when Rx is not equal to Rs and x-s is larger than or equal to 1, indicating that the task is advanced, acquiring the work position of a user j receiving the task by a time supervision module, acquiring a user higher than the work position of the user j through a link server, and sending a task advance signal to a real-name authentication mobile phone of the user higher than the work position; and simultaneously, the task advance times of the user j are increased and are sent to the server for storage.
