Claims (10)
1. A full process project management platform, the project management platform comprising a display interface, the project management platform further comprising:
the information configuration module is used for configuring the identification information of each participating party company in a plurality of stages in a project and the operation authority corresponding to each participating party company, and the identification information of each participating party company at least comprises: the system comprises construction party identification information, supervision party identification information, reconnaissance party identification information and design party identification information, wherein the operation authority comprises viewing authority and modifying authority;
the plan management module is used for editing the A-stage main plan and the A-stage personal expansion plan and pushing the personal work task at the time point to the mobile phone end at the time point corresponding to the plan according to the A-stage main plan and the A-stage personal expansion plan; the A phase is any one of the number of phases; the main plan is a project plan progress schedule corresponding to the A stage and comprises a plurality of plan nodes and plan time ranges of the plan nodes; the personal development plan comprises personal work tasks created based on the A-phase main plan;
the node setting module is used for setting the name and the planned time range of the milestone node; the milestone node is a node or nodes of the number of plan nodes in the master plan;
the progress display module is used for displaying the comparison between the actual progress and the planned progress; the actual progress comprises actual completion conditions of the plurality of plan nodes; the plan progress comprises plan completion conditions of the plurality of plan nodes;
the task management module is used for editing the personal work task and creating a new personal work task; the personal work task is the minimum execution unit of work and comprises a work package task and a common task; the work package tasks are tasks with preset work items and work item completion standards according to the national building construction quality safety standard, and comprise quality inspection, safety civilized construction inspection, inspection batch acceptance, safety acceptance, side station, reporting, actual measurement and other tasks; the common task is a task without preset work items and work item completion standards, and the work items and the work item standards need to be filled in by self.
The system comprises a work packet editing module and a working item editing module, wherein the work packet editing module is used for editing a preset work item template according to the national building construction quality safety standard, and the preset work item template comprises witness content, control key points, sample diagrams, sample video, detection region types, detection region quantity, the number of in-group measurement points and the like.
2. The project management platform of claim 1, wherein the number of phases includes a decision phase, a survey design phase, a bid and bid phase, a construction phase, and an as built acceptance phase, wherein the information configuration module is further to:
configuring the viewing permission of the identification information of the construction party in the decision stage;
configuring the viewing permission of the identification information of the construction party in the reconnaissance design stage;
configuring the viewing permission of the constructor identification information in the bidding stage;
configuring the viewing authority of the construction party identification information in the construction stage;
and configuring the viewing permission of the construction party identification information in the completion acceptance stage.
3. The project management platform of claim 2, wherein the information configuration module is further to:
configuring the viewing authority and the modifying authority of the reconnaissance party identification information in the reconnaissance design stage;
and configuring the viewing authority and the modifying authority of the designer identification information in the reconnaissance design stage.
4. The project management platform of claim 3, wherein the information configuration module is further to:
configuring the viewing authority and the modifying authority of the constructor identification information in the construction stage;
configuring the viewing authority and the modifying authority of the construction party identification information in the completion acceptance stage;
configuring the viewing authority and the modifying authority of the proctor identification information in the construction stage;
and configuring the viewing authority and the modifying authority of the proctoring party identification information in the completion acceptance stage.
5. The project management platform of claim 4, wherein the plan management module is further to:
importing an external Project into a Project early-stage work schedule corresponding to the decision stage or directly self-establishing the Project early-stage work schedule corresponding to the decision stage in a system;
importing an external Project into a survey design working schedule corresponding to the survey design stage or directly self-establishing a survey design working schedule corresponding to the survey design stage in the system;
importing an external Project into a bidding work plan corresponding to the bidding stage or directly self-establishing the bidding work plan corresponding to the bidding stage in the system;
importing an external Project to a total construction progress plan corresponding to the construction stage or directly self-establishing the total construction progress plan corresponding to the construction stage in a system;
-importing an as-built acceptance work plan corresponding to the as-built acceptance phase from an external Project or building the as-built acceptance work plan corresponding to the as-built acceptance phase directly within the system.
6. The project management platform of claim 5, wherein the task management module is further to:
filling a preset work item template of the work package task at a mobile phone end;
displaying detailed information and a report of the personal work task, wherein the detailed information comprises witness content, control key points, sample diagrams, sample video, detection area types, detection area quantity, in-group detection points and the like, and the report is data and a conclusion which are filled and stored in a mobile phone terminal by the personal work task;
according to the information such as type, category, state, executant and the like, the personal work task is displayed in a list, and screening and searching according to the information are supported;
and displaying the statistical result of the number of the personal work tasks undertaken by each participating company and the departments thereof.
7. The project management platform of claim 6, wherein the task management module is further to:
and displaying actual measurement data of actual measurement points of the historical task, displaying a two-dimensional DWG drawing and a three-dimensional BIM model, and inputting the actual measurement data of the actual measurement points into the BIM model.
8. The project management platform of claim 7, wherein the progress presentation module is further to:
when a Gantt chart progress mode is selected, performing progress display from the dimension of the Gantt chart;
and when the model progress display mode is selected, displaying the actual model component and the planned model component at the corresponding time point according to a time axis based on the BIM.
9. The project management platform of claim 8, wherein the node setup module is further to:
and updating the state of the node into any one of completion, in-process and completed in real time along with the completion condition of the main plan node.
10. The project management platform of any of claims 1-9, wherein the project management platform further comprises:
the identity authentication module is used for performing identity authentication on the user account information logged in the project management platform;
the platform management module is used for auditing the registration application of the user;
the integral management module is used for setting a performance integral value corresponding to each task;
the file module is used for managing personal data, company data, project data and task data;
the drawing model management module is used for binding a two-dimensional design and construction drawing and a three-dimensional BIM model in the system with unit engineering;
and the report management module is used for automatically generating various daily reports such as supervision logs, daily reports, side station inspection reports, actual measurement actual quantity reports, engineering acceptance and the like according to the personal work tasks and the national building construction quality safety standard.
