Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of photochemical reaction test devices, and particularly belongs to an airtight and light-proof reaction device.
Background
With the continuous development of scientific research techniques, when some molecular chemical reactions are researched, some high molecular materials are often required to be subjected to photoinitiated synthesis or grafting so as to perform polymerization reactions, some high molecular biopolymers are often protected from light by nitrogen, constant-temperature stirring and other operations are required to be kept in the reaction process, some high molecular substrates are required to be subjected to solid-liquid infiltration contact, and the control requirement on the whole reaction process is high.
For the reaction and the substance which need to be protected from light and air, because some reaction raw materials or products are easily decomposed by light, the reaction can not be carried out towards the expected direction of experimenters, or the extract is decomposed and denatured by light, the whole device is often required to be arranged in a darkroom or only a simple cover layer is required to cover the darkroom, so as to carry out the protection of isolating and avoiding light on the reaction substance and the reaction process in a container, but the former reaction and the reaction process have no darkroom which can completely shield light in many existing laboratories, and the darkroom can not simultaneously carry out the protection of nitrogen to isolate oxygen, and the latter reaction and the reaction process are closed by using a protective cover, so that the practicability is not strong, and the intermediate process can.
Aiming at the defects, the reaction device which has simple structure and rich functions and can be operated under the conditions of air tightness and light avoidance in the whole process is provided.

an airtight and light-proof reaction device comprises a constant temperature device, an airtight box body and a reaction light source, wherein the constant temperature device comprises a control panel and a water bath kettle, 2 left and right sliding guide rails are arranged on the table top of the constant temperature device, and the sliding guide rails are connected with a plurality of clamps in a sliding manner; the constant temperature device is provided with an airtight box body, the front side of the airtight box body is provided with an operation port and an observation window, the right side of the airtight box body is provided with an airtight door, the left side of the airtight box body is provided with an inert gas inlet and an inert gas outlet, and the upper side of the airtight box body is provided with a charging hole; a lifting hook is fixedly connected to the position, opposite to the water bath pot, above the inside of the airtight box body, a hanging basket is hung on the lifting hook and is opposite to the reaction container below the hanging basket, and a red light source is arranged on the other side of the inside of the airtight box body; the reaction light source is arranged in the middle of the upper portion of the airtight box body, the lamp groove cover is hinged to the airtight box body, a telescopic rod is arranged inside the airtight box body, the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the lamp holder, and the ultraviolet light source lamp tube is arranged in the lamp holder.

Further, the sliding guide rail is an inverted T-shaped guide rail.
Further, the operation opening is tightly connected with a rubber operation glove.
Furthermore, the observation window is made of dark organic glass, and a sliding cover plate covers the observation window.

Referring to the schematic structural diagrams of fig. 1-4, an airtight and light-tight reaction device comprises a constant temperature device (1), an airtight box body (2) and a reaction light source (3), wherein the constant temperature device (1) comprises a control panel (101) and a water bath (102), the water bath (102) is a constant temperature magnetic stirring water bath, 2 left and right sliding guide rails (103) are arranged on the table top of the water bath, the sliding guide rails (103) are inverted-T-shaped guide rails, and the sliding guide rails are slidably connected with a plurality of clamps (104); the constant temperature device (1) is provided with an airtight box body (2), the front face of the airtight box body (2) is provided with an operation opening (201) and an observation window (212), the operation opening (201) is tightly connected with rubber operation gloves, the observation window (212) is made of dark organic glass, a sliding cover plate covers the observation window, the right side of the observation window is provided with an airtight door (204), the airtight door (204) is provided with a pressure release valve (205), the control mode is overpressure automatic pressure release and buzzing alarm, the left side of the observation window is provided with an inert gas inlet (209) and an inert gas outlet (210), the upper side of the observation window is provided with a feed inlet (202), the feed inlet (202) is in rotary connection by using a sealing cover (203), an elastic sealing ring is arranged between the airtight door and the observation; a lifting hook (208) is fixedly connected to the position, opposite to the water bath (102), above the inside of the airtight box body (2), a hanging basket (207) is hung on the lifting hook and is opposite to the reaction container (206) below the hanging basket, the height of the hanging basket (207) can be adjusted up and down, and a red light source (211) is arranged on the other side of the inside of the airtight box body; reaction light source (3) are installed in the middle of airtight box (2) top, and light trough lid (201) is articulated with airtight box, inside sets up and is provided with telescopic link (302), telescopic link (302) fixed connection lamp stand (303), installation ultraviolet source fluorescent tube (304) in lamp stand (303), the distance of ultraviolet source fluorescent tube (304) and below reaction vessel (206) can be adjusted from top to bottom in telescopic link (302), the ultraviolet source fluorescent tube of different wave bands can be dismantled and convenient change in reaction light source (3).
This embodiment is a device suitable for various tests requiring air-tightness, oxygen isolation, inert protection, light shielding, and photoinitiated reaction.

Claims (10)

An airtight and light-proof reaction device comprises a constant temperature device (1), an airtight box body (2) and a reaction light source (3), and is characterized in that the constant temperature device (1) comprises a control panel (101) and a water bath (102), wherein a table top of the constant temperature device is provided with a left sliding guide rail and a right sliding guide rail (103), and the sliding guide rails are connected with a plurality of clamps (104) in a sliding manner; the constant temperature device (1) is provided with an airtight box body (2), the front of the airtight box body (2) is provided with an operation port (201) and an observation window (212), the right side is provided with an airtight door (204), the left side is provided with an inert gas inlet (209) and an inert gas outlet (210), and the upper side is provided with a feeding port (202); a lifting hook (208) is fixedly connected to the position, opposite to the water bath (102), above the inside of the airtight box body (2), a hanging basket (207) is hung on the lifting hook and is opposite to a reaction container (206) below the lifting hook, and a red light source (211) is arranged on the other side of the inside of the airtight box body; the reaction light source (3) is installed in the middle of the upper portion of the airtight box body (2), the lamp trough cover (201) is hinged to the airtight box body, an expansion rod (302) is arranged inside the airtight box body, the expansion rod (302) is fixedly connected with the lamp holder (303), and an ultraviolet light source lamp tube (304) is installed in the lamp holder (303).
2. The airtight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water bath (102) is a constant temperature magnetic stirring water bath.
3. The airtight and light-proof reaction device according to claim 1, wherein the sliding guide rail (103) is an inverted T-shaped guide rail.
4. An airtight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operation port (201) is tightly connected with a rubber operation glove.
5. A gas-tight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the observation window (212) is made of dark organic glass material covered by a sliding cover.

A gas-tight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the charging opening (202) is rotatably connected by a sealing cap (203), and an elastic sealing ring is installed between the charging opening and the sealing cap, so that a long-neck funnel can be used to feed solid or liquid into the reaction vessel (206) through the charging opening during charging.
7. The airtight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the telescopic rod (302) can adjust the distance between the ultraviolet light source lamp (304) and the lower reaction vessel (206) up and down.
8. The airtight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the airtight door (204) is provided with a pressure release valve (205) which is controlled by automatic pressure release under overpressure and buzzer alarm.
9. A gas-tight and light-proof reaction device according to claim 1, wherein the height of the hanging basket (207) is adjustable up and down.
10. The airtight and light-proof reaction device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reaction light source (3) is detachable and convenient to replace the ultraviolet light source lamp tubes with different wave bands.
