Abstract
本发明涉及一种喷水纺织机油组合物、制备方法及其用途。主要解决现有技术中存在喷水纺织机等新型织机的运行速度高时,零件承受的负荷大,机器零件间的摩擦力极大、容易因湿热环境产品锈蚀,润滑油品易发生乳化、易产生泡沫的问题。本发明通过采用一种新的喷水纺织专用油组合物,以重量百分数计,由以下组分组成:极压抗磨剂0.3~1%、抗氧剂0.3~1%、金属钝化剂0.01~0.2%、防锈剂0.01~0.1%、降凝剂0.05~0.6%、破乳剂0.01~0.05%、抗泡剂0.001~0.005%、基础油97.2~99.2%,以及对应的制备方法,较好地解决了该问题,可用于喷水纺织机的润滑中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷水纺织机油组合物、制备方法及其用途。
背景技术
喷水纺织机等新型织机的运行速度极高,喷水纺织机目前正常的投产速度已经达到500~800r/min,甚至更高,零件承受的负荷大,机器零件间的摩擦力极大,因而零件间和齿轮间必须用优质润滑油。不良的润滑油将损坏昂贵的设备。因此喷水纺织机中的润滑油,必须能够使其传动系统在苛刻运行条件下实现良好的润滑。因此,要求喷水纺织机油必须有良好的极压抗磨性能。
喷水纺织机在运行过程中可能由于轴封不严有水漏入油系统,会造成油水混合而成乳化液,影响润滑性能,因此要求喷水纺织机油具有良好的抗乳化性。
喷水纺织机在运行过程中可能有空气进入,会产生泡沫,泡沫的产生会影响润滑油膜的形成,恶化润滑条件,加速零部件的磨损。因此,要求喷水纺织机油必须有良好的抗泡性。
此外,喷水纺织机油还需要具有良好的防锈性能。
通过国内外专利及文献查询,目前未发现相关喷水纺织机专用油组合物的专利。文献CN1865417A公开了一种无梭织机润滑油及制备方法,它由聚α-烯烃油或双酯、矿物油、氨基酸硫代酯或二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸锑、硫代烯烃棉子油或苯三唑脂肪胺盐、高碱值合成磺酸钙或超碱值合成磺酸钙、硫磷丁辛基锌盐或硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐或硫磷伯仲醇基锌盐或硫磷伯醇基锌盐、苯三唑衍生物按一定比例配制而成。本发明特点:成本低,性能稳定、无污染,适用于各种不同型号的无梭织机及类似润滑条件和要求的机械设备,但此类型润滑油品不适合在有水的环境下使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是在喷水纺织机等新型织机的运行速度高,零件承受的负荷大,机器零件间的摩擦力极大、容易因湿热环境产品锈蚀,润滑油品易发生乳化、易产生泡沫等问题,提供一种新的喷水纺织专用油组合物,该喷水纺织机油组合物具有良好的极压抗磨性能、抗乳化性、抗泡沫性能和防锈性能。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题之三是提供一种与解决技术问题之一相对应的喷水纺织机油组合物的用途。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分数计由以下组分组成:极压抗磨剂0.3~1%、抗氧剂0.3~1%、金属减活剂0.01~0.2%、防锈剂0.01~0.1%、降凝剂0.05~0.6%、破乳剂0.01~0.05%、抗泡剂0.001~0.005%、基础油97.2~99.2%。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述基础油为API I类石蜡基基础油。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述抗氧剂选自酚型抗氧剂、烷基化二苯胺或烷基苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种;所述破乳剂选自胺与环氧化物缩合物、油溶性聚醚或聚氧丙烷型衍生物中的至少一种;所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯或聚α烯烃;所述金属减活剂选自吲哚类衍生物、苯并三氮唑类衍生物或噻二唑类衍生物中的至少一种;所述防锈剂选自烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、氨基酸衍生物、胺或碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种;所述抗泡剂选自硅型与非硅复合抗炮剂、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述极压抗磨剂为硫型极压剂和磷型极压剂的混合物;硫型极压剂选自硫化异丁烯、氨基硫代酯或苯基硫化物中的至少一种;磷型极压剂选自C16~C18的亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯及其铵盐衍生物或硫代磷酸酯及其铵盐衍生物中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述极压抗磨剂选自T321、LZ5304、T308、T309、RC8210或Tec-GARD530中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述降凝剂选自Vx1-248、LZL803B、LZ3152或SWIM-5X中的至少一种;所述防锈剂选自氨基酸衍生物、胺或烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述防锈剂选自T746、T747、Irgacor L12、或HiTEC 536中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选地,所述的抗泡剂为硅型与非硅复合抗泡剂,选自T921或T922中的至少一种。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种前述的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水纺织机油组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之三,本发明采用的技术方案如下。
一种前述的喷水纺织机油组合物应用于喷水纺织机的润滑中。
本发明提供的喷水纺织机油组合物具有较好的极压抗磨性和抗乳化性,既能适应喷水纺织机的加工工艺,提高对喷水纺织机零件的保护,又能及时与漏入油系统的水分快速分离,保障喷水纺织机运行中实现良好的润滑,可以满足部分喷水纺织机特殊工况的使用要求,取得了较好地技术效果。

实施例1:
实施例1公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.5%硫化异丁烯与0.2%C16-C18的亚磷酸酯;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和0.6%烷基化二苯胺;
防锈剂包括:0.03%液态烯基琥珀酸半酯;
金属减活剂包括:0.03%苯并三氮唑类衍生物T551;
破乳剂包括:0.01%油溶性聚醚DL-32;
降凝剂包括:0.1%聚甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯;
抗泡剂包括:0.005%硅与非硅聚合物T921;
基础油包括:19.685%HVI 150BS和78.740%HVI Ib 350。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物中重量百分比数据记录在表1中。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水纺织机油组合物。
实施例2:
实施例2公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.4%硫化异丁烯与0.3%C16-C18的亚磷酸酯;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、0.25%烷基化二苯胺和0.35%烷基苯基-α-萘胺;
防锈剂包括:0.05%Irgacor L12;
金属减活剂包括:0.05%噻二唑衍生物T561;
破乳剂包括:0.015%胺与环氧乙烷缩合物T1001;
降凝剂包括:0.15%LZ3152和0.25%SWIM-5X;
抗泡剂包括:0.005%硅与非硅聚合物T922;
基础油包括:19.616%HVI 150BS和78.464%HVI Ib 350。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物中重量百分比数据记录在表1中。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水织机油组合物。
实施例3:
实施例3公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分计由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.4%硫化异丁烯与0.3%Tec-GARD530;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和0.6%烷基化二苯胺;
金属减活剂包括:0.06%苯并三氮唑类衍生物T551;
防锈剂包括:0.08%Irgacor L12;
破乳剂包括:0.01%胺与环氧乙烷缩合物T1001;
降凝剂包括:0.3%LZ3152;
抗泡剂包括:0.002%硅与非硅聚合物T922和0.003%硅与非硅聚合物T921;
基础油包括:19.628%HVI 150BS和78.517%HVI Ib 350。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物中重量百分比数据记录在表1中。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水织机油组合物。
实施例4:
实施例4公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.5%烷基酸性磷酸酯胺盐和0.2%硫代磷酸三苯酯;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、0.25%烷基化二苯胺和0.35%烷基苯基-α-萘胺;
防锈剂包括:0.1%烯基丁二酸半酯;
金属减活剂包括:0.1%噻二唑衍生物T561;
破乳剂包括:0.02%油溶性聚醚DL-32;
降凝剂包括:0.2%SWIM-5X;
抗泡剂包括:0.004%硅与非硅聚合物T921;
基础油包括:39.271%HVI 150BS和58.905%HVI Ib 350。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物中重量百分比数据记录在表1中。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水织机油组合物。
实施例5:
实施例5公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.45%硫化异丁烯和0.25%C16-C18的亚磷酸酯;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、0.3%烷基化二苯胺和0.3%烷基苯基-α-萘胺;
防锈剂包括:0.05%烯基丁二酸酯;
金属减活剂包括:0.08%苯并三氮唑类衍生物T551;
破乳剂包括:0.015%胺与环氧乙烷缩合物T1001;
降凝剂包括:0.1%聚甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯和0.5%LZ3152;
抗泡剂包括:0.004%硅与非硅聚合物T922;
基础油包括:39.140%HVI 150BS和58.711%HVI Ib 350。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物中重量百分比数据记录在表1中。
本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水织机油组合物。
对比例1:
对比例1公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分比,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.2%C16-C18的亚磷酸酯0.5%硫代磷酸三苯酯;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和0.6%烷基化二苯胺;
防锈剂包括:0.03%液态烯基琥珀酸半酯;
金属减活剂包括:0.09%苯并三氮唑类衍生物;
破乳剂包括:0.01%胺与环氧乙烷缩合物;
降凝剂包括:0.1%聚甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯;
抗泡剂包括:0.005%硅与非硅聚合物;
基础油:98.365%HVI Ib 500。

本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水织机油组合物。
对比例2:
对比例2公开了一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂包括:0.3%硫化异丁烯和0.4%烷基酸性磷酸酯胺盐;
抗氧剂包括:0.1%2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚和0.6%烷基苯基-α-萘胺;
防锈剂包括:0.05%液态羧酸;
金属减活剂包括:0.03%噻二唑衍生物;
破乳剂包括:0.01%胺与环氧乙烷缩合物;
降凝剂包括:0.1%聚甲基丙烯酸酯甲酯;
抗泡剂包括:0.005%硅与非硅聚合物T921;
基础油:98.405%HVI Ib 500。

本实施例的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法具体如下:
将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水纺织机油组合物。

将以上实施例1~实施例5、对比例1~对比例2的性能进行评价测试,采用的测试方法为:润滑油黏度测定法(GB/T 265)、润滑油倾点测定法(GB/T 3535)、润滑油闪点测定法(GB/T3536)、铜片腐蚀测定法(GB/T 5096)、石油产品液相锈蚀试验(GB/T 11143B)、石油和合成液水分离性测定法(GB/T 7305)、泡沫特性测定法(GB/T 12579)、最大无卡咬负荷测定方法(GB/T 3142),得到实施例1~实施例3的极压抗磨性、防锈性能、抗泡性能、抗乳化性的性能见表2。

如表中实施例测试结果,【实施例1~5】的最大无卡咬负荷均在800以上,说明该产品具有较好的极压抗磨性能;【实施例1~5】抗乳化性能优异,说明该产品具有优异的分水性能,在喷水纺织机油使用过程中能够快速分离水分;同时【实施例1~5】的防锈性能结果都表现良好,说明油品具有良好的防腐蚀性;【实施例1~5】具有较好的抗泡性能。综合上述性能,与【实施例1~2】相比,该产品选用合适的极压抗磨剂与防锈剂,保障油品具有良好极压抗磨性、防锈性的同时,不影响油品的破乳化性能和抗泡性,使该喷水纺织机油组合物具有较好的极压抗磨性、防锈性、抗乳化性、抗泡性能,适用于喷水纺织机的使用。
实施例1~5的喷水纺织机油组合物能够作为润滑油应用于喷水纺织机中。
Claims (10)
1.一种喷水纺织机油组合物,以重量百分数计,由以下组分组成:
极压抗磨剂0.3~1%、抗氧剂0.3~1%、金属减活剂0.01~0.2%、防锈剂0.01~0.1%、降凝剂0.05~0.6%、破乳剂0.01~0.05%、抗泡剂0.001~0.005%、基础油97.2~99.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷水纺织机油组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油为API I类石蜡基基础油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷水纺织机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自酚型抗氧剂、烷基化二苯胺或烷基苯基-α-萘胺中的至少一种;所述破乳剂选自胺与环氧化物缩合物、油溶性聚醚或聚氧丙烷型衍生物中的至少一种;所述降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯或聚α烯烃;所述金属减活剂选自吲哚类衍生物、苯并三氮唑类衍生物或噻二唑类衍生物中的至少一种;所述防锈剂选自烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯、氨基酸衍生物、胺或碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种;所述抗泡剂选自硅型与非硅复合抗泡剂、丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的喷水纺织机油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂为硫型极压剂和磷型极压剂的混合物;硫型极压剂选自硫化异丁烯、氨基硫代酯或苯基硫化物中的至少一种;磷型极压剂选自C16~C18的亚磷酸酯、磷酸酯及其铵盐衍生物或硫代磷酸酯及其铵盐衍生物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的喷水纺织机油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂选自T321、LZ5304、T308、T309、RC8210或Tec-GARD530中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的喷水纺织机油组合物,其特征在于,所述降凝剂选自Vx1-248、LZL803B、LZ3152或SWIM-5X中的至少一种;所述防锈剂选自氨基酸衍生物、胺或烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷水纺织机织组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂选自T746、T747、Irgacor L12、或HiTEC 536中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求3所述的的喷水纺织机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为硅型与非硅复合抗泡剂,选自T921或T922中的至少一种。
9.一种权利要求1所述的喷水纺织机油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将基础油加热至45~55℃,加入降凝剂,搅拌30分钟;然后加入极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、破乳剂、抗泡剂,继续加热搅拌,维持1.5h~2.5h,直至添加剂完全溶解,过滤得到所述喷水纺织机油组合物。
10.一种权利要求1~8中任意一项所述的喷水纺织机油组合物应用于喷水纺织机的润滑。
