Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present disclosure and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step based on the embodiments in the description belong to the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a method and a corresponding scheme for managing a user agreement based on a block chain, and through a block chain technology, related departments can effectively supervise the user agreement, enterprises are prevented from modifying the user agreement to earn benefits, the rights of the users are greatly guaranteed, and through automatic management of the block chain and supervision of related national departments, the trust sense of the users to the enterprises can be improved, and user experience is improved. Based on the distributed storage characteristic of the block chain, the write chain data are synchronized to each node of the block chain, so that the system is greatly convenient for the national supervision department to collect user protocols of each enterprise, handles illegal and illegal behaviors in the user protocols, and improves service efficiency.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown, the method comprises:
s101, receiving a user protocol sent by an enterprise providing services, and storing the user protocol into the block chain;
s102, receiving a request of a user for using the service, sending the user protocol to the user, and determining whether the user accepts the user protocol;
s103, writing the block chain with the user protocol accepted as the write chain information by the user.
The block chain is a chain data structure formed by combining data blocks in a sequential connection mode according to a time sequence, and is a distributed account book which is guaranteed in a cryptographic mode and cannot be tampered and forged. Although the underlying technology of blockchains has been developed for many years, it has not been possible to achieve effective application in a particular scenario.
According to the embodiment of the invention, in step S101, an intelligent contract for managing user protocols is set on the blockchain, and the intelligent contract is an automatically running script deployed on the blockchain and has a transparent characteristic due to being set on the blockchain. A user presets rules through an intelligent contract so as to write data into a block chain and acquire data browsing permission, and disclosure of privacy information is avoided to a great extent. Of course, the smart contracts are not the only implementation manner of the present application, and are set correspondingly according to different blockchain platforms, such as an ethernet house, a super book, and the like.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the setting of the node of the block chain is not particularly limited, and the node may be a block chain built by an enterprise providing services, or may be a national regulatory department such as the ministry of industry and trust, national information security standardization and technology committee, and the like.
According to the specific embodiment of the present invention, in step S101, receiving a user agreement sent by an enterprise providing a service, and storing the user agreement in the block chain, includes: respectively associating the services of different types with the user protocol according to the types of the services; storing the associated service and user protocol in the blockchain. In the process of providing service, the application program may need to use multiple rights, such as a positioning right, acquire a sensor right of the device, and even access rights of a user to store files, mobile phone numbers and the like, so that when management is performed in a block chain, user protocols corresponding to the rights are classified, sorted and associated through a database technology.
Correspondingly, when the user uses the application program, the positioning function is used for the first time, the application program sends the information to the block chain, the block chain sends a corresponding user protocol to the user after determining the service type used by the user, and receives the feedback of the user, and the block chain determines whether the application program opens the function according to the feedback of the user.
According to the embodiment of the invention, along with the update iteration of the application program, the existing user protocol cannot meet the requirement of the newly added service. Therefore, the method of the present invention also provides a method for updating the user protocol. Specifically, a block chain receives a protocol updating request sent by an enterprise, and then whether the protocol updating request is approved is determined according to a consensus mechanism preset on the block chain; and writing the updated user protocol into the block chain after the agreement is met.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the block chain is provided with a consensus node, the formula node is mainly a government regulatory department, and whether to write and update the user protocol into the chain is determined through the consensus node.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the following steps: the smart contracts on the blockchain determine the platform on which to install the application, which is the carrier of the enterprise to provide services, which may be an operating system, such as a cell phone operating system or a desktop operating system. And if the user accepts the user protocol, the platform is informed to open corresponding authority to the application program.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, further comprising: receiving monitoring information of the platform to the application program, wherein the monitoring information comprises user information acquired by the application program; and determining whether the application program exceeds the range of the user protocol according to the monitoring information, and extracting additional user information.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the user protocol is managed based on the block chain technology, so that enterprises can be prevented from stealing and modifying the user protocol to earn benefits, and the rights of the users are greatly guaranteed; and on the other hand, whether the user accepts the agreement or not is recorded, and the enterprise can conveniently process the agreement when the user violates the agreement. For example, a blockchain receives complaint information for the business, the complaint information including evidence that the user violated the user agreement. So that enterprises can maintain their own legal rights and interests.
Based on the same idea, some embodiments of the present application further provide a device and a non-volatile computer storage medium corresponding to the above method.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus framework provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure, and an apparatus for managing a user protocol based on a block chain includes:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to:
receiving a user protocol sent by an enterprise providing services, and storing the user protocol into the block chain;
receiving a request of a user for using the service, sending the user agreement to the user, and determining whether the user accepts the user agreement;
and writing the block chain with the user protocol accepted by the user as the write chain information.
