实施过程:(1)在给袋装置2工作过程中,先将双层塑料编织袋摊平层叠后放置在平台21上,继而通过第一气缸23带动第一安装板24向下运动,使得第一安装板24上的多个第一真空吸盘25吸住双层塑料编织袋。(2)在竖袋装置3工作过程中,先通过给袋装置2的第一气缸23复位后使得双层塑料编织袋抵触在两个固定板331下表面,然后通过第三气缸333带动夹持板332转动后靠近固定板331,实现将双层塑料编织袋的开口两侧夹持在两个固定板331和夹持板332之间,且解除第一真空吸盘25对双层塑料编织袋的吸附作用;继而通过第二气缸34带动旋转架32转动到水平状态,使得双层塑料编织袋转动至竖直状态,且使得双层塑料编织袋的开口朝上。(3)在夹持装置4工作过程中,先通过电动滚珠丝杠滑台8带动第二安装板41移动且使得两个气动夹爪45分别处于双层塑料编织带的两侧,继而通过第四气缸43带动滑动架42滑动后使得气动夹爪45对准双层塑料编织袋的两侧,然后通过第五气缸46带动滑动座44移动后使得气动夹爪45靠近双层塑料编织袋,最终通过气动夹爪45夹持双层塑料编织袋的两侧,且解除竖袋装置3中夹持机构33的夹持作用。(4)在开口装置5工作过程中,通过第六气缸51带动安装块52移动,以两个安装块52上的第二真空吸盘53吸附在双层塑料编织袋的前后两侧,继而配合竖袋装置3的两个第五气缸46带动两个滑动座44靠近,两个第六气缸51缩回,从而实现打开双层塑料编织带的开口。(5)在支撑装置9工作过程中,通过液压缸91驱动支撑盘92上升后支撑在双层塑料编织袋的底部。(6)在自动称重供料装置6工作过程中,储料斗62内的塑料颗粒通过第一电动出料装置63输出到称重斗65内,当称重器66检测的重量达到预定值时,称重器66将信号反馈到控制器中以控制第一电动出料装置63关闭且控制第二电动出料装置67打开,从而称重斗65内的塑料颗粒通过输送机69输送至供料斗68内,最终进入双层塑料编织袋内。(7)在封口装置7工程过程中,先解除第二真空吸盘53对双层塑料编织袋的吸附作用;再通过第五气缸46带动两个滑动座44互相远离后使得双层塑料编织袋的开口合拢;继而通过电动滚珠丝杠滑台8带动整个夹持装置4朝向编织袋缝口机71移动后实现封口,且在移动过程中双层塑料编织袋的开口两侧在两个引导板72的作用下逐渐靠近,以便于编织袋缝口机71进行封口。Implementation process: (1) During the working process of the
