Abstract
本发明提供了燃料箱用压力阀,包括主壳体,所述主壳体包括第一容腔和第二容腔,所述第一容腔和所述第二容腔之间通过通道连通,在所述第一容腔的底部设置有密封所述第一容腔该底部的底盖;在所述第一容腔内设置浮动阀芯,且在浮动阀芯和底盖之间设置的弹性偏压所述浮动阀芯的弹簧,在所述第二容腔的一侧设置有于其内部连通的导流嘴;在所述第二容腔内设置有密封座,在所述密封座上设置有密封堵块。本发明的燃料箱用压力阀通过第二容腔内设置的密封座和密封堵块,使得可以防止从导流嘴处的回流气体进入至燃油箱内。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀装置,更加具体的,涉及燃料箱用压力阀。
背景技术
通常,燃油泵通过DC马达获得蓄电电源而被驱动,从而将储存在燃料箱中的燃料供给到喷油器,所述燃油泵分为设置在发动机室的外置型燃油泵和设置在燃料箱内的内置型燃油泵,大多使用抑制燃油泵的噪音并防止气阻及燃料的脉动的内置型燃油泵。并且,在燃料箱内设有燃料箱用压力阀,当汽车倾覆时通过燃料箱用压力阀来防止燃料箱内的燃料或蒸发气体泄漏至外部。
即,由于汽车的燃料具有高挥发性,在如夏季户外气温高的情况下,容易蒸发成气态,当蒸发的气体充满燃料箱内时,燃料箱内部的压力增高,燃料或蒸发气体可能会泄漏,并且发生碰撞事故时会发生爆炸而使损失扩大。因此,通常汽车的燃料供给系统中,将燃料箱的蒸发气体引导至进气系统的进气管,与空气一同吸入到气缸并使其燃烧,为防止汽车行驶中发生的燃料流动或车体倾斜导致燃料进入导管内,将燃料箱用压力阀设置在燃料箱内。
然而,现有的上述燃料箱用压力阀,压力阀内部未设置有防止从喷嘴处气体逆流的结构。
发明内容
本发明的针对现有技术中存在的不足,提供了燃料箱用压力阀。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:燃料箱用压力阀,包括:
主壳体,所述主壳体包括第一容腔和第二容腔,所述第一容腔和所述第二容腔之间通过通道连通,在所述第一容腔的底部设置有密封所述第一容腔该底部的底盖;
浮动阀芯,其活动设置在所述第一容腔内,在浮动阀芯和底盖之间设置的弹性偏压所述浮动阀芯的弹簧,通过所述浮动阀芯在所述第一容腔内活动,以使得所述浮动阀芯将所述通道封闭或者打开;
导流嘴,其固定设置在所述第二容腔的一侧且与所述第二容腔内部连通;
在所述第二容腔内设置有密封座,在所述密封座上设置有密封堵块。
上述技术方案中,所述主壳体具有上端开口,在所述开口上盖设有将其密封的盖板。
上述技术方案中,在所述主壳体上设置有限位扣槽,还包括一安装盖板,在所述安装盖板上设置有向下延伸的扣脚,所述扣脚扣入所述限位扣槽内。
上述技术方案中,所述扣脚设置在所述安装盖板的左右两侧以及后侧。
上述技术方案中,在所述浮动阀芯的侧壁上设置有纵向延伸的两条导向筋,在所述第一容腔对应位置设置有与所述导向筋形状和位置匹配的导向槽。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的燃料箱用通过第二容腔内设置的密封座和密封堵块,使得可以防止从导流嘴处的回流气体进入至燃油箱内。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图4,燃料箱用压力阀,包括具有上端开口100的主壳体1,所述主壳体1包括第一容腔11和第二容腔12,所述第一容腔11和所述第二容腔12之间通过通道200连通,在所述第一容腔11的底部设置有密封所述第一容腔11该底部的底盖10。
在所述第一容腔11内活动设置有浮动阀芯2,且在浮动阀芯2和底盖11之间设置的弹性偏压所述浮动阀芯的弹簧8,通过所述浮动阀芯2在所述第一容腔11内活动,以使得所述浮动阀芯2将所述通道200封闭或者打开。在所述第二容腔12的一侧固定设置有导流嘴3,且其与所述第二容腔12内部连通,作为优选的,所述导流嘴3和所述第二容腔12的侧壁之间一体成型。在所述第二容腔11内设置有密封座4,在所述密封座4上设置有密封堵块5,在所述开口100上盖设有将其密封的盖板6。
上述结构中,通过盖板6的设置可方便的对整个燃料箱用压力阀上端开口内的部件的安装,此外通过第二容腔12内设置的密封座3和密封堵块5,使得可以防止从导流嘴3处的回流气体进入至燃油箱内。
其中,在所述主壳体1上设置有限位扣槽13,还包括一安装盖板7,在所述安装盖板7上设置有向下延伸的扣脚70,所述扣脚70扣入所述限位扣槽13内进而使得所述安装盖板7和所述主壳体1固定。上述结构中,所述安装盖板7可设置为便于和相关部件配合的形状,以便于与上述部件固定配合。优选的,所述扣脚70设置在所述安装盖板7的左右两侧以及后侧,以便于使得所述主壳体1和所述安装盖板7之间能够被牢靠的固定。
在所述浮动阀芯2的侧壁上设置有纵向延伸的两条导向筋20,在所述第一容腔11对应位置设置有与所述导向筋形状和位置匹配的导向槽14。上述结构,以便于为所述浮动阀芯2在活动时提供导向,防止其发生左右晃动。

Claims (5)
1.燃料箱用压力阀,其特征在于,包括:
主壳体(1),所述主壳体(1)包括第一容腔(11)和第二容腔(12),所述第一容腔(11)和所述第二容腔(12)之间通过通道(200)连通,在所述第一容腔(11)的底部设置有密封所述第一容腔(11)该底部的底盖(10);
浮动阀芯(2),其活动设置在所述第一容腔(11)内,在浮动阀芯(2)和底盖11之间设置的弹性偏压所述浮动阀芯的弹簧(8),通过所述浮动阀芯(2)在所述第一容腔(11)内活动,以使得所述浮动阀芯(2)将所述通道(200)封闭或者打开;
导流嘴(3),其固定设置在所述第二容腔(12)的一侧且与所述第二容腔(12)内部连通;
在所述第二容腔(12)内设置有密封座(4),在所述密封座(4)上设置有密封堵块(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱用压力阀,其特征在于:所述主壳体(1)具有上端开口(100),在所述开口(100)上盖设有将其密封的盖板(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱用压力阀,其特征在于:在所述主壳体(1)上设置有限位扣槽(13),还包括一安装盖板(7),在所述安装盖板(7)上设置有向下延伸的扣脚(70),所述扣脚(70)扣入所述限位扣槽(13)内。
4.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱用压力阀,其特征在于:所述扣脚(70)设置在所述安装盖板(7)的左右两侧以及后侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱用压力阀,其特征在于:在所述浮动阀芯(2)的侧壁上设置有纵向延伸的两条导向筋(20),在所述第一容腔(11)对应位置设置有与所述导向筋形状和位置匹配的导向槽(14)。
