As an optimal technical scheme of the automobile air conditioner, the automobile air conditioner further comprises a volute, an air blower arranged in the volute and an evaporator positioned at an air outlet of the volute, the speed regulation module is arranged in the volute, and a heat dissipation device of the speed regulation module of the automobile air conditioner is positioned in the volute.
As the preferred technical scheme of the automobile air conditioner, the volute comprises an upper volute and a lower volute which are detachably connected, the speed regulating module is installed on the lower volute, and the heat radiating device of the automobile air conditioner speed regulating module is located in a space surrounded by the upper volute and the lower volute.
As the preferred technical scheme of the automobile air conditioner, a first fixing hole is formed in the mounting seat of the speed regulating module, a second fixing hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the first fixing hole, of the volute, and a second fastening piece penetrates through the first fixing hole and extends into the second fixing hole to connect the mounting seat and the volute.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the heat dissipation device of the automobile air conditioner speed regulation module, the speed regulation module and the automobile air conditioner are provided, the heat generated by the field effect tube is transferred to the heat tube through the heat conduction base, the working medium in the heat tube absorbs heat evaporation and diffuses to one end of the heat tube far away from the heat conduction base and condenses to release the heat, and the heat is dissipated outwards through the heat dissipation fin, so that the quick heat dissipation of a heat effect tube is realized, and compared with the prior art, the heat dissipation device has higher heat exchange efficiency; and because the heat pipes are arranged at intervals, and the gaps of the heat dissipation fins are arranged at intervals, the resistance generated by the airflow blown out by the air blower is smaller, so that the airflow blown to the evaporator is more uniform, large-range eddy current is prevented from appearing around the speed regulation module, and the uniformity of the outlet air temperature of the evaporator is improved.

In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some but not all of the elements associated with the present invention are shown in the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a heat dissipation device 11 of an automotive air conditioning speed regulation module, the heat dissipation device 11 of the automotive air conditioning speed regulation module includes a plurality of heat pipes 112, heat dissipation fins 113 and a heat conduction base 111 capable of abutting against a field effect tube 14, the plurality of heat pipes 112 are disposed on the heat conduction base 111 at intervals, the plurality of heat pipes 112 are disposed on the plurality of heat conduction bases 111 at intervals, the plurality of heat dissipation fins 113 are disposed on one ends of the heat pipes 112 far away from the heat conduction base 111 at intervals along an extending direction of the heat pipes 112, and each heat pipe 112 penetrates through the plurality of heat dissipation fins 113.
It can be understood that, through setting up heat conduction base 111, heat pipe 112 and radiating fin 113, the heat that field effect transistor 14 produced passes through heat conduction base 111 and transmits to heat pipe 112, the working medium in heat pipe 112 absorbs the heat evaporation and spreads and the condensation gives off the heat to the one end that heat pipe 112 kept away from heat conduction base 111, the heat outwards scatters and disappears through radiating fin 113, thereby realize the quick heat dissipation to thermal effect pipe 14, and because heat pipe 112 interval sets up, radiating fin 113 interval sets up, the resistance that the air current that blows out air-blower 3 produced is less, thereby it is more even to make the air current that blows to evaporimeter 4, avoid appearing vortex on a large scale around speed governing module 1, improve evaporimeter 4 air-out temperature homogeneity.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the material of the heat conducting base 111 is copper, but in other embodiments, other materials with good heat conducting effect, such as aluminum, may also be used.
Further, in the present embodiment, the plurality of heat pipes 112 are arranged in a rectangular array. Specifically, in the present embodiment, sixteen heat pipes 112 are disposed, and sixteen heat pipes 112 are disposed on the heat conducting base 111 in four rows, and each row includes four heat pipes 112. Of course, in other embodiments, the number and arrangement of the heat pipes 112 can be set according to actual needs.
The heat pipe 112 includes a heat pipe housing, a liquid absorbing core disposed on an inner wall of the heat pipe housing, and the working medium. The working medium is water, alcohol, liquid ammonia or refrigerant. The end of the heat pipe 112 close to the heat conducting base 111 is an evaporation end, and the end far away from the heat conducting base 111 is a condensation end. The liquid working medium absorbs heat at the evaporation end and evaporates rapidly, the vapor flows to the condensation end under the action of pressure difference, releases heat and condenses into liquid again, the liquid flows back to the evaporation end along the liquid absorption core under the action of capillary force, and the process is repeated, so that the heat generated by the field effect tube 14 is continuously dissipated.
Further, in the present embodiment, in the extending direction of the heat pipe 112, the distance between the two heat dissipation fins 113 located at the outermost side is smaller than the distance between the one heat dissipation fin 113 closest to the heat conductive base 111 and the heat conductive base 111. So set up, not only can make the heat scatter and disappear through radiating fin 113, reduced radiating fin 113 simultaneously and blockked the air current for the air current can thigh and pass through radiating fin 113's top and below. Specifically, in the present embodiment, six heat dissipation fins 113 are provided, and of course, in other embodiments, the number of the heat dissipation fins 113 may be set according to actual needs.
In summary, the heat dissipation device 11 of the speed regulation module of the air conditioner of the vehicle provided by the embodiment has higher heat exchange efficiency compared with the prior art; and because the heat pipes 112 are arranged at intervals, and the gaps of the heat radiating fins 113 are arranged at intervals, the resistance generated by the air flow blown out by the air blower 3 is small, so that the air flow blown to the evaporator 4 is uniform, the large-range vortex around the speed regulating module 1 is avoided, and the uniformity of the air outlet temperature of the evaporator 4 is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment further provides a speed regulation module 1, where the speed regulation module 1 includes the heat dissipation device 11 of the above-mentioned automotive air conditioning speed regulation module. This speed governing module 1 still includes mount pad 12, PCB board 13, field effect transistor 14 and power inserted sheet 15, and PCB board 13 and power inserted sheet 15 all set up in mount pad 12, and PCB board 13 electricity connects in power inserted sheet 15, and field effect transistor 14 sets up on PCB board 13, and heat conduction base 111 connects in mount pad 12, and the butt is in field effect transistor 14. The fet 14 abuts against the heat conductive base 111, so that heat generated by the fet 14 can be transferred to the heat conductive base 111, further transferred to the heat pipe 112, and dissipated outwards through the heat pipe 112 and the heat dissipation fins 113.
Further, a plurality of fixing posts 121 are protruded from the mounting base 12, the plurality of fixing posts 121 are disposed around the fet 14, and the first fastening member penetrates through the heat conductive base 111 and is connected to the corresponding fixing posts 121 to connect the heat conductive base 111 and the mounting base 12. The first fastener is preferably a bolt. So set up, form the space that holds PCB board 13 and field effect transistor 14 between mount pad 12 and the heat conduction base 111 to make the volume that field effect transistor 14 produced also can scatter and disappear in to the space, further improve field effect transistor 14's radiating effect.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the embodiment further provides an automobile air conditioner, which includes the speed regulation module 1, the volute 2, the blower 3 disposed in the volute 2, and the evaporator 4 located at the air outlet of the volute 2, wherein the speed regulation module 1 is installed in the volute 2, and the heat dissipation device 11 of the speed regulation module of the automobile air conditioner is located in the volute 2.
It can be understood that the heat dissipation device 11 of the speed regulation module of the vehicle air conditioner is located in the volute 2, and the air flow blown out by the blower 3 can take away the heat of the heat dissipation fin 113, so as to accelerate the outward dissipation speed of the heat generated by the heat dissipation device 11 of the speed regulation module of the vehicle air conditioner on the field effect transistor 14, and further realize the rapid heat dissipation of the field effect transistor 14. Moreover, the heat pipes 112 are arranged at intervals, and the heat radiating fins 113 are arranged at intervals, so that uneven flow and eddy current caused by blocking of airflow can be relieved, and noise can be reduced.
Further, the volute 2 comprises an upper volute and a lower volute 21 which are detachably connected, the speed regulating module 1 is installed on the lower volute 21, and the heat dissipation device 11 of the automobile air conditioner speed regulating module is located in a space enclosed by the upper volute and the lower volute 21. Specifically, a first fixing hole 122 is formed in the mounting base 12, a second fixing hole is formed in a position, corresponding to the first fixing hole 122, of the lower volute casing 21, and a second fastening member penetrates through the first fixing hole 122 and extends into the second fixing hole to connect the mounting base 12 and the volute casing 2.
