) invalidation: integral drop < 30%; the secretion of the grease is not improved or slightly reduced, and the pruritus feeling is not reduced or slightly reduced; no or slight reduction of hair loss
(5) The symptom integral reduction index is calculated as follows:
symptom integral reduction index (%) - (total integral before treatment-total integral after treatment)/total integral before treatment x 100%
The total effective rate is (curing case + significant case + effective case)/total number of cases is multiplied by 100 percent
4. And (3) test results:
the score values of the observation indexes before and after the treatment of the subject are counted, the average values are taken for comparison, and the comparison result is shown in table 1.
