Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the baking apparatus 100 of the present invention is shown, in which the baking apparatus 100 is adapted to be used with a plurality of jigs 200 and a coating device 300, so that after a plurality of boards 400 (such as printed circuit boards) are coated with a coating material by the coating device 300, the boards 400 are clamped by the jigs 200 and baked in the baking apparatus 100, and the jigs 200 not clamping the boards 400 can be cleaned after the baking process is finished, so as to remove dirty components such as the coating material on the jigs 200. Specifically, the baking apparatus includes a baking box 1, an operation device 2, a clamp transferring device 3, a clamp lifting device 4, a clamp cleaning device 5 and a temperature control device 6, and the specific embodiment thereof will be described later.

The clamp transfer device 3 is mainly disposed on the top side in the baking box body 1 and includes a guide rail 31. The guide rail 31 is adapted to detachably mount the clamp 200 thereon, and can be operated under the control of the operating device 2, so that the clamp 200 can move from the feeding end 11 to the discharging end 12 or from the discharging end 12 to the feeding end 11 in the baking oven box 1. In this embodiment, the guide rail 31 has an input section 311 and an output section 312, the input section 311 and the output section 312 are connected to form a continuous path, and the output section 312 is located above the input section 311. Since the guide rails 31 form a continuous path, after the board 400 is taken out from the discharging end 12 after the baking process, the clamps 200 that do not clamp the board 400 can be returned from the discharging section 312 to the feeding end 11 for recycling. In addition, since the input section 311 and the output section 312 of the guide rail 31 are configured to be stacked in the height direction, the planar occupation space of the toasting carriage 1 can be effectively reduced. Of course, the above-mentioned embodiment of the guide rail 31 is an example of the present embodiment, and the implementation form thereof can be adjusted as needed, and is not limited to the above-mentioned contents.
The jig lifting device 4 is disposed in the baking oven 1, and is controlled by the control device 2 to guide the lifting and lowering movement of the jig 200 loaded on the guide rail 31, so as to remove the jig 200 from the guide rail 31 and guide it into the jig cleaning device 5 for cleaning, and further, to guide the cleaned jig 200 back to the guide rail 31. The fixture cleaning device 5 is used for cleaning the fixture 200, and includes a cleaning tank 51 and an air outlet unit 52, which are disposed in the baking oven 1. The cleaning process of the jig 200 is to place the jig 200 in the first processing tank 511 to remove the dirty components by the chemical solution, then place the jig 200 in the second processing tank 512 under the driving of the guide rail 31 and the jig lifting device 4 to clean the plate 400 by the clean water, and finally place the jig in the third processing tank 513 by the guiding of the guide rail 31 and the jig lifting device 4 to blow off the residual moisture by the high pressure gas generated by the air blowing unit 52. Since the cleaning process is performed in an automated manner and the jig 200 does not need to be removed from the guide rail 31 and remounted, the efficiency of performing the cleaning process on the jig 200 can be maximized. In addition, since the cleaning tank 51 is installed closer to the feeding end 11, the jig 200 can be baked for a long time in the baking oven 1 after being cleaned, thereby completely removing the residual moisture.
In summary, the baking apparatus 100 of the present invention can not only bake the board 400 through the cooperation of the clamp 200, but also clean the board from the guide rail 31 to the cleaning tank 51 guided by the clamp lifting device 4 when the clamp 200 does not clamp the board 400, and after the cleaning is completed, the board can be lifted back to the guide rail 31 guided by the clamp lifting device 4, and then bake the clamp 200 directly in the baking box 1 along the moving track of the guide rail 31.
