the degreasing box comprises a degreasing cavity, a grease salvage net and a material pushing plate; a draining plate is arranged in the oil removing cavity, the oil removing cavity is divided into an upper oil removing cavity and a lower draining cavity by the draining plate, and kitchen waste is placed in the upper oil removing cavity; an ice water injection port is formed in the upper oil removing cavity, and ice water is introduced into the upper oil removing cavity to cool grease in the kitchen garbage; the grease salvaging net is connected to the top of the upper oil removing cavity through a lifting mechanism and is used for salvaging the cooled and solidified grease; the lower draining cavity is used for discharging waste water; the material pushing plate is arranged on one side of the upper oil removing cavity through a pushing assembly, a material outlet is formed in the other side of the upper oil removing cavity, and the material pushing plate is used for pushing kitchen garbage after oil removal to the dehydration and desalination box;
a desalting section and a dehydrating section are sequentially arranged in the dehydrating and desalting box according to the material advancing direction; the desalting section is provided with a washing spray head for washing and removing salt in the kitchen garbage; the dehydration section is provided with a dryer for drying kitchen garbage; a feeding auger is arranged in the dehydration and desalination box, and sequentially penetrates through the desalination section and the dehydration section;
the top of the stirring box is provided with a bacterium liquid spray head for spraying EM bacterium liquid into the stirring box; the bottom of the stirring box is provided with a stirring paddle, and the stirring paddle is used for uniformly stirring the EM bacterial liquid and the kitchen garbage;
the rotary fermentation box comprises a cylindrical box body and a rotary frame arranged in the cylindrical box body, wherein a feeding opening is formed in the top of the cylindrical box body, and the feeding opening is connected with the stirring box through a discharging auger; the rotary frame comprises a rotary rod and a plurality of support rods arranged at the top of the rotary rod, the support rods are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the rotary rod, a fermentation hammock is hung on any one support rod, a partition plate is arranged between any two adjacent support rods, the inner end of the partition plate is fixed on the rotary rod, and the outer end, the top end and the bottom end of the partition plate are respectively used for being in sealing butt joint with the inner side wall, the inner top surface and the inner bottom surface of the cylindrical box body; a temperature rising section, a high temperature section and a decomposing section are sequentially arranged in the cylindrical box body along the circumferential direction, and the decomposing section is provided with an organic fertilizer discharging port and the feeding port; the bottom of the rotating rod is connected with a driving assembly to drive the rotating frame to rotate, so that any one fermentation hammock sequentially passes through the temperature rising section, the high-temperature section and the decomposing section; an aeration device, a heating device and a lighting lamp are arranged in the temperature rising section, the high temperature section and the decomposing section.

4. The kitchen waste fermentation treatment system according to claim 1, wherein 3 supporting rods are arranged at intervals on the top of the rotating rod, the 3 supporting rods are located in the same horizontal plane, and any one of the supporting rods is perpendicular to the rotating rod.
5. The kitchen waste fermentation treatment system according to claim 1, wherein said aeration device, said heating device and said illumination lamp are disposed on said partition plate.

The kitchen waste fermentation treatment system according to claim 2, further comprising a controller; the humidity sensor, the temperature sensor, the aeration device, the heating device, the illuminating lamp, the lifting mechanism, the pushing assembly and the driving assembly are all in communication connection with the controller.
7. The kitchen waste fermentation treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the fermentation hammock is made of a diaphragm fabric, and the diaphragm fabric is formed by interweaving nylon ropes and heat-conducting plastic belts in a criss-cross manner.
8. The kitchen waste fermentation treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the stirring tank is an inclined surface, and the discharge auger is connected to the lower end of the inclined surface.
9. The kitchen waste fermentation treatment system according to claim 1, wherein the EM bacteria liquid is a mixed bacteria liquid of photosynthetic bacteria, yeast and lactic acid bacteria in a ratio of 1: 0.8.
