In order to facilitate the loading and the adsorption of ton bags, the bag storage device comprises a bag loading box, a stepping motor and a tray, the stepping motor is arranged at the bottom of the bag loading box, and the tray is connected to an output shaft of the stepping motor and can ascend and descend along the height direction of the bag loading box.
In order to further ensure the reliability of ton bag adsorption, the rotatable bag adsorption mechanism comprises a telescopic part, a rotatable part and a sucker which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the top of the telescopic part is fixedly connected with the top surface of the gantry frame.
The telescopic part is a hydraulic oil cylinder which is vertically arranged, and a cylinder body of the telescopic part is fixedly connected to the top surface of the door-shaped frame.

The bag storage device 2 comprises a bag box 21, a stepping motor 22 and a tray 23, the stepping motor is arranged at the bottom of the bag box, and the tray is connected to an output shaft of the stepping motor and can lift along the height direction of the bag box, so that the ton bag can be loaded and adsorbed conveniently. After a ton bag is bagged, the ton bag is controlled to move downwards to the flat plate conveyor through the lifting bag clamping device, then a winch on the same guide rail is controlled to move in opposite directions to enable the bag opening of the ton bag to be preliminarily tightened up, then the ton bag is opened and is moved forwards along with the flat plate conveyor, the bag sealing task can be completed through a sealing machine in the operation process, meanwhile, a stepping motor in the storage bag is started to enable the tray to move upwards so as to rotate the bag sucking mechanism to suck bags for the second time, and the experiment shows that the stepping motor is suitable for controlling the tray to move upwards by 10mm every time.
