Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of odor removing disinfection, and discloses a plant extraction odor removing disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-19 parts of wormwood, 1-6 parts of mint, 7-11 parts of tea tree, 2-7 parts of soybean, 3-6 parts of citronella and 12-21 parts of chrysanthemum. The invention provides a plant-extracted disinfectant for removing odor and a preparation method thereof, more than 0.5 percent of the active substance extracted by the invention is added into purified water, and the active substance can obtain very obvious deodorizing and odor-removing effects by directly spraying the active substance on a foreign odor space or an object.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of odor-removing disinfection, in particular to a plant-extracted odor-removing disinfectant and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The plant aromatic essential oil is widely applied to beautify the space environment and cover odor, all disinfectants need to meet the national standard requirements, and the like products for removing odor and peculiar smell are commonly used in two ways:
1. removing beautification and covering odor by using plant fragrance: in fact, the presence of a bad smell is simply a stronger aroma, with the overall result being a mixed intense "aroma" which is unpleasant and unpleasant for most people;
2. the fat-soluble solvents such as alcohols extracted from plants decompose and dissolve odor molecules, so that the method has two defects: firstly, the decomposition speed is slow, the peculiar smell is difficult to remove, and secondly, the structure of the alcohol solvent is that flammable and explosive substances need strict management and control in the transportation, storage and use processes.
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a plant-extracted disinfectant for removing odor and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
Objects of the invention
The invention provides a plant extract odor-removing disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problems in the background art, the invention adds more than 0.5 percent of the extracted active substance into purified water, and can obtain very obvious odor-removing and odor-removing effects by directly spraying the active substance on an abnormal odor space or an object.
(II) technical scheme
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a plant extraction odor-removing disinfectant, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-19 parts of wormwood, 1-6 parts of mint, 7-11 parts of tea tree, 2-7 parts of soybean, 3-6 parts of citronella and 12-21 parts of chrysanthemum.
Preferably, the disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-15 parts of wormwood, 1-3 parts of mint, 7-9 parts of tea tree, 2-4.5 parts of soybean, 3-4.5 parts of citronella and 12-16.5 parts of chrysanthemum.
Preferably, the disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15-19 parts of wormwood, 3-6 parts of mint, 9-11 parts of tea tree, 4.5-7 parts of soybean, 4.5-6 parts of citronella and 16.5-21 parts of chrysanthemum.
A plant-extracted disinfectant with good taste is prepared by the following steps:
s1, selecting plant species, preferably compounding, and then extracting and purifying;
s2, decoloring;
s3, deodorizing;
s4, modification and activation.
Preferably, in S1, the selected plant material is soaked in water, dried and then subjected to extraction treatment.
Preferably, the aloe wine also comprises 2-6 parts of aloe.
Preferably, the soap also comprises 3-5 parts of saponin.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
after the plant is extracted and modified, the activity of the plant is amplified, and peculiar smell and odor molecules are captured, neutralized and eliminated through the embedding of carbon bonds, so that the extremely obvious effect of removing peculiar smell and odor can be achieved by extremely low using amount, and the plant is tasteless, non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-explosive, is extremely safe, mild and non-irritant and can be contacted with a human body.
