本发明公开一种木材防护剂及其制备和使用方法,本发明木材防护剂包括以下重量份的成分:有机硅乳液20~30份、八硼酸钠2~10份、焦磷酸四钠1~3份、香兰素0.3~0.6份、脱色海藻泥粉2~3份、二癸二甲基碳酸铵1~2份、吴茱萸碱1~2份、6‑硝基藜芦酸0.3~1.0份。本发明产品为一种多功能木材防护剂,具有防水、防霉、防水等多种功效。且产品绿色环保,值得大规模推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及木材防护技术领域,具体涉及一种木材防护剂及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
木材防护是指通过物理、化学和生物等手段减少或避免各种因素对木材的侵害,以及提高木材品质和提升木材使用价值的技术,其中以化学手段较为常见。木材的防护主要涉及到阻燃、防腐、防霉、防虫、防紫外线等多个方面。早期的木材防护剂多采用五氯苯酚、铬、砷等有害成分,对环境造成极大危害。例如专利申请CN200510020307.9《水溶性木材防护剂及其木材处理方法》公开了一种水溶性木材防护剂,它是由下述重量百分比的原料配制而成:三氧化铬33~65%、氧化铜16~22%、五氧化二砷14.7~48%、硅铜乳液1.5~3.0%。该防护剂中含有三氧化铬、五氧化二砷等毒性成分,对环境具有较大的危害。
此外,目前国内外的木材防护产品仍然停留在对阻燃、防虫、防腐、防霉等单一方向的改进,对于复合多功能型的木材防护产品的研究较少。因此围绕“一剂多效”的目的开发一种环保型多功能木材防护剂成为必要。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种木材防护剂及其制备和使用方法。
本发明方案包括以下方面:
一种木材防护剂,包括以下重量份的成分:有机硅乳液20~30份、八硼酸钠2~10份、焦磷酸四钠1~3份、香兰素0.3~0.6份、脱色海藻泥粉2~3份、二癸二甲基碳酸铵1~2份、吴茱萸碱1~2份、6-硝基藜芦酸0.3~1.0份。
优选的,所述的木材防护剂,包括以下重量份的成分:有机硅乳液25~30份、八硼酸钠5~10份、焦磷酸四钠1~3份、香兰素0.3~0.6份、脱色海藻泥粉2~3份、二癸二甲基碳酸铵1~2份、吴茱萸碱1.5~2份、6-硝基藜芦酸0.5~1.0份。
更优选的,所述的木材防护剂,包括以下重量份的成分:有机硅乳液30份、八硼酸钠5份、焦磷酸四钠2份、香兰素0.5份、脱色海藻泥粉2份、二癸二甲基碳酸铵2份、吴茱萸碱2份、6-硝基藜芦酸0.5份。
本发明还提供了所述的木材防护剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将有机硅乳液、八硼酸钠、焦磷酸四钠、香兰素、6-硝基藜芦酸混合,于50~70℃条件下搅拌1~2h;
S2:调节pH 7.0~8.0,加入余下组份,于35~45℃条件下搅拌2~3h,室温放置,备用。
优选的,搅拌速度是2000~3000rpm。采用醋酸或氢氧化钠调节pH。
另一方面,本发明还提供了所述木材防护剂的使用方法为:喷涂或涂刷于木材表面,使用量不低于40~60g/m2
优选的,所述木材防护剂分两次使用,第一次使用后,木材于35~42℃条件下放置3~4h,取出木材于25~30℃条件下继续使用所述木材防护剂。
本发明所述有机硅乳液可由已知现有技术制得或购自市售产品。以下提供其中一种制备方法:取20g丙基三乙氧基硅烷、13g正辛基三乙氧基硅烷、2g聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷(环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷摩尔比为15:10)通氮80℃搅拌加热5h,之后加入2g乙二醇、1g异构十三醇、2g羧甲基纤维素钠,并继续反应30min后,降温至60℃,滴加60g水,2h后高速剪切10min,冷却至室温,备用。
本发明所取得的有益效果:
A.本发明产品具有防腐、防霉、防水等多种功效,实现了“一剂多效”的目的。本发明产品为一种多功能木材防护剂。
B.本发明木材防护剂具有良好的防霉、防腐效果及防水效果。对黑曲霉、绿色木霉的防治效力达到90~100%;使用本发明防护剂后,白腐菌腐蚀的质量损失率为0.12~0.42%,褐腐菌腐蚀的质量损失率为0.09~0.45%。96h吸水率低至56~70%。采用本发明提供的制备方法所得防护剂的防水效果最佳。
C.本发明木材防护剂稳定性良好,室温放置6个月未出现明显分层。
D.速生树种因其速生高产的特性而广受市场欢迎,但其因木质松软、吸湿性强而导致的易腐蚀霉变问题制约了其发展。本发明产品对速生材马尾松能够起到良好的防腐、防霉和防水功效。
E.本发明产品绿色环保,值得推广使用;
F.本发明所提供防护剂的制备方法和使用方法均较为简便,易于推广使用。

S2:调节pH 7.0~8.0,加入余下组份,于35~45℃条件下搅拌(2000~3000rpm)2~3h,室温放置,备用。
实施例1-5所述木材防护剂的使用方法为:涂刷于木材表面,使用量40g/m2。所述木材防护剂分两次使用,第一次使用后(20g/m2),木材于35~42℃条件下放置3~4h,取出木材于25~30℃条件下继续使用余量木材防护剂。
实施例6
本例与实施例1的主要区别是:
所述的木材防护剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所有成分混合,于50~70℃条件下搅拌(2000~3000rpm)1~2h;不调节pH。

防腐性测试参照标准LY/T 1283-2011进行。防霉性测试参照GB/T 18261-2000进行。防水性测试参照标准GB/T 1934.1-2009进行。选取马尾松为试材。本实验所述霉菌为黑曲霉和绿色木霉,所述腐朽菌为白腐菌黄孢原毛平革菌和褐腐菌密粘褶菌。测试结果见表1。

实验结果显示:
实施例木材防护剂具有良好的防霉、防腐及防水效果。对黑曲霉、绿色木霉的防治效力达到90~100%,防治效果明显高于对比例;白腐菌腐蚀的质量损失率为0.12~0.42%,明显低于对比例,褐腐菌腐蚀的质量损失率为0.09~0.45%,明显低于对比例。使用实施例木材防护剂后吸水率低至56%,明显低于对比例。
通过对比实施例6和实施例1进一步发现,采用实施例1的制备方法时防护剂的防水效果最佳。对比实施例7和实施例1发现,采用实施例1的使用方法时防霉、防腐、防水效果较好。
此外,实验过程发现,随着吴茱萸碱、6-硝基藜芦酸添加量的提高,防霉、防腐、防水效果呈现上升趋势,但是含量提高至一定程度后(对比例3)产品稳定性有所影响,对比例3防护剂室温放置6个月出现明显分层现象,而实施例产品未出现明显分层。

所述木材防护剂喷涂或涂刷于木材表面,使用量不低于40~60g/m2
所述木材防护剂分两次使用,第一次使用后,木材于35~42℃条件下放置3~4h,取出木材于25~30℃条件下继续使用所述木材防护剂。
