Description

Transparent bubble bath oil for helping skin barrier function recovery and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a skin care product, belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to transparent bubble bath oil for helping skin barrier function recovery and a preparation method thereof.
Background
From soap to bath lotion, body cleaning is mainly based on cleaning and decontamination. From a physiological point of view, however, sebaceous glands are underdeveloped and excessively clean in most of our bodies, which is becoming the most serious problem for the middle-aged and elderly people, especially for the consumers in arid areas. As soon as winter they may need to endure a reduction in bath frequency to avoid itching of the skin after bathing.
On the other hand, the degree of urbanization is higher and higher, the high labor is less and less, our skin becomes thinner and thinner, and sensitive skin is more and more common in consumer groups. Conventional soap, shower gel and soap base shower gel cannot meet the requirements of consumers more and more. The development of bathing products that better fit the current life scenario and skin condition is becoming a new topic.
The conventional bath oil only has the function of moistening the skin, and is only suitable for being applied to the skin like skin lotion after bathing. On one hand, the use is inconvenient, and on the other hand, the skin after the use is greasy, which causes great discomfort for consumers.
For example, chinese patent applications 201810331060.X and 201910614608.6 each disclose a body essential oil for preventing and repairing skin barrier damage, which, although it uses natural oils in large amounts to relieve dry, sensitive skin ring symptoms, does not overcome the problems of comfort and convenience in use by consumers.
The common bath cream in the market is added with oil and fat in a surface active system to relieve dry skin, but the adding amount is very low, otherwise, the problems of reduced consistency, layered stability, off-flavor and the like are faced.

Examples of Effect test
As shown in fig. 1, a typical product appearance is: from left to right, the single-layer transparent bubble bath oil, the double-layer transparent bubble bath oil and the three-layer transparent bubble bath oil are sequentially arranged.
Examples evaluation protocol and results:
1. consumer sensory experience testing
The bubble bath oil products 1-8 prepared in example 1 were subjected to consumer trial investigations with existing body wash products.
The test conditions are winter, (the temperature is about 5-10 ℃), 180 volunteers are in half of men and women, the age is 18-50 years, the skin has dry and sensitive signs, the bathing difficulty to a certain degree exists, the volunteers are randomly divided into 9 groups, the volunteers are used for 1 time every day, other bathing and skin moistening products are not used any more, and the continuous use is carried out for 4 weeks.
Except that 1 volunteer does not require to try out the product, other 179 people successfully try out for 4 weeks according to the convention, and really complete the filling of the daily product use experience report.
The staff collects the reported data every day, and the cleaning power, the moistening degree, the foam amount, the skin itching degree, the skin desquamation condition, the skin smoothness degree, the fragrance, the bath interest and the mildness test condition of the product after the use of the volunteer are tracked and counted, and the examinee can score according to the own use experience.
The scoring criteria were taken to be 10 points, 1 being the worst and 10 being the best. The average of each set of data was used as the final measure, and the statistical results are shown in FIG. 2 below.
As can be clearly seen from the data in fig. 2, the shower gel provided by the invention has outstanding advantages in the aspects of moistening degree, foam quantity, skin itching degree, skin desquamation condition, skin smoothness degree, fragrance retention, bath interest and mildness. After the skin care product is used, the advantages of relieving skin itch, improving the skin smoothness and enhancing the moistening degree are obvious. The fragrance is particularly outstanding in fragrance retention and use interest.
From the statistical results of trial use, the bubble bath oil and the common shower gel are two types of products which are clear in longitude and latitude, and the formula product of the invention is a novel skin cleaning product which accords with the integration of fragile skin cleaning and nursing. In addition to some differences in cleaning power and lather volume from traditional body washes, other consumer concerns generally surpass traditional bath products in terms of metrics.
The bubble bath oil disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the components are matched according to a specific proportion, the single-layer appearance (shown in figure 1) and the multi-layer appearance (shown in figure 1) can be obtained through the coordination and synergism among the components, the dirt and the redundant sebum on the skin can be removed in the product performance, the oil balance of the skin can be maintained, the itching and dry skin states can be improved, the skin lubrication feeling is increased, the effect of nourishing is realized while the skin is cleaned, the three-in-one functions of washing and protecting are realized, and the bubble bath oil is an innovation of the traditional bath technology.
For bubble bath oils made with different surfactants, we used the same approach to do parallel control trial tests, and the results are shown in FIG. 3.
From the data in fig. 3, we can conclude that the various anhydrous surfactants, alkyl or alkyl ether sulfates, alkyl or alkyl ether sulfonates, alkyl or alkyl ether glycosides, alkyl or alkyl ether acylamino acids, alkyl or alkyl ether phosphates, alkyl ether or alkyl ether succinates, and emollient oils according to the present invention are similar to non-aqueous nonionic surfactant compositions, and perform very similarly in various aspects including moisturization, skin itch, desquamation, skin smoothness, fragrance, bath interest, and mildness.
2. Change test of percutaneous water loss rate:
7 samples in the examples were randomly selected, and 35 volunteers, all of whom had dry skin and itching symptoms, were aged 25-55 years, 17 men and 18 women, and divided into 7 groups.
The percutaneous rate of water loss from the cutin was measured on the medial aspect of their forearms and averaged three times.
The test conditions were: after a room with constant temperature (22 +/-1 ℃) and constant humidity (50 +/-5%) is adapted for 30 minutes, the stratum corneum percutaneous water loss rate (TEWL) of the skin is tested.
After the bubble bath oil is used once a day and continuously used for one month, the cutin percutaneous water loss rate of the bubble bath oil is retested under the same condition, and the change of the percutaneous water loss rate is observed and used for evaluating the repair condition of the skin barrier function. The test results are shown in table 8 below.
TABLE 8 change in the transdermal Water loss Rate of various example samples before and after use
Figure BDA0002699414410000111
Figure BDA0002699414410000121
The data in Table 8 above show that the continuous use of bubble bath oil significantly improves the rate of percutaneous water loss in fragile skin and significantly improves abnormal water loss in skin. This indicates that the skin barrier function is repaired and improved to a greater extent, and the results are consistent with each other in view of the previous consumer experience conclusion data. Only when the skin barrier function of a consumer is restored, the symptoms related to pruritus can be relieved, the skin can be smooth and fine, desquamation can not occur easily any more, and after the thickness of the skin is increased, the water content can be increased, and the skin looks full and bright.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
