As shown in fig. 4-5, key part certification is performed, that is, different field certification engineers perform various test certifications on the key part, and after all certifications pass, the materials to be introduced are synchronized to the material list to be listed.

It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the bill of materials is a modular bill of materials (modular BOM). The virtual material set stores materials to be listed in a bill of materials, and the entity materials and the virtual materials are pre-stored in the virtual material set (virtual rule set) and then are synchronized into the bill of materials. According to the technical scheme, the newly added materials to be listed are divided into the newly added virtual materials to be listed and the newly added solid materials to be listed, so that the application scenes and the application range are expanded when the newly added materials to be listed are synchronized to the bill of materials.

Furthermore, the authentication engineer uses different account numbers, has different permissions, can traverse information in the bill of materials, can test and authenticate key pieces and the like, and different key piece testing and authenticating tasks can have different priorities, so that the task with the high priority can be processed preferentially according to the priority of the task.
According to the method and the device, the key piece is judged when the material is introduced, so that the problems of low efficiency and high management difficulty when the key piece is introduced into the bill of materials in the prior art are effectively solved, and the efficiency of introducing the key piece is effectively improved.
According to the invention, the key parts are tested and authenticated by introducing the materials to be introduced into the bill of materials to be listed and synchronizing the newly-added materials in the bill of materials to be listed into the bill of materials, so that the key parts in the bill of materials are all the key parts which are tested and authenticated, the effective management of the test and authentication of the key parts is realized, the compliance of the authentication can be ensured, and the subsequent violation risk is avoided.
According to the technical scheme, the evaluation can be performed on the introduction process (introduction activity) when the material to be introduced is introduced into the bill of materials to be listed, so that the effective and comprehensive management of the introduction of the material to be introduced into the bill of materials to be listed is realized.

The memory 201 in the embodiments of the present application is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the electronic device. Examples of such data include: any computer program for operating on an electronic device. It will be appreciated that the memory 201 can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. Among them, the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical disk, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM); the magnetic surface storage may be disk storage or tape storage. The volatile memory may be a Random Access Memory (RAM) which serves as an external cache. By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Synchronous Static Random Access Memory (SSRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDRSDRAM, Double Data Synchronous Random Access Memory), Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (ESDRAM, Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory), Synchronous link Dynamic Random Access Memory (SLDRAM, Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory), Direct Memory (DRmb Random Access Memory, Random Access Memory). The memory 201 described in embodiments herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory. The method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to the processor 202, or implemented by the processor 202. The processor 202 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 202. The processor 202 may be a general-purpose processor, a DSP (Digital Signal Processing, i.e., a chip capable of implementing Digital Signal Processing), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, etc. Processor 202 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 201, and the processor 202 reads the program in the memory 201 and performs the steps of the foregoing method in combination with its hardware. When the processor 202 executes the program, the corresponding processes in the methods according to the embodiments of the present application are realized, and for brevity, are not described herein again.
According to the method and the device, the key piece is judged when the material is introduced, so that the problems of low efficiency and high management difficulty when the key piece is introduced into the bill of materials in the prior art are effectively solved, and the efficiency of introducing the key piece is effectively improved.

Claims (10)

1. A key material import management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a material import demand, judging whether a current bill of materials meets the demand of materials to be imported or not, if the current bill of materials does not meet the demand of the materials to be imported, judging whether the materials to be imported are key parts or not, if the materials to be imported are key parts, performing key part authentication, and synchronizing the materials to be imported into the bill of materials to be listed after the authentication is passed; if the material is not a key part, directly synchronizing the material to be introduced into a material list to be listed;
setting attribute information of key parts and non-key parts to be listed in a bill of materials;
acquiring the requirement of a newly added material to be listed and attribute information of the newly added material to be listed, judging whether the newly added material to be listed is a key piece according to the attribute information of the newly added material to be listed, if the newly added material to be listed is the key piece, confirming whether the key piece completes authentication, and synchronizing the newly added material to be listed into a material list after the confirmation is completed; and if the newly added materials to be listed are not key parts, directly synchronizing the newly added materials to be listed into the bill of materials.
2. The method for import management of key material according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the current bill of materials meets the requirement of the material to be imported is specifically: whether a substitute material of the material to be introduced exists in the current bill of materials or not, if so, the current bill of materials meets the requirement of the material to be introduced; and if the substitute material of the material to be introduced does not exist, the current bill of materials does not meet the requirement of the material to be introduced.
3. The method for import management of critical piece materials according to claim 1, further comprising: and evaluating the import process of the materials to be imported which are synchronized to the bill of materials to be listed.
4. The key material import management method according to any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and regularly traversing the bill of materials, screening key elements, and forbidding the key elements which are added to the bill of materials but are not authenticated in the bill of materials.
5. A method for importing management of a key material according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the attribute information is authentication information indicating whether the material to be imported is synchronized with the key material to be listed in the bill of materials.
6. A key material import management method according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the bill of materials is a modular bill of materials.

The method for import management of key material according to claim 6, wherein when the newly added material to be listed is a virtual material, acquiring the requirement of the newly added virtual material to be listed and the attribute information of the newly added virtual material to be listed, determining whether the newly added virtual material to be listed is a key according to the attribute information of the newly added virtual material to be listed, if the newly added virtual material to be listed is a key, determining whether the key is authenticated, synchronizing the newly added virtual material to be listed to the virtual material set after the determination is completed, and listing the newly added virtual material to be listed in the virtual material set in the virtual material synchronous material list; if the newly added virtual materials to be listed are not key parts, directly synchronizing the newly added virtual materials to be listed to a virtual material set, and listing the newly added virtual materials in the virtual material set into a virtual material synchronous material list;
when the newly added material to be listed is an entity material, acquiring the requirement of the newly added entity material to be listed and attribute information of the newly added entity material to be listed, judging whether the newly added entity material to be listed is a key piece according to the attribute information of the newly added entity material to be listed, if the newly added entity material to be listed is the key piece, confirming whether the key piece is authenticated, setting a material number of the newly added entity material to be listed after the confirmation is finished, synchronizing the newly added entity material to be listed with the material number to a virtual material set, and synchronizing the newly added entity material to be listed in the virtual material set into an entity material synchronous material list; and if the newly added entity materials to be listed are not key parts, directly setting the material numbers of the newly added entity materials to be listed, synchronizing the newly added entity materials to be listed of the set material numbers to the virtual material set, and adding the newly added entity materials to be listed in the virtual material set to the synchronous material list of the entity materials.
8. A key material import management system is characterized by comprising:

9. An electronic device, comprising: a memory for storing a computer program; a processor for implementing the steps of the method for import management of critical piece material according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing said computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for import management of critical piece material according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
