In this embodiment, the device serial number of the user terminal may specifically be a user account number logged in by the user terminal or a device ID number of the user terminal, where each user login account number includes identity information and position information of the user, the management platform may obtain a usage right corresponding to the user according to the identity information and the position information, and open the usage right to the user, the user may perform operations such as creating and upgrading a file within a usage right range of the user, and meanwhile, each user account number corresponds to an approval process, and the user may select from the approval processes in the account number corresponding to the user.
Judging the use authority range of the serial number by acquiring the serial number of the user terminal; and opening an approval process corresponding to the use authority range according to the use authority range of the serial number. The safety of the management platform is guaranteed, the user is prevented from modifying other files maliciously, the user and an approver can manage and divide the user files more clearly, the labor input is simplified, and the possibility of errors in offline transfer is reduced.
The invention also proposes a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored. The computer-readable storage medium may be the Memory 02 in the management platform of fig. 1, and may also be at least one of a ROM (Read-Only Memory)/RAM (Random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, and an optical disk, and the computer-readable storage medium includes several pieces of information for enabling the management platform to perform the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A file management method, characterized by comprising the steps of:
receiving a user instruction and a user file sent by a user terminal, and processing the user file according to a processing mode corresponding to the user instruction;
acquiring the file type of the user file, determining an approval process corresponding to the file type, and generating an approval result according to the approval process;
and archiving the user file according to the user instruction and the approval result.
2. The file management method according to claim 1, wherein said step of receiving a user instruction and a user file transmitted from a user terminal and processing the user file according to a processing manner corresponding to the user instruction comprises:
receiving a user instruction sent by a user terminal, and acquiring a processing mode of a file to be created by the user according to the user instruction;
if the processing mode of the file to be created by the user is the new file, acquiring the file type of the file to be created by the user;
calling a document template corresponding to the file type according to the file type of the file to be created by the user so that the user terminal creates the user file according to the document template;
and receiving the user file which is sent by the user terminal and is created according to the document template, and storing the user file into a folder corresponding to the file type.
3. The file management method according to claim 2, wherein, after the step of receiving a user instruction sent by a user terminal and obtaining a processing mode of the file to be created by the user according to the user instruction, the file management method further comprises:
if the processing mode of the file to be created by the user is the upgrading file, acquiring the file type of the file to be created by the user;
calling a historical version corresponding to the upgrade file to enable a user terminal to create a user file according to the historical version;
and receiving the user file created according to the historical version, and storing the user file into a folder corresponding to the file type.
4. The document management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the document type of the user document and determining the approval process corresponding to the document type includes:
acquiring the file type of the user file according to a user instruction sent by the user terminal;
and determining an approval process matched with the file type in a preset approval library according to the file type.
5. The document management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating an approval result according to the approval process comprises:
acquiring the auditing time and the auditing quantity of a preset approver in the approval process, generating an auditing report and sending the auditing report to the user terminal;
receiving an examining and approving person account number fed back by the user terminal based on the examination report form, and sending the user file to the examining and approving person account number;
and acquiring an approval result of the approval personnel account for approving the user file, and feeding back the approval result to the user terminal.
6. The document management method according to claim 1, wherein the step of archiving the user document according to the user instruction and the approval result comprises:
judging whether the approval result is approved or not;
if the approval result is that the approval is passed, archiving the user file according to the user instruction;
and if the approval result is that the approval is not passed, notifying the user terminal to modify the user file and obtain the modified user file, executing the file type of the obtained user file according to the modified user file, determining an approval process corresponding to the file type, and generating an approval result according to the approval process.
7. The file management method according to claim 6, wherein the step of archiving the user file according to the user instruction comprises:
if the user command is a new file, archiving the user file;
and if the user instruction is an upgrade file, changing an effective version file in the historical version of the upgrade file into an invalid version file, and archiving the changed user file.
8. The file management method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving the user command and the user file sent by the user terminal and processing the user file according to the processing mode corresponding to the user command, the file management method further comprises:
acquiring the equipment serial number of the user terminal, and judging the use authority range of the user terminal corresponding to the equipment serial number;
and opening an approval process corresponding to the use authority range according to the use authority range of the user terminal corresponding to the equipment serial number.

A management platform, characterized in that it comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on said memory and executable on said processor, said computer program, when executed by said processor, implementing the steps of the file management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the file management method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
