The cooled materials enter a fermentation box 1203 of the fermentation mechanism through a discharge hole of a cooling box 1101 and a feed hole of the fermentation mechanism in sequence for fermentation, the fermentation box 1203 continuously vibrates under the action of a vibration motor 1204 and a spring 1202, so that caking such as pomace is effectively reduced, fresh air can enter the materials such as the pomace, aerobic microorganisms participating in fermentation can be supplied with sufficient oxygen, the heat in the fermented pomace is fully exchanged with external air, and the pomace is in the optimal fermentation state. The fermentation process is divided into primary fermentation and secondary fermentation, wherein during the primary fermentation, the yeast storage tank 1214 releases yeast into the fermentation box 1203, and the yeast is added into the pomace. During secondary fermentation, the vinegar yeast storage tank 1215 and the sea buckthorn seed meal storage tank 1216 release vinegar mother and sea buckthorn seed meal powder into the fermentation box 1203 respectively, namely the sea buckthorn seed meal powder and the vinegar mother are mixed into fruit residues. The pomace is also continuously turned by a turning mechanism, in which a turning hopper 1211 turns the pomace along with a conveyor 1209 during the conveying process. The fall-stopping plate 208 can effectively prevent the seabuckthorn fruits from sliding downwards, ensure the continuous transportation and improve the transportation efficiency.
The seed-meat separator 3 comprises a crushing barrel 304, a fruit pulp collecting tank 305 arranged below the crushing barrel 304, a rotating shaft 303 arranged in the crushing barrel 304, four cross-shaped blades 301 arranged on the rotating shaft 303 and two splayed blades 302 arranged on the rotating shaft 303, wherein the lower part of the crushing barrel 304 is communicated with the fruit pulp collecting tank 305 through a conveying pipe 306, an electric stop valve 307 is arranged on the conveying pipe 306, a vibrating filter sieve 308 is arranged in the fruit pulp collecting tank 305, a seed outlet 309 and a fruit pulp outlet 3010 are arranged on the fruit pulp collecting tank 305, the seed outlet 309 is arranged above the vibrating filter sieve 308, the fruit pulp outlet 3010 is arranged below the vibrating filter sieve 308, the four cross-shaped blades 301 are arranged in parallel with each other, the two splayed blades 302 are arranged vertically with each other, the four cross-shaped blades 301 are sequentially wound on the rotating shaft 303 along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 303 and arranged in a mutually crossed manner, the splayed blade 302 is wound on the rotating shaft 303 and is arranged below the cross-shaped blade 301, and a seabuckthorn fruit feeding hole 3011 is formed in the upper portion of the crushing barrel 303. The distance from the end part of the cross-shaped blade 301 to the inner wall of the crushing barrel 304 is larger than the diameter of the sea buckthorn seeds and smaller than the diameter of the sea buckthorn fruits, and the distance from the splayed blade 302 to the inner wall of the crushing barrel 304 is larger than the diameter of the sea buckthorn seeds and smaller than the diameter of the sea buckthorn fruits.
The rotating shaft 303 is connected with a stepping motor and driven by the stepping motor to rotate, and the stepping motor intermittently rotates forwards and backwards under the control of the controller, so that the rotating shaft 303 drives the cross-shaped blade 301 and the splayed blade 302 to rotate in the crushing barrel 304, the seabuckthorn fruits entering the crushing barrel 304 from the seabuckthorn fruit feeding hole 3011 are crushed, the flesh is crushed into pulp, and the seeds and the flesh are separated. After the crushing is completed, the electric stop valve 307 is controlled to open, so that the pulp with seeds enters the pulp collecting tank 305 from the crushing cylinder 304 through the conveying pipe 306 and is filtered by the vibrating filter screen 308. The vibrating screen 308 is driven by a vibrating motor to vibrate, the vibrating screen 308 is arranged obliquely, and one end of the vibrating screen 308 close to the seed outlet 309 is lower than the other end. The vibrating screen 308 filters the seeds out and sends the seeds under vibration into a seed outlet 309 and the pulp passing through the vibrating screen 308 enters a pulp collection tank 305 and exits through a pulp outlet 3010.

The device of claim 1, wherein the device comprises: the fermentation machine (1) comprises a cooling mechanism, a fermentation mechanism and a heat evaporation mechanism, the cooling mechanism comprises a cooling box (101), an air blower (102), a cold air conveying pipe (103) and a hot air conveying pipe (104), an air inlet of the air blower (102) is respectively connected with the cold air conveying pipe (103) and the hot air conveying pipe (104) through a three-way pipe (106), an air outlet is connected with an air inlet of the cooling box (101), the cooling box (101) is provided with an inclined bottom wall, the air inlet is positioned at one end with a lower position of the bottom wall, three groups of air dispersion plate sets vertical to the bottom wall of the cooling box (101) are sequentially arranged in the cooling box (101) along the air inlet direction, each air dispersion plate set respectively comprises two air dispersion plates (105) which are symmetrically arranged by taking the air inlet direction of the cooling box (101) as a central line, and the air dispersion plate (105) close to the air inlet of the cooling box (101) and the air inlet direction of the cooling box (101) form an included angle, the wind dispersion plates (105) of the wind dispersion plate group arranged in the middle are arranged in parallel with the wind inlet direction of the cooling box (101), and the wind dispersion plates (105) of the other wind dispersion plate group are arranged at an included angle of 20-60 degrees with the wind inlet direction of the cooling box (101); the fermentation mechanism comprises a turning assembly, a support (1201) and a fermentation box (1203) supported and arranged on the support (1201) through a plurality of springs (1202), wherein a distiller's yeast storage tank (1214), a vinegar yeast storage tank (1215) and a sea buckthorn seed meal storage tank (1216) are arranged above the fermentation box (1203), a vibration motor (1204) is arranged below the fermentation box (1203), the turning assembly comprises a telescopic support arm (1205) arranged on one side of the fermentation box (1203), the top end of the telescopic support arm (1205) is provided with a telescopic cantilever (1206) obliquely and downwardly suspended above the fermentation box (1203), a first driving pulley (1207) and a first driven pulley (1208) are arranged on the telescopic cantilever (1206) along the length direction of the telescopic cantilever, the first driving pulley (1207) is in transmission connection with the motor (1210), and a conveyor belt (1209) is wound between the first driving pulley (1207) and the second driven pulley (1208), a plurality of turning hoppers (1211) are arranged on the conveyor belt (1209) at intervals, the turning hoppers (1211) turn up materials along the conveyor belt (1209) in the conveying process, and a travelling wheel (1212) which travels in a reciprocating mode along a track (1213) is arranged at the bottom of the telescopic support arm (1205); the steam heating mechanism comprises a steam barrel (1302) with a drain pipe (1301) arranged at the bottom and two steam delivery pipes (1303) arranged through the steam barrel (1302), one end of each steam delivery pipe (1303) is closed, the driving mechanism (1304) drives the steam delivery pipe (1303) to rotate, the other end of each steam delivery pipe (1303) is connected with a steam outlet of the steam generator (1306) through a rotary joint (1305), and steam dispersion holes (1307) are densely distributed in a pipe body of each steam delivery pipe (1303) located in the steam barrel (1302).
