Abstract
本发明公开了一种食品加工用小麦磨粉装置,包括支撑架、减速电机、研磨滚筒、弧形凸条、筛网、端盖、上齿轮、支撑轴、转筒、下齿轮、研磨辊、进料筒、筛选部分,所述支撑架后部顶端固定有一水平的减速电机,所述减速电机的转轴前部固定有一水平的研磨滚筒,所述研磨滚筒的外壁上固定有多个水平的弧形凸条,所述研磨滚筒底端固定有一筛网,所述减速电机的转轴中部通过轴承安装有一竖直的端盖。本发明通过减速电机能够同时带动研磨滚筒和研磨辊相向转动,继而以此来提高对小麦的研磨效率,同时,通过研磨滚筒的转动而间接带动摆动箱和摆动件进行左右摆动,从而能够以此来实现对小麦粉的二次筛选和避免筛网的堵塞,继而提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种磨粉装置,尤其涉及一种食品加工用小麦磨粉装置。
背景技术
小麦粉是一种主要食品加工原料,为了保证食品安全和卫生,很多食品加工企业采用自己加工小麦粉,从而能够在源头上保证食品的安全,为此就需要小麦磨粉装置对小麦进行研磨,而现有的食品加工用小麦磨粉装置对小麦的研磨效率不高,且研磨的不够彻底,使得小麦大颗粒参杂在小麦粉中,使得小麦粉不够纯净,且容易出现堵塞的情况,影响小麦粉的生产和研磨,凸出了传统小麦磨粉装置的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食品加工用小麦磨粉装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种食品加工用小麦磨粉装置,包括支撑架、减速电机、研磨滚筒、弧形凸条、筛网、端盖、上齿轮、支撑轴、转筒、下齿轮、研磨辊、进料筒、筛选部分,所述支撑架后部顶端固定有一水平的减速电机,所述减速电机的转轴前部固定有一水平的研磨滚筒,所述研磨滚筒的外壁上固定有多个水平的弧形凸条,所述研磨滚筒底端固定有一筛网,所述减速电机的转轴中部通过轴承安装有一竖直的端盖,所述减速电机的转轴后部固定有一竖直的上齿轮,所述支撑架的后部固定有一水平的支撑轴,所述支撑轴上通过轴承安装有一水平的转筒,所述转筒后端固定有一竖直的下齿轮,所述转筒前端固定有一水平的研磨辊,所述转筒与端盖通过轴承连接,所述端盖后端上部固定有一进料筒,所述支撑架上安装有一筛选部分。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述筛选部分包括摆动箱、配重块、摆动梁、筛箱、储料箱、摆动件、敲击块,所述支撑架前部通过轴承铰接有一水平的摆动箱,所述摆动箱左部固定有一配重块,所述筛箱右部固定有一水平的摆动梁,所述摆动箱内部置有一水平的筛箱,所述筛箱下方置有一水平的储料箱,所述支撑架上部通过轴承铰接有一摆动件,所述摆动件左端固定有一水平的敲击块。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述上齿轮与下齿轮互相啮合,所述减速电机通电后能够带动研磨滚筒逆时针转动,且能够间接带动研磨辊顺时针转动。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过减速电机能够同时带动研磨滚筒和研磨辊相向转动,继而以此来提高对小麦的研磨效率,同时,通过研磨滚筒的转动而间接带动摆动箱和摆动件进行左右摆动,从而能够以此来实现对小麦粉的二次筛选和避免筛网的堵塞,该设计实现了一个电机动作同时实现了研磨和筛选以及敲击块对研磨滚筒进行敲击,继而提高了工作效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细阐述。
如图1-3所示,一种食品加工用小麦磨粉装置,包括支撑架1、减速电机2、研磨滚筒3、弧形凸条4、筛网5、端盖6、上齿轮7、支撑轴8、转筒9、下齿轮10、研磨辊11、进料筒12、筛选部分13,所述支撑架1后部顶端固定有一水平的减速电机2,所述减速电机2的转轴前部固定有一水平的研磨滚筒3,所述研磨滚筒3的外壁上固定有多个水平的弧形凸条4,所述研磨滚筒3底端固定有一筛网5,所述减速电机2的转轴中部通过轴承安装有一竖直的端盖6,所述减速电机2的转轴后部固定有一竖直的上齿轮7,所述支撑架1的后部固定有一水平的支撑轴8,所述支撑轴8上通过轴承安装有一水平的转筒9,所述转筒9后端固定有一竖直的下齿轮10,所述转筒9前端固定有一水平的研磨辊11,所述转筒9与端盖6通过轴承连接,所述端盖6后端上部固定有一进料筒12,所述支撑架1上安装有一筛选部分13。
所述筛选部分13包括摆动箱14、配重块15、摆动梁16、筛箱17、储料箱18、摆动件19、敲击块20,所述支撑架1前部通过轴承铰接有一水平的摆动箱14,所述摆动箱14左部固定有一配重块15,所述筛箱17右部固定有一水平的摆动梁16,所述摆动箱14内部置有一水平的筛箱17,所述筛箱17下方置有一水平的储料箱18,所述支撑架1上部通过轴承铰接有一摆动件19,所述摆动件19左端固定有一水平的敲击块20。
所述上齿轮7与下齿轮10互相啮合,所述减速电机2通电后能够带动研磨滚筒3逆时针转动,且能够间接带动研磨辊11顺时针转动。
本发明的工作原理:可以通过进料筒12向研磨滚筒3内投入小麦,所述减速电机2通电后能够带动研磨滚筒3逆时针转动,且能够间接带动研磨辊11顺时针转动,从而以此来对研磨滚筒3内的小麦进行研磨,而颗粒大小满足条件的小麦粉就可以通过筛网5掉落到筛箱17内,在研磨滚筒3转动的同时,摆动箱14会在弧形凸条4的推动下向右摆动,而又因为配重块15受重力影响,从而使得摆动箱14能够进行左右摆动,继而能够对筛箱17内部的小麦粉进行二次筛选,且在研磨滚筒3转动的同时,摆动件19会在弧形凸条4的推动和重力的作用下左右摆动,从而能够通过敲击块20对研磨滚筒3进行敲击,继而解决了筛网5容易堵塞的问题。

1.一种食品加工用小麦磨粉装置,包括支撑架(1)、减速电机(2)、研磨滚筒(3)、弧形凸条(4)、筛网(5)、端盖(6)、上齿轮(7)、支撑轴(8)、转筒(9)、下齿轮(10)、研磨辊(11)、进料筒(12)、筛选部分(13),其特征在于:所述支撑架(1)后部顶端固定有一水平的减速电机(2),所述减速电机(2)的转轴前部固定有一水平的研磨滚筒(3),所述研磨滚筒(3)的外壁上固定有多个水平的弧形凸条(4),所述研磨滚筒(3)底端固定有一筛网(5),所述减速电机(2)的转轴中部通过轴承安装有一竖直的端盖(6),所述减速电机(2)的转轴后部固定有一竖直的上齿轮(7),所述支撑架(1)的后部固定有一水平的支撑轴(8),所述支撑轴(8)上通过轴承安装有一水平的转筒(9),所述转筒(9)后端固定有一竖直的下齿轮(10),所述转筒(9)前端固定有一水平的研磨辊(11),所述转筒(9)与端盖(6)通过轴承连接,所述端盖(6)后端上部固定有一进料筒(12),所述支撑架(1)上安装有一筛选部分(13);
所述筛选部分(13)包括摆动箱(14)、配重块(15)、摆动梁(16)、筛箱(17)、储料箱(18)、摆动件(19)、敲击块(20),所述支撑架(1)的位于研磨滚筒(3)下方的前部通过轴承铰接有一水平的摆动箱(14),所述摆动箱(14)左部固定有一配重块(15),所述筛箱(17)右部固定有一水平的摆动梁(16),所述摆动箱(14)内部设置有一水平的筛箱(17),所述筛箱(17)下方设置有一水平的储料箱(18),所述支撑架(1)上部通过轴承铰接有一摆动件(19),所述摆动件(19)左端固定有一水平的敲击块(20),所述上齿轮(7)与下齿轮(10)互相啮合,所述减速电机(2)通电后能够带动研磨滚筒(3)逆时针转动,且能够间接带动研磨辊(11)顺时针转动, 从而以此来对研磨滚筒(3)内的小麦进行研磨,而颗粒大小满足条件的小麦粉通过筛网(5)掉落到筛箱(17)内,在研磨滚筒(3)转动的同时,摆动箱(14)会在弧形凸条(4)的推动下向右摆动,而又因为配重块(15)受重力影响,从而使得摆动箱(14)能够进行左右摆动,继而能够对筛箱(17)内部的小麦粉进行二次筛选,且在研磨滚筒(3)转动的同时,摆动件(19)会在弧形凸条(4)的推动和重力的作用下左右摆动,从而能够通过敲击块(20)对研磨滚筒(3)进行敲击。
