Abstract

本发明公开了一种无痕纳米保护贴及其在转子房机加工表面的应用,所述无痕纳米保护贴包括PET膜,在PET膜的其中一面涂有一层拉卡胶,拉卡胶表面涂有一层粘胶,且粘胶的面积小于拉卡胶,所述粘胶包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸乙酯1.5‑2份、丙烯酸‑2‑乙基己酯8‑10份、醋酸乙烯脂1‑1.5份。本发明在使用时无小分子释放,环保性好,适用高低温环境,具有优良的可靠性,不含溶剂,无气味、无污染,胶面可水洗后重复使用。

无痕纳米保护贴及其在转子房机加工表面的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及无痕纳米保护贴及其在转子房机加工表面的应用,主要用于在转子房机加工时,贴在非油漆区表面对转子房进行保护。
背景技术
转子房在上漆的过程中,往往会将漆喷涂到非油漆区,为了解决该问题,目前采用的方式是在非油漆区表面盖上钢板,喷漆结束之后再取下钢板,该方式虽然能够遮挡大部分油漆,但是由于油漆不会在喷涂之后马上就干燥,因此流动的油漆会在钢板与转子房的接缝处渗透进去,导致转子房上仍然会沾染上部分油漆。
为了解决渗漆的问题,我司在转子房非油漆区贴好胶带后上漆,但是现有的胶带不耐高温且不抗化学腐蚀,在温度达到70℃就很容易变形,且若是表面沾染油漆也容易变形,变形后油漆同样会渗到转子房表面,效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前转子房在上漆过程中,油漆可能会渗到非油漆区的问题,为此提供了一种纳米保护贴,包括PET膜1,在PET膜1的其中一面涂有一层拉卡胶2,拉卡胶2表面涂有一层粘胶3,且粘胶3的面积小于拉卡胶2,所述粘胶3包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸乙酯1.5-2份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯8-10份、醋酸乙烯脂1-1.5份。
优选的,粘胶粒子的粒径为20-80nm。
优选的,所述粘胶3不与拉卡胶2层的边缘接触。
优选的,所述PET膜1的厚度为0.051±0.002mm,基重70±3g/m2,粘胶3厚度0.035±0.003mm,上胶量35±3g/m2
优选的,在PET膜1上还覆有一层离型纸4,所述离型纸4包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯基甲基硅氧烷0.05-0.5份、纸浆30-34份,离型纸4同时覆盖拉卡胶2和粘胶3,当需要使用保护贴时,撕开离型纸,将胶面贴在转子房机加工表面的非油漆区即可,离型纸厚度0.088±0.008mm,基重80±5g/m2,对于上述规格的粘胶,仅需16±10g/inch的力即能剥离。
上述纳米保护贴可用于贴在转子房机加工表面的非油漆区,以防止转子房在上漆过程中,有油漆沾染到非油漆区。具体应用方法为:撕开离型纸,将粘胶贴在所需位置即可。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用时无小分子释放,环保性好,适用高低温环境,具有优良的可靠性,不含溶剂,无气味、无污染,胶面可水洗后重复使用。

实施例1
如图1和图2所示的纳米保护贴,包括PET膜1,在PET膜1的其中一面涂满有一层拉卡胶2,拉卡胶2表面涂有一层粘胶3,且粘胶3的面积小于拉卡胶2,且粘胶3不与拉卡胶2层的边缘接触。具体为,粘胶涂覆在拉卡胶表面的中心位置,涂覆面积为拉卡胶的1/4-1/3。所述粘胶为丙烯酸酯胶黏剂,粘胶粒子的粒径为20-80nm,并包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸乙酯1.5-2份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯8-10份、醋酸乙烯脂1-1.5份。还可通过在粘胶中添加颜料使其与拉卡胶呈现不同的颜色,更加方便使用。
所述PET膜1的厚度为0.051±0.002mm,基重70±3g/m2,粘胶3厚度0.035±0.003mm,上胶量35±3g/m2
实施例2
为了使纳米保护贴在不使用时能够较好的保存,本实施例在实施例1的基础上,在PET膜1上覆有一层离型纸,所述离型纸包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯基甲基硅氧烷0.05-0.5份、纸浆30-34份,离型纸同时覆盖拉卡胶2和粘胶3,当需要使用保护贴时,撕开离型纸,将胶面贴在转子房机加工表面的非油漆区即可,离型纸厚度0.088±0.008mm,基重80±5g/m2,对于上述规格的粘胶,仅需16±10g/inch的力即能剥离。
本发明具有优良的粘着力和保持力,尤其是粘胶涂覆面积为拉卡胶1/4,粘胶厚度0.037mm,上胶量37g/m2,粘胶粒子粒径为40-70nm,并包括丙烯酸乙酯1.8份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯9份、醋酸乙烯脂1.3份的保护贴。该纳米保护贴经持粘性测试仪测试,镜钢粘着力为1.3kg/inch;经GB/T 4852方法测试,初期力为4kg/inch;经GB/T 4851方法测试,保持力为8hr/kg×inch2,且在5-300℃条件下不易变形、损坏,粘胶在加热至200℃时,损失量也仅为4%,性能优良。且胶面具有水洗掉表面粘着的灰尘、粉末等后能恢复粘力的特性,水洗后的保护贴经自然晾干后,即可重复使用。在重污染环境下,保护贴可重复使用8-12次,轻污染环境下,则可以达到95-110次。

Claims (6)

1.一种无痕纳米保护贴,包括PET膜(1),在PET膜(1)的其中一面涂有一层拉卡胶(2),拉卡胶(2)表面涂有一层粘胶(3),且粘胶(3)的面积小于拉卡胶(2),所述粘胶(3)包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸乙酯1.5-2份、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯8-10份、醋酸乙烯脂1-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无痕纳米保护贴,其特征是:粘胶粒子的粒径为20-80nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无痕纳米保护贴,其特征是:所述粘胶(3)不与拉卡胶(2)层的边缘接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无痕纳米保护贴,其特征是:根据权利要求1所述的转子房保护贴,其特征是:所述PET膜(1)的厚度为0.051±0.002mm,粘胶(3)厚度0.035±0.003mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无痕纳米保护贴,其特征是:在PET膜(1)上还覆有一层离型纸(4),所述离型纸(4)包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯基甲基硅氧烷0.05-0.5份、纸浆30-34份,离型纸(4)同时覆盖拉卡胶(2)和粘胶(3)。
