一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,包括第一无纺布纤维层、第二无纺布纤维层和杀菌层,第一无纺布纤维层粘结在杀菌层的底部,第二无纺布纤维层粘结在杀菌层的顶部;第一无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括:聚乳酸10份、淀粉30份、聚己内酯15份、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯10份熔融喷丝制的得短纤维通过梳理机梳理成的纤维网构成;第二无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括聚乳酸10份、植物纤维10份、肟菌酯20份、偶联剂0.3份、抗氧剂0.2份、润滑剂0.3份;杀菌层,按重量份数计,包括聚丙烯30份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯0.8份、麦饭石0.7份、茶多酚5份、牛磺酸8份、柠檬酸0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖6份、酵母粉0.6份、壳聚糖10份、纳米二氧化钛3份、氧化锌13份。

步骤1:由上至下按照第一无纺布纤维层、杀菌层和第二无纺布纤维层顺序进行逐层刷涂糯米胶并叠料;

一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,包括第一无纺布纤维层、第二无纺布纤维层和杀菌层,第一无纺布纤维层粘结在杀菌层的底部,第二无纺布纤维层粘结在杀菌层的顶部;第一无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括:聚乳酸20份、淀粉50份、聚己内酯20份、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯20份熔融喷丝制的得短纤维通过梳理机梳理成的纤维网构成;第二无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括聚乳酸20份、植物纤维40份、肟菌酯35份、偶联剂0.8份、抗氧剂0.6份、润滑剂1份;杀菌层,按重量份数计,包括聚丙烯50份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯1.2份、麦饭石1份、茶多酚15份、牛磺酸16份、柠檬酸2份、低聚异麦芽糖18份、酵母粉1.5份、壳聚糖18份、纳米二氧化钛5份、氧化锌18份。
一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:由上至下按照第一无纺布纤维层、杀菌层和第二无纺布纤维层顺序进行逐层刷涂糯米胶并叠料;

综上所述,在本实施例中,按照本实施例的绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬及其生产工艺,本实施例提供的绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬及其生产工艺,由实施例1~实施例3可知,实施例2制备的绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬的杀菌效果最佳,同时在第一无纺布纤维层添加聚乳酸和淀粉,绿色环保并且能够在使用后降解,减少污染;同时第二无纺布纤维层添加植物纤维和肟菌酯能够有效增加无纺布内衬的强度,同时肟菌酯能够与杀菌层相互配合能够有效延长汽车内衬的抗菌时间,使用淀粉、植物纤维原料来源广绿色环保,改变传统工业制造的化工汽车内衬的气味大,污染严重的弊端。

1.一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,包括第一无纺布纤维层、第二无纺布纤维层和杀菌层,所述第一无纺布纤维层粘结在杀菌层的底部,所述第二无纺布纤维层粘结在所述杀菌层的顶部;
所述第一无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括:聚乳酸10~20份、淀粉30~50份、聚己内酯15~20份、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯10~20份熔融喷丝制的得短纤维通过梳理机梳理成的纤维网构成;
所述第二无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括聚乳酸10~20份、植物纤维10~40份、肟菌酯20~35份、偶联剂0.3~0.8份、抗氧剂0.2~0.6份、润滑剂0.3~1份;
所述杀菌层,按重量份数计,包括聚丙烯30~50份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯0.8~1.2份、麦饭石0.7~1份、茶多酚5~15份、牛磺酸8~16份、柠檬酸0.5~2份、低聚异麦芽糖6~18份、酵母粉0.6~1.5份、壳聚糖10~18份、纳米二氧化钛3~5份、氧化锌13~18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述第一无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括:聚乳酸10~18份、淀粉34~50份、聚己内酯15~19份、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯10~15份熔融喷丝制的得短纤维通过梳理机梳理成的纤维网构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述第二无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括聚乳酸15~20份、植物纤维10~30份、肟菌酯20~30份、偶联剂0.3~0.8份、抗氧剂0.2~0.6份、润滑剂0.3~1份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述杀菌层,按重量份数计,包括聚丙烯30~35份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯0.8~1.2份、麦饭石0.7~1份、茶多酚5~10份、牛磺酸8~15份、柠檬酸0.5~2份、低聚异麦芽糖6~15份、酵母粉0.6~1.5份、壳聚糖10~15份、纳米二氧化钛3~5份、氧化锌15~18份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述第一无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括:聚乳酸15份、淀粉40份、聚己内酯16份、聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯12份熔融喷丝制的得短纤维通过梳理机梳理成的纤维网构成。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述第二无纺布纤维层,按重量份数计,包括聚乳酸18份、植物纤维15份、肟菌酯26份、偶联剂0.7份、抗氧剂0.5份、润滑剂0.8份。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述杀菌层,按重量份数计,包括聚丙烯33份、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯0.9份、麦饭石0.8份、茶多酚7份、牛磺酸11份、柠檬酸0.8份、低聚异麦芽糖10份、酵母粉0.9份、壳聚糖13份、纳米二氧化钛4份、氧化锌17份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬,其特征在于,所述第一无纺布纤维层、所述第二无纺布纤维层和所述杀菌层三者使用的粘结剂为糯米胶。
9.一种绿色环保型杀菌汽车内衬的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:由上至下按照第一无纺布纤维层、杀菌层和第二无纺布纤维层顺序进行逐层刷涂糯米胶并叠料;
步骤2:步骤1叠料后的材料放入层压机中进行热压,热压温度210℃~250℃,热压时间80s~130s;热压后形成内衬,从层压机中取出板材,然后进行空冷;
步骤3:将步骤2中热压后的内衬在模具中进行模压成型。
