Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,包括抗菌层,加热层和防滑层,抗菌层主要由附着有抗菌剂的硅凝胶构成,加热层由复合纤维加热线构成,可以实现加热温度控制,防滑层由具有粘性的硅凝胶构成,该防滑辅助台面可用于手术器械的放置,并对手术器械进行加热,具有抗菌、加热、防滑等功能,同时对人体和环境较为安全,成本低,应用前景可观。

一种抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于医疗用具领域,具体为一种抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面及其制备方法。
背景技术
手术是治疗一些重大疾病的主要途径,通常手术器械放置在手术台面上,在传递过程中手术器械容易脱落,并且台面容易滋生细菌;而具有抗菌效果的台面往往抗菌效果差,抗菌剂释放速度慢。为此,亟需一种抗菌型的辅助台面可直接放置在患者的台布上,一方面用于固定手术器械,避免器械传递引起的脱落,另一方面具有快速抗菌作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制备一种抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,可起到防滑、高效抗菌、加热功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面包括抗菌层、复合纤维加热层和防滑层,其中抗菌层中含有抗菌剂;所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面主要制备方法如下:
1)制备抗菌层,所用原料组分及重量分数为乙烯基硅油(40~60%)、含氢硅油(1%~4%)、乙烯基硅树脂(30%~60%)、胺基硅烷偶联剂(0.01%~0.5%)、尼龙纳米纤维(0.05%~2%),将组分混合后加入抗菌剂,在真空环境中搅拌1~10分钟,之后加热至60~90℃固化10~20分钟后得到由硅凝胶制成的抗菌层;
2)制备防滑层,所用原料组分及重量分数为乙烯基硅油(40~60%)、含氢硅油(1%~4%)、乙烯基硅树脂(30%~60%)、胺基硅烷偶联剂(0.01%~0.5%),将原料混合得到硅凝胶混合液,然后每升混合液中加入2~4g聚丙烯酸钠和3~10ml甘油,在大气环境下搅拌1~10分钟,加热至60~90℃固化10~20分钟得到硅凝胶制成的多孔防滑层;
3)将抗菌层、复合纤维加热层和防滑层按次序叠加排列后进行辊压即得到抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面。
所述复合纤维加热层含有复合纤维加热线。
所述抗菌层中乙烯基硅油与乙烯基硅树脂的质量比为1~1.5。
所述抗菌层中乙烯基硅油与乙烯基硅树脂的质量比为0.7~1。
所述抗菌剂是纳米银、铜离子、聚吡啶、季铵盐类、双呱类、酚类中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果:
(1)本发明所述抗菌柔性防滑台面通过调整配方改变抗菌层和防滑层的粘度,其中防滑层中加入聚丙烯酸钠和制备多孔结构提升其与台布的粘附能力,可起到较好的防滑效果;
(2)一方面尼龙纳米纤维提高抗菌层的热导率,另一方面复合纤维加热层的加热可以将热量传递给抗菌层,加速抗菌剂的释放,提升抗菌效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
S1:按重量百分比,将53.93%乙烯基硅油、1%含氢硅油、45%乙烯基硅树脂、0.02%胺基硅烷偶联剂、0.05%的尼龙纳米纤维按比例混合,然后加入纳米银颗粒,在真空环境中搅拌4分钟混合均匀后,加热至60℃固化20分钟即得抗菌层;
S2:按重量百分比,将42%乙烯基硅油、2%含氢硅油、55.5%乙烯基硅树脂、0.5%胺基硅烷偶联剂按比例混合,在大气环境中搅拌4分钟后,加热至80℃固化15分钟即得防滑层;
S3:将步骤S1制得抗菌层与复合纤维加热层和S2所制得的防滑层进行叠加后辊压得到抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面。
实施例2:
S1:按重量百分比,将50%乙烯基硅油、3%含氢硅油、45.5%乙烯基硅树脂、0.5%胺基硅烷偶联剂、1%的尼龙纳米纤维按比例混合,然后加入聚吡啶,在真空环境中搅拌6分钟混合均匀后,加热至80℃固化10分钟即得抗菌层;
S2:按重量百分比,将45%乙烯基硅油、3%含氢硅油、50%乙烯基硅树脂、2%胺基硅烷偶联剂按比例混合,在大气环境中搅拌1分钟后,加热至70℃固化20分钟即得防滑层;
S3:将步骤S1制得抗菌层与复合纤维加热层和S2所制得的防滑层进行叠加后辊压得到抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面。
实施例3:
S1:按重量百分比,将56%乙烯基硅油、1%含氢硅油、40%乙烯基硅树脂、1%胺基硅烷偶联剂、2%的尼龙纳米纤维按比例混合,然后加入季铵盐类抗菌剂,在真空环境中搅拌8分钟混合均匀后,加热至90℃固化10分钟即得抗菌层;
S2:按重量百分比,将46%乙烯基硅油、2%含氢硅油、51%乙烯基硅树脂、1%胺基硅烷偶联剂按比例混合,在大气环境中搅拌4分钟后,加热至90℃固化10分钟即得防滑层;
S3:将步骤S1制得抗菌层与复合纤维加热层和S2所制得的防滑层进行叠加后辊压得到抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,其特征在于所述防滑台面包括抗菌层(1)、复合纤维加热层(2)和防滑层(3),其中抗菌层中含有抗菌剂;所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面主要制备方法如下:
1)制备抗菌层,所用原料组分及重量分数为乙烯基硅油(40~60%)、含氢硅油(1%~4%)、乙烯基硅树脂(30%~60%)、胺基硅烷偶联剂(0.01%~0.5%)、尼龙纳米纤维(0.05%~2%),将组分混合后加入抗菌剂,在真空环境中搅拌1~10分钟,之后加热至60~90℃固化10~20分钟后得到由硅凝胶制成的抗菌层;
2)制备防滑层,所用原料组分及重量分数为乙烯基硅油(40~60%)、含氢硅油(1%~4%)、乙烯基硅树脂(30%~60%)、胺基硅烷偶联剂(0.01%~0.5%),将原料混合得到硅凝胶混合液,然后每升混合液中加入2~4g聚丙烯酸钠和3~10ml甘油,在大气环境下搅拌1~10分钟,加热至60~90℃固化10~20分钟得到硅凝胶制成的多孔防滑层;
3)将抗菌层、复合纤维加热层和防滑层按次序叠加排列后进行辊压即得到抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,其特征在于:复合纤维加热层含有复合纤维加热线。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,其特征在于:抗菌层中乙烯基硅油与乙烯基硅树脂的质量比为1~1.2。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,其特征在于:抗菌层中乙烯基硅油与乙烯基硅树脂的质量比为0.75:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述抗菌柔性防滑辅助台面,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂是纳米银、铜离子、聚吡啶、季铵盐类、双呱类、酚类中的一种或多种。
