Further, comparing the main boards, if the first 10 materials in each material number are found and recorded according to the key piece authentication rule, if the first 10 materials are the same, selecting one of the materials for sample feeding, if the materials are different, sample feeding is needed, if the materials with different material numbers in the key pieces in each category exist, the materials are used as substitute material identifiers, and in the follow-up borrowing process, if the main materials do not exist, whether the materials need to be queried or not and borrowed can be judged through the substitute material identifiers.
Step S5: the method further comprises the steps of associating the authentication key piece bill of materials with the stock data of materials and judging whether the key piece materials are in stock or not; if the stock exists, automatically borrowing materials and entering an approval process; and if the stock is not available, acquiring the substitute materials and adding the substitute materials into the bill of materials of the authentication key.
The method specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring a substitute material and confirming inventory information of the substitute material; if the substitute material is in stock, adding the substitute material into the authentication key bill of materials; if the substitute materials are not stored, a material shortage list is automatically generated, and staff is informed of material preparation.
In a preferred embodiment, when a prototype is built, the authentication engineer compares the bill of materials or the BOM with the authentication sample-sending key rule, so that an authentication sample-sending key bill of materials can be generated, and at the moment, the authentication sample-sending key bill of materials is compared with data of the bill of materials, so that whether the key materials are in stock can be judged, and related personnel can be automatically informed to prepare for stock according to the missing key materials.
Through the authentication sample feeding piece management and control method, an authentication sample feeding configuration list can be automatically generated according to the product configuration planning; according to the quantity of the sample sending complete machines, development representatives and PMCs can be assisted to prepare authentication key materials, the risk of material shortage of key parts during authentication and preparation is reduced, and compliance guarantee is improved. The systematic and planned management of the authentication execution can reduce personnel qualification requirements and time investment for combing sample-feeding key piece materials, and ensure the compliance of the product authentication under the condition of optimal sample-feeding key piece quantity. The sample feeding quantity and the authentication cost are reduced, and the compliance level of authentication is improved. And through automatic association with the material inventory system, the quick borrowing of the authentication sample delivery can be realized, the material confirmation is avoided only after the system bill is lifted, the manpower input is liberated, and the time effect is improved.
Example two
An authentication sample management system is provided, as shown in fig. 5, comprising:
the first generation module is used for acquiring the product configuration information and generating an authentication sample delivery configuration list by combining with the authentication sample delivery configuration rule;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a corresponding bill of materials according to the authentication sample delivery configuration list;
the calling module is used for calling the authentication sample sending key piece rule corresponding to the key piece authentication category according to the selected key piece authentication category;
the second generation module is used for combining the authentication sample feeding key piece rule and the bill of materials to generate an authentication key piece bill of materials;
and the sample feeding module is used for feeding samples according to the authentication key piece bill of materials.
The system also comprises a material supplementing module, wherein the material supplementing module is used for associating the authentication key piece bill of materials with the material inventory data and judging whether the key piece materials are in inventory or not; if the stock exists, automatically borrowing materials and entering an approval process; and if the stock is not available, acquiring the substitute materials and adding the substitute materials into the bill of materials of the authentication key.
In a preferred embodiment, the replacement material is taken and added to the bill of materials of the authentication key, which specifically includes: acquiring a substitute material and confirming inventory information of the substitute material; if the substitute materials are in stock, adding the substitute materials into the bill of materials of the authentication key; if the substitute materials are not stored, a material shortage list is automatically generated, and staff is informed of material preparation.
In a preferred embodiment, the first generating module is specifically configured to obtain product configuration information and select a configuration authentication category; calling a corresponding authentication sample sending configuration rule according to the configuration authentication category; and generating an authentication sample delivery configuration list by combining the authentication sample delivery configuration rule and the product configuration information.
In a preferred embodiment, the second generating module is specifically configured to obtain each material category attribute according to the bill of materials; combining the authentication sample feeding key piece rule and the material category attribute to confirm that the material is a key piece; and screening the key parts according to the authentication sample feeding key part rule, and generating an authentication key part bill of materials. Wherein, screening the key piece according to authentication sample feeding key piece rule specifically includes: acquiring a screening sequence of material categories in an authentication sample-sending key piece rule; acquiring screening rules of material categories in the authentication sample-sending key piece rules; and screening the key parts step by combining the screening sequence and the screening rule.
In a preferred embodiment, the material category attributes include power, front-end hard disk, rear-end hard disk, motherboard, CPU, wind scooper, etc.
Example III
There is provided a computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor executing the computer program to perform the steps of the authentication sample management method as described above.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is for storing inventory data of materials. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program, when executed by the processor, implements a method of managing authenticated materials.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Example IV
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the authentication sample management method as described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiment and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the embodiments of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.

Claims (10)

1. A method of authentication sample management, the method comprising:
acquiring product configuration information, and generating an authentication sample delivery configuration list by combining with authentication sample delivery configuration rules;
obtaining a corresponding bill of materials according to the authentication sample delivery configuration list;
selecting a keyword authentication category, and calling an authentication sample sending keyword rule corresponding to the keyword authentication category;
combining the authentication sample sending key piece rule and the bill of materials to generate an authentication key piece bill of materials;
and carrying out sample feeding according to the authentication key bill of materials.
2. The method for controlling an authentication sample presentation according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining product configuration information and generating an authentication sample presentation configuration list in combination with an authentication sample presentation configuration rule comprises:
acquiring product configuration information and selecting a configuration authentication category;
invoking a corresponding authentication sample sending configuration rule according to the configuration authentication category;
and generating an authentication sample delivery configuration list by combining the authentication sample delivery configuration rule and the product configuration information.
3. The method for controlling an authentication sample presentation according to claim 2, wherein the step of generating an authentication key bill of materials by combining the authentication sample presentation key rule and the bill of materials comprises:
acquiring various material category attributes according to the bill of materials;
combining the authentication sample feeding key piece rule and the material category attribute to confirm that the material is a key piece;
screening the key parts according to the authentication sample sending key part rule, and generating an authentication key part bill of materials.
4. The method for managing and controlling authentication sample delivery according to claim 3, wherein the step of screening the key according to the authentication sample delivery key rule comprises the following steps:
acquiring a screening sequence of material categories in the authentication sample-sending key piece rule;
acquiring a screening rule of the material category in the authentication sample-sending key piece rule;
and screening the key parts step by combining the screening sequence and the screening rule.
5. The authentication sample management method of claim 4, further comprising, prior to screening the key:
and confirming the substitute materials in the key piece, and marking the key piece as the substitute materials.
6. The method for managing and controlling authentication sample sending pieces according to claim 5, wherein sample sending is performed according to the authentication key bill of materials, specifically comprising:
associating the authentication key material list with material inventory data and judging whether key materials are in inventory or not;
if the stock exists, automatically borrowing materials and entering an approval process;
and if the stock is not available, acquiring the substitute materials and adding the substitute materials into the bill of materials of the authentication key.
7. The method for controlling an authentication sample presentation according to claim 6, wherein the step of obtaining a substitute material and adding the substitute material to the bill of materials of the authentication key comprises:
acquiring the substitute material and confirming inventory information of the substitute material;
if the substitute material is in stock, adding the substitute material into the authentication key bill of materials;
if the substitute materials are not stored, a material shortage list is automatically generated, and staff is informed of material preparation.
8. The authentication sample management method according to claim 3, wherein the material class attribute at least comprises one or more of a power supply, a front hard disk, a rear hard disk, a main board, a central processing unit, and a wind scooper.
9. An authentication sample management system, the system comprising:
the first generation module is used for acquiring the product configuration information and generating an authentication sample delivery configuration list by combining with the authentication sample delivery configuration rule;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a corresponding bill of materials according to the authentication sample delivery configuration list;
the calling module is used for calling the authentication sample sending key piece rule corresponding to the key piece authentication category according to the selected key piece authentication category;
the second generation module is used for combining the authentication sample feeding key piece rule and the bill of materials to generate an authentication key piece bill of materials;
and the sample sending module is used for sending samples according to the authentication key piece bill of materials.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-8.
