Any embodiment of a computer device implementing the method for ensuring consistency of key elements may achieve the same or similar effects as any corresponding embodiment of the method.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method as above.
Finally, it should be noted that, as one of ordinary skill in the art can appreciate, all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program to instruct related hardware, and the program of the method for ensuring the consistency of the key elements may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods as described above. The storage medium of the program may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like. The embodiments of the computer program may achieve the same or similar effects as any of the above-described method embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A method for ensuring key component consistency, comprising the steps of:
establishing a first association between the material and the material code, and establishing a second association between the material code and the corresponding key piece information;
reading each material in an original material list in sequence, calling corresponding key piece information according to the first association and the second association, and generating an original key piece list;
inputting a machine type in the original key part list to generate an authentication key part list of the corresponding machine type;
responding to the generation of a new key component list, comparing the new key component list with the authentication key component list of the corresponding machine type, and judging whether the content of the authentication key component list completely comprises the new key component list; and
in response to the contents of the authentication key part list completely including the new key part list, producing a product based on the new key part list.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein establishing a first association of material with a material code and establishing a second association of a material code with corresponding key information comprises:
judging whether the material belongs to a key part, and responding to the fact that the material belongs to the key part, judging whether an identification code corresponding to the key part exists.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the inputting the model in the original key part list to generate an authentication key part list of the corresponding model comprises:
and responding to the existence of the newly added materials, comparing the key piece information of the newly added materials with an authentication key piece list, and judging whether the newly added materials meet the requirement of adding the authentication key piece list.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the inputting the model in the original key part list to generate an authentication key part list of the corresponding model comprises:
and determining all machine types using the materials according to the material codes of the materials.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to the contents of the authentication key part list not completely including the new key part list, determining that the new key part list and the authentication key part list have different materials.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and determining the material codes corresponding to the materials with the difference with the authentication key part list in the new key part list according to the second association to generate an inconsistent material list.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and determining the material code corresponding to the material with the difference with the new key part list in the authentication key part list according to the second association so as to generate a recommended material list.
8. A system for ensuring critical part consistency, comprising:
the association module is configured for establishing a first association between the material and the material code and establishing a second association between the material code and the corresponding key piece information;
the original module is configured to read each material in an original material list in sequence, call corresponding key piece information according to the first association and the second association, and generate an original key piece list;
the authentication module is configured to input a machine type in the original key part list so as to generate an authentication key part list of a corresponding machine type;
the comparison module is configured to respond to the generation of a new key component list, compare the new key component list with the authentication key component list of the corresponding machine type, and judge whether the content of the authentication key component list completely comprises the new key component list; and
a production module configured to produce a product based on the new key part list in response to contents of the authentication key part list completely including the new key part list.
9. A computer device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory storing computer instructions executable on the processor, the instructions when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
