Abstract

本文公开了一种遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂及其制备方法;本文通过将0.1~1质量份瓜尔豆胶、0.2~1质量份硼砂、0.2~0.4质量份香茎粉于60±5℃热水中融化,成凝胶型,得到烟灰净化剂;本发明遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂的制备方法简单,所需材料皆为市面常售,易于获取且成本低,并且所制备的成胶型烟灰净化剂配方科学、环境友好、质量可靠,吸水后迅速成为胶体不会回渗;简单易用,吸附烟灰不乱飞,释放活性因子净化清新空气,清洁时直接倾倒即可,不会留下烟垢,无需费力清洗烟灰缸。

一种遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于净化剂技术领域,具体涉及一种遇水成凝胶型烟灰净化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
平常人们在使用烟灰缸时,为了使烟头掐灭会用力将其按压在烟灰缸中,造成烟灰乱飞,存在火灾隐患,并且烟味难闻迫使他人吸二手烟,研究指出,二手烟有焦油、氨、尼古丁、悬浮颗粒、PM2.5等超过4000种有害化学物质及数十种致癌物质,危害广泛,造成严重的室内空气污染,是全球重大死亡原因。
也有人选择在烟灰缸中加适量的水使烟头和烟灰吸水而熄灭,但普通的烟灰缸在日常清洗中味道十分难闻且脏乱难洗,使用一段时间后影响其美观程度。
“灭烟香膏”由于它瞬间灭烟、吸附烟灰、色彩多样、简单易用,且售价低廉,故广泛流行;但是现有香烟膏的制作材料中含有重金属和芳香类化合物,甚至为了增强其可塑性使硼砂含量超标,不能作为室内必需品,无论是皮肤接触还是吸入他们的挥发物质,都会对人体有害。
有人提出用高吸水性树脂(SAP)聚丙烯酸作原料,但其价格较高,不适合做日常烟灰净化剂原料;同时人们对烟灰净化剂的需求较大,要求携带方便,操作简单。
瓜尔豆胶主要成分是分子量为5万~80万的配糖键结合的半乳甘露聚糖、即由半乳糖和甘露糖(1:2)组成的高分子量水解胶体多糖类;能分散在热或冷水中形成粘稠液;1%水溶液粘度约为4~5Pa·s,为天然胶中粘度最高者;添加少量四硼酸钠则转变成凝胶。
综上所述,制备一种能瞬间灭烟、吸附烟头、简单易洁、安全环保以及去除异味的烟灰净化剂是本发明的关键所在。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂,该烟灰净化剂所用原料安全易得,制备方便简单,灭烟除味快,防止烟灰和烟头散乱从而有效控制烟害。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
该烟灰净化剂由瓜尔豆胶、硼砂和香茎粉组成,采用的配方料重量份:瓜尔豆胶0.1~1份、硼砂0.2~1份、香茎粉0.2~0.4 份,余量为水;所述的硼砂为十水硼砂、五水硼砂、无水硼砂中的一种或多种任意比例的混合物。
优选地,该烟灰净化剂包括以下按质量份计各组分:瓜尔豆胶0.2份、硼砂0.4份,香茎粉0.2份。
优选地,所述烟灰净化剂好包括0.1~0.3质量份的颜料。
制备过程为:撒出少许净化剂(已按比例配)加入到烟灰缸中,倒入适量60±5℃热水(1:80左右),将粉末完全浸泡,轻微搅拌,等待一分钟凝固成胶体,即可正常使用。
相比于现有技术的缺点和不足,本发明具有如下优势:本发明遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂的制备方法简单,所需材料皆为市面常售,易于获取且成本低,并且所制备的成胶型烟灰净化剂配方科学、环境友好、质量可靠,吸水后迅速成为胶体不会回渗简单易用,吸附烟灰不乱飞,释放活性因子净化清新空气,清洁时直接倾倒即可,不会留下烟垢,无需费力清洗烟灰缸。

配方料重量份:瓜尔豆胶0.1份、硼砂0.2份、香茎粉0.2份,制备方法及操作流程为:撒出少许净化剂(瓜尔豆胶、硼砂和香茎粉)加入到烟灰缸中,倒入适量60±5℃热水(1:80左右),将粉末完全浸泡,轻微搅拌,等待一分钟凝固成胶体,即可获得成品。
实施例2

本发明制得的遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂使用高分子吸水树脂,遇水成胶,具有用量少、操作简单的优点,完全满足使用要求;尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,但不应理解为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于上述实施例;对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明原理和精神的情况下,可以对这些实施例进行多种配比变化、修改、替换和变形,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定;凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。

1.一种遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂,其特征在于,该净化剂包括以下按质量份计各组分:瓜尔豆胶0.1~1份、硼砂0.2~1份、香茎粉0.2~0.4 份,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂,其特征在于,该烟灰净化剂包括以下按质量份计各组分:瓜尔豆胶0.2份、硼砂0.4份,香茎粉0.2份,余量为水。
3.如权利要求1所述的遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂,其特征在于,所述烟灰净化剂还包括0.1~0.3质量份的颜料。
4.一种遇水成胶型烟灰净化剂的使用方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:撒出少许净化剂(已按比例配)加入到烟灰缸中,倒入适量60±5℃热水(1:80左右),将粉末完全浸泡,轻微搅拌,等待一分钟凝固成胶体,即可正常使用。
