The cleaning and recycling method of the pallet cleaning and recycling line comprises the following steps:
s1, the pallet conveyor 1 takes out the bottommost pallet in the pallet storage bin 2 from the pallet conveying gap 121, the upper pallet is fixed under the block of the pallet storage bin 2 until the bottommost pallet is completely taken out, and the upper pallet falls onto the conveying plane 11;

s3: the pallet is conveyed from the pallet overturning machine 3 to the pallet cleaning machine 4 by the pallet conveyor 1 for cleaning;
s4: the pallet is conveyed from the pallet sweeper 4 to the pallet oiling machine 5 by the pallet conveyor 1 for oiling;
s5, the pallet is transported by the pallet conveyor 1 from the pallet oiling machine 5 to the pallet receiving and stacking machine 6, and the pallet receiving and stacking machine 6 transports the pallet at the end of the pallet conveyor 1 to the pallet stack output position 662.

The pallet cleaning and recycling line is characterized by comprising a pallet conveyor, a pallet storage bin, a pallet overturning machine, a pallet cleaning machine, a pallet oiling machine and a pallet collecting and stacking machine which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the pallet conveyor, the top of the pallet conveyor forms a conveying plane, the pallet storage bin is arranged at the input end of the pallet conveyor in a crossing way, the pallet storage bin and the conveying plane form a pallet conveying gap, the pallet tipper is arranged on the pallet conveyor, the turnover axis of the pallet tipper is positioned on the conveying plane, the pallet sweeping machine and the pallet oiling machine are both arranged above the conveying plane in a spanning mode, the pallet collecting and stacking machine is connected with the tail end of the pallet conveyor and is provided with a pallet stacking output position, the pallet at the tail end of the pallet conveyor is conveyed to a pallet stacking output position by the pallet collecting stacker crane, and the position, located on the pallet storage bin, of the conveying plane is a wear-resisting plate.

The pallet cleaning recovery line according to claim 1, wherein the pallet oiling machine comprises an oiling frame, an oiling roller, an oil storage tank, an oil drain valve and an oil distribution pipe, wherein the oiling roller is horizontally mounted on the oiling frame in a rotatable manner, the oil storage tank is fixedly mounted at the top of the oiling frame, the oil distribution pipe is horizontally and fixedly mounted above the oiling roller and is communicated with the bottom of the oil storage tank through the oil drain valve, the oil distribution pipe is provided with a plurality of oil distribution holes, and the distance between the periphery of the oiling roller and the conveying plane is smaller than the thickness of the pallet.

A pallet cleaning and recycling line as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pallet take-up stacker comprises a take-up frame, a take-up carriage mounted at one end thereof on the upper side of the output end of the pallet conveyor and integrally provided at the other end thereof with a stacking frame at the pallet stack output position, a take-up carriage mounted on the take-up carriage and slidable along the take-up carriage, a take-up shuttle mounted on the take-up carriage and drivingly connected to the take-up frame, said take-up lifter comprising a lifting power unit, two lifting frames and four hook assemblies, said lifting power unit being mounted on the take-up carriage and drivingly connected to each lifting frame, each of said lifting frames being slidable up and down along the take-up carriage, each of the lifting frames being correspondingly provided with two hook assemblies, the claw hooking components on different lifting frames are arranged oppositely, and each claw hooking component moves back and forth between the output end of the pallet conveyor and the stacking frame under the driving of the board collecting lifting device and the board collecting back and forth device.

A pallet cleaning recovery line as claimed in claim 8 wherein each said hook assembly comprises a lifting spindle and a lifting pawl rotatably mounted on a corresponding lifting frame, each said lifting pawl integrally formed with a pawl limit stop, said lifting frame integrally formed with a plurality of forward rotation limit plates and a plurality of reverse rotation limit plates respectively engaged with said pawl limit stops, each said lifting pawl having two extended and retracted states, said pawl limit stop abutting said forward rotation limit stop when said lifting pawl is extended, and said pawl limit stop abutting said reverse rotation limit stop when said hook assembly is retracted.
10. The method for cleaning and recycling the pallet cleaning and recycling line according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, the pallet conveyor takes out the bottommost pallet in the pallet storage bin from the pallet conveying gap, the upper pallet is fixed under the blockage of the pallet storage bin until the bottommost pallet is completely taken out, and the upper pallet falls onto a conveying plane;
s2: the pallet is brought to the pallet overturning machine from the pallet conveying gap by the pallet conveyor, and the pallet overturning machine overturns the pallet positioned on the conveying plane and puts the pallet on the conveying plane again;
s3: the pallet is conveyed from the pallet overturning machine to the pallet cleaning machine by the pallet conveyor to be cleaned;

and S5, conveying the pallet from the pallet oiling machine to a pallet collecting and stacking machine by the pallet conveyor, and conveying the pallet at the tail end of the pallet conveyor to a pallet stacking output position by the pallet collecting and stacking machine.
