In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the technical solutions in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived by a person skilled in the art from one or more of the embodiments described herein without making any inventive step shall fall within the scope of protection of this document.
Considering that the current leasing model has the risks that the leasing information is easy to lose, is tampered and the like, and in order to enlarge the scale of the leasing business and ensure that resources required by preparing the leased objects can be effectively circulated, the leasing platform can develop the leasing business in a resource collection mode. To ensure timely and effective recovery of resources, current resource collection models typically involve the resource provider cooperating with a large rental platform having both full strength and heavy assets to provide the large rental platform with the resources needed to prepare the rental item. For some medium and small rental platforms, the problem of difficult resource collection exists because mutual trust with a resource provider is difficult to establish; for the resource provider, the resource providing mode is also single to provide resources for the large-scale leasing platform, and the resource structure cannot be enriched. Based on this, the embodiment of the specification provides a rental business processing method, device, equipment and system.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a method for processing a rental service according to one or more embodiments of the present specification, as shown in fig. 1, the scenario includes: the system comprises terminal equipment of a renting user, a renting platform, a resource providing mechanism, a resource transferring mechanism and a block chain system. The terminal device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a portable notebook computer, or the like (only the mobile phone is shown in fig. 1). The rental platform can provide rental services of products, such as rental services of various entity products such as automobiles and electronic products, and also can provide rental services of software products or network products. The resource providing mechanism can provide resources when the resource application request of the related party is determined to meet the preset resource application condition, so that the related party can perform related affair processing based on the resources provided by the resource providing mechanism. And the resource transfer mechanism can transfer the specified resource based on the resource transfer service data of the related party so as to transfer the resource from the transfer-out party to the transfer-in party. The related party, the transfer-in party and the transfer-out party can be specific users, and can also be platforms, mechanisms, organizations and the like. The blockchain system includes at least one node device (not shown in fig. 1) accessing to a blockchain, and data, such as lease record information of a target product leased by a tenant, is stored in the blockchain. The leasing platform, the resource providing mechanism, and the resource transferring mechanism may all deploy node devices (not shown in fig. 1) accessing the blockchain, that is, the leasing platform, the resource providing mechanism, and the resource transferring mechanism may directly perform operations such as writing, querying, and the like of data in the blockchain through the respective node devices.
Specifically, a lease client related to a lease service is installed in a terminal device of a tenant user, and the lease client may be an independent Application program (APP for short) or an applet embedded in another Application program. When a renter user has a renting requirement, operating a renting client in terminal equipment of the renter user to submit renting related information; and the terminal equipment responds to the leasing operation of the leasing user and sends a product leasing request to the leasing platform according to the determined product leasing information of the target product to be leased. After receiving the product lease request, the lease platform performs lease processing on the target product according to the product lease information in the product lease request so as to provide the target product for a lease user, and sends lease result information representing successful lease to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment displays the lease result information; generating rental record information of the target product, and storing the rental record information into the block chain; when the renting platform determines that the target product is received by the renter, resources required by the preparation of the target product are obtained from the resource providing mechanism; sending resource transfer business data to a resource transfer mechanism according to the product lease information; and if the resource transfer mechanism determines that the resource transfer service data meet the preset resource transfer conditions according to the data stored in the block chain, performing resource transfer processing based on the acquired resources to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism when acquiring part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user.
Furthermore, the leasing platform, the resource providing mechanism and the resource transferring mechanism can also be used without deploying node equipment of an access block chain; accordingly, the leasing platform, the resource providing mechanism and the resource transferring mechanism can access the block chain through the node devices of other access block chains to perform operations such as data storage and query. If the leasing platform generates the leasing record information, the leasing record information is sent to the node equipment, and the node equipment stores the received leasing record information into the block chain and the like. It should be noted that the leasing platform, the resource providing mechanism, and the resource transferring mechanism may access the block chain through the same node device, or may access the block chain through different node devices.
Therefore, after the target product is leased, the lease platform stores the lease record information to the block chain, and when the target product is determined to be received by the tenant user, the resources required for preparing the target product are obtained from the resource providing mechanism; and sending the resource transfer business data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the product leasing information so that the resource transfer mechanism executes the process of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism through the block chain. Therefore, the block chain is used as the trust endorsement, mutual trust between the leasing platform and the resource providing mechanism is established, the problem that some leasing platform resources are difficult to collect is solved, for the resource providing mechanism, resources required by preparing target products can be provided for various types of leasing platforms, and the resource structure of the resource providing mechanism is enriched. Moreover, by storing the lease-related data into the blockchain, the authenticity and the validity of the data can be ensured based on the characteristics of the blockchain, so that the risk of data loss and tampering is avoided, the trace of the lease service can be realized, the problems that the lease user is difficult to prove in the liability-pursuing event and the like are solved, and an effective verification basis is provided for the processing of the related service.
Based on the application scenario architecture, one or more embodiments of the present specification provide a method for processing a rental service. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing a rental service according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, where the method in fig. 2 can be executed by the rental platform in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes the following steps:
step S102, receiving a product leasing request sent by a leasing user, and leasing a target product according to product leasing information of the target product to be leased in the product leasing request;
the target product can be a product produced by the rental platform, or a product purchased by the rental platform from another product provider. The product leasing information comprises user information of a lessee user, product information of a target product, leasing related information and the like; user information such as user name, mobile phone number, identity document number, etc.; product information such as product brand, product model, product color, etc.; lease related information such as receiving mode information of the target product, lease duration, lease quantity, second resource transfer information of resources required to be transferred for leasing the target product and the like; receiving modes such as a sending mode, a self-taking mode and the like; the second resource transfer information includes resource transfer mode, resource transfer quantity, etc. Further, when the receiving mode is the sending mode, the lease related information further comprises a sending address and the like.
Step S104, generating rental record information of the target product, and storing the rental record information into a block chain;
step S106, if the target product is determined to be received by the lessee, the resources required for preparing the target product are obtained from the resource providing mechanism;
in order to ensure that the lease service of the lease platform can be effectively and circularly performed, when determining that a target product is received by a tenant user, the lease service may acquire resources required for preparing the target product from a resource providing mechanism, so as to prepare other products to be leased based on the acquired resources. Optionally, if receiving the product reception confirmation information sent by the tenant user, the lease platform determines that the tenant user receives the target product, and acquires resources required for preparing the target product from the resource providing mechanism; for example, when receiving a target product, a renter performs a receiving confirmation operation in a display interface of renting information in a renting client, the renting client acquires product receiving confirmation information generated by the receiving confirmation operation of the renter and sends the product receiving confirmation information to a renting platform, and the renter is determined to receive the target product when the renter receives the product receiving confirmation information. Or when the lessee selects to receive the target product in a self-fetching mode, the lessee performs signature processing on the leasing platform to represent that the target product is received; correspondingly, if the renting platform acquires the signature information generated by signature processing of the renter, the renter is determined to receive the target product, and the resources required for preparing the target product are acquired from the resource providing mechanism. Or when the lessee selects to receive the target product in a sending mode, the lessee platform acquires the logistics information of the sent target product, if the acquired logistics information represents that the lessee receives the target product, the lessee is determined to receive the target product, and the resources required for preparing the target product are acquired from the resource providing mechanism. The mode of determining that the target product is received by the lessee user can be set in practical application according to the requirement.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present specification, the target product to be rented may be an entity product such as an automobile, and may also be a software product or a network product. Accordingly, it can be understood that the resource providing mechanism in the present disclosure may be different types of mechanisms with different functions, for example, for a software product or a network product, the resource providing mechanism may be a mechanism that provides computer resources such as network resources and communication resources, so that the rental platform can produce the software product based on the resources. For a physical product or the like, the resource provider may be a financial institution or the like that may provide funds to the rental platform to cause the rental platform to produce the physical product based on the funds or to purchase the physical product from a provider of the physical product or the like.
Step S108, sending the resource transfer business data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the product leasing information so that the resource transfer mechanism can execute the process of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism through the block chain.
Specifically, the resource transfer service data is sent to the resource transfer mechanism according to the product lease information, so that the resource transfer mechanism performs resource transfer processing according to part or all of resources required by the lease target product provided by the tenant user when determining that the resource transfer service data meets the preset resource transfer condition based on the block chain, so as to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, after performing lease processing on a target product, a lease platform stores lease record information to a block chain, and when it is determined that a tenant receives the target product, acquires a resource required for preparing the target product from a resource providing mechanism; and sending the resource transfer business data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the product leasing information so that the resource transfer mechanism executes the process of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism through the block chain. Therefore, the block chain is used as the trust endorsement, mutual trust between the leasing platform and the resource providing mechanism is established, the problem that some leasing platform resources are difficult to collect is solved, for the resource providing mechanism, resources required by preparing target products can be provided for various types of leasing platforms, and the resource structure of the resource providing mechanism is enriched. In order to ensure that the rental business can be safely and effectively performed, avoid the loss of the rental platform due to the false rental users, and avoid the failure of providing the target product to the rental users in time due to the failure of preparing the target product, in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the rental platform performs rental processing when determining that the predetermined rental condition is met. Specifically, step S102 may include the following step S102-2:
and S102-2, receiving a product leasing request sent by a leasing user, and if the product leasing information of the target product to be leased in the product leasing request is determined to meet a preset leasing condition, leasing the target product according to the product leasing information.
Specifically, if the rental agreement signed by the renter is acquired, the identity of the renter is verified according to the user information in the product rental information, and the target product is determined to be in the rentable state according to the product information in the product rental information, it is determined that the product rental information of the target product meets the preset rental condition, and the target product is rented according to the product rental information. More specifically, in order for a tenant to be aware of the relevant specifications for the lease, the tenant is required to sign a lease agreement. Optionally, the renter can sign the rental agreement while submitting the product rental information, and the product rental request includes the rental agreement; correspondingly, if the leasing platform determines that the product leasing request comprises a leasing agreement signed by a lessee user, the leasing platform determines to acquire the leasing agreement signed by the lessee user. Or the leasing platform sends an agreement signing request to the lessee when receiving the product leasing request, and determines to acquire the lessee agreement signed by the lessee when receiving the signed lessee agreement sent by the lessee. When the leasing platform determines to acquire a leasing protocol signed by a leasing user, matching user information in the product leasing information with user information in a designated database, if the matching fails, determining that the product leasing information does not meet preset leasing conditions, and sending request failure information to the leasing user; if the matching is successful, the identity verification of the lessee user is determined to be passed, whether the corresponding target product is in the rentable state or not is inquired according to the product information in the product rentable information, if the target product is not in the rentable state, the fact that the target product does not meet the preset rentable condition is determined, and request failure information is sent to the lessee user; and if the product is in the rentable state, determining that the preset renting condition is met, and renting the target product according to the product renting information. The designated database comprises identity information of a plurality of real and effective users, and can be a database established based on the real and effective identity information provided by each user when the user registers on the rental platform, or a database of an authority such as a public security institution.
When the target product is produced by the rental platform, querying whether the corresponding target product is in a rentable state according to the product information in the product rental information may include: inquiring whether the inventory quantity of the corresponding target product is zero or not according to the product information in the product leasing information, and if not, determining that the target product is in a leasable state; if the target product is zero, determining whether the target product is in a production stop state, if not, determining that the target product is in a rentable state, and if so, determining that the target product is in a non-rentable state. When the target product is provided by the corresponding product provider, querying whether the corresponding target product is in a rentable state according to the product information in the product rental information may include: and sending a query request to a corresponding product provider according to the product information in the product leasing information, if the received query result represents that the target product can be provided, determining that the target product is in a leasable state, and if the received query result represents that the target product cannot be provided, determining that the target product is in an untleasable state.
The identity of the renter user is authenticated, and whether the target product is in the rentable state or not is determined, so that the rentable service can be safely and effectively carried out.
In order to facilitate query of the lease-related information and processing of subsequent related services, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, as shown in fig. 3, a lease platform generates a lease voucher for a target product after determining that the lease information of the product meets a preset lease condition. Specifically, step S102 may include the following step S102-4:
step S102-4, receiving a product leasing request sent by a leasing user, and generating a leasing voucher of a target product according to product leasing information of the target product to be leased in the product leasing request; and performing blending treatment on the target product according to the lease certificate.
The lease voucher comprises user information of a lease user, product information of a target product, lease related information and the like. After the lease platform generates the lease voucher of the target product, the production of the target product or the allocation processing of acquiring the target product from the supplier of the target product is carried out according to the lease voucher so as to provide the target product for the tenant user.
Corresponding to step S102-4, step S104 may include the following steps S104-2 and S104-4:
step S104-2, performing hash processing on the lease voucher and the lease protocol according to a first preset algorithm to obtain a first hash value;
the first preset algorithm can be set in practical application according to needs.
And step S104-4, recording the first hash value and the first certificate identification information of the determined lease certificate in a correlation manner, determining the recorded information as lease record information of a target product, and storing the lease record information into a block chain.
The leasing record information is generated based on the leasing voucher and the leasing agreement, and is stored in the block chain, so that the signing operation of the leasing agreement of the lessee user and the leasing operation of the target product can be traced and inquired, the authenticity and the effectiveness of the leasing record information can be ensured based on the characteristics of the block chain, the risks of information loss and falsification are avoided, the problems of difficult certificate taking of the lessee user in the case of responsibility tracing and the like are solved, and an effective verification basis is provided for the processing of related services of the leasing service.
In order to ensure the integrity of the data related to the rental business and prove that the rental platform provides the target product to the tenant, as shown in fig. 3, after determining that the tenant receives the target product, the method may further include:
generating receiving record information of the target product according to the determined receiving information of the target product; and storing the received record information into the block chain. Wherein, the receiving information is such as the information of the receiver, the receiving time, the receiving place, etc.
In order to ensure that the resources provided by the resource providing mechanism can be returned to the resource providing mechanism in time under the condition that the resources required by the rental target product are not provided by the renter; as shown in fig. 3, the rental platform may send a service maintenance request to the service maintenance mechanism and receive a service maintenance credential sent by the service maintenance mechanism, so that when an accident occurs, the service maintenance mechanism performs corresponding maintenance processing based on the service maintenance credential. Specifically, step S106 may include the following steps S106-2 and S106-4:
step S106-2, if it is determined that the target product is received by the tenant user, a service maintenance request is sent to the designated service maintenance mechanism according to the lease voucher, so that the service maintenance mechanism performs service maintenance processing related to the target product according to the lease voucher to obtain a service maintenance voucher, and when the processing of transferring resources to the resource providing mechanism by the resource transferring mechanism fails, related processing of transferring resources to the resource providing mechanism is executed according to the service maintenance voucher.
Specifically, if the leasing platform determines that the target product is received by the lessee, the service maintenance request is sent to the appointed service maintenance organization according to the leasing certificate and the leasing protocol signed by the lessee. As shown in fig. 3, when the service maintenance structure receives a service maintenance request, if it is determined that service maintenance information included in the service maintenance request conforms to a preset service maintenance condition according to data stored in a block chain, performing service maintenance processing according to the service maintenance information to obtain a service maintenance credential; generating service maintenance record information according to the service maintenance voucher, and storing the service maintenance record information into a block chain; and when the business maintenance mechanism determines that the resource transfer mechanism fails to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism, executing related processing of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism according to the business maintenance certificate, and storing the generated third resource transfer record information into the block chain. Wherein, the business maintenance organizations such as insurance application organizations, guarantee organizations, enterprise and public institutions related to the lease platform, etc.; taking the service maintenance organization as an insurance application organization as an example, the service maintenance voucher is such as a policy, etc.
And S106-4, receiving the service maintenance voucher sent by the service maintenance mechanism, and acquiring resources required by the preparation of the target product from the resource providing mechanism.
The service maintenance mechanism generates a service maintenance voucher by sending a service maintenance request to the service maintenance mechanism, and stores service maintenance record information into the block chain, so that resources can be transferred to the resource providing platform through the service maintenance mechanism under the condition that a renter does not provide resources required by a renting target product, and the resources are guaranteed to return in time; and when the target product is not returned as expected or maliciously damaged by the renter, the service maintenance mechanism carries out corresponding processing, so that the loss of the renting platform can be reduced. And the service maintenance record information is stored in the block chain, so that an effective basis can be provided for the relevant verification processing when the resource providing mechanism receives the application request of the resource.
In order to ensure that the rental platform can smoothly acquire the resources required for preparing the target product from the resource providing mechanism, as shown in fig. 3, when the rental platform receives the service maintenance voucher, the application request of the resources is sent to the resource providing mechanism based on the service maintenance voucher, the rental voucher, and the rental protocol. Specifically, step S106-4 may include steps S106-42 through S106-46 as follows:
step S106-42, receiving a service maintenance voucher sent by a service maintenance mechanism, calling a first intelligent contract deployed in a block chain, and if relevant service maintenance record information is inquired from the block chain according to first voucher identification information of a lease voucher and second voucher identification information of the service maintenance voucher based on the first intelligent contract, performing hash processing on the received service maintenance voucher according to a second preset algorithm to obtain a second hash value to be verified;
step S106-44, if the second hash value to be verified is determined to be matched with the second hash value in the inquired business maintenance record information, sending an application request for preparing resources required by the target product to a resource providing mechanism according to the lease certificate, the lease protocol and the business maintenance certificate; so that the resource providing mechanism carries out resource transfer processing when determining that the application request meets the preset resource application condition based on the block chain;
specifically, as shown in fig. 3, when the resource providing mechanism receives the resource application request, it is determined whether the application information included in the application request meets the preset resource application condition according to the data stored in the blockchain, if yes, the resource transfer processing is performed to provide the resources required for preparing the target product to the rental platform, and the generated first resource transfer record information is maintained to the blockchain.
And S106-46, receiving the resources transferred by the resource providing mechanism.
Therefore, the resource application request is sent to the resource providing mechanism based on the leasing voucher, the leasing protocol and the service maintenance voucher, and the resource providing mechanism can verify the corresponding leasing service and the service maintenance service based on the block chain, so that the trust of the leasing platform is established, and the resource is provided for the leasing platform. The method not only can solve the problem of difficulty in resource collection of some leasing platforms, but also enriches the resource structure of a resource providing mechanism.
Further, after the rental platform successfully applies for the resource from the resource providing mechanism, in order to ensure timely and effective return of the resource, as shown in fig. 3, the rental platform further sends resource transfer service data to the resource transfer mechanism, so that when the resource transfer mechanism determines that the resource transfer condition is met according to the data in the block chain, the resource transfer mechanism performs resource transfer processing based on the acquired part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the renter, so as to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism, and stores the generated second resource transfer record information into the block chain. Specifically, the step S108 of sending the resource transfer service data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the product lease information includes:
and sending the resource transfer business data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the lease certificate, the lease agreement and the signed resource transfer service agreement. The resource service protocol includes related matters and descriptions of resource transfer processing.
Further, in order to ensure that the resource transfer mechanism can accurately transfer the resource to the resource providing platform, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the leasing platform further stores the determined first resource transfer information for transferring the resource to the resource providing mechanism into the block chain, so that the resource transfer mechanism performs the resource transfer process according to the first resource transfer information to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism. Specifically, step S108 may be followed by step S110 and step S112 of:
step S110, determining partial or all resources required by the renting target product provided by the renter, and transferring first resource transfer information of the resources to the resource providing mechanism;
the first resource transfer information may be information pre-negotiated by the rental platform, the rental user, and the resource providing mechanism, and the first resource transfer information may be included in the rental protocol. The first resource transfer information includes resource transfer-out account information of the tenant user, resource transfer-in account information of the fund providing platform, resource transfer period information (resource transfer is performed in a certain period), resource transfer amount information, and the like.
Step S112, saving the first resource transfer information in the blockchain, so that the resource transfer mechanism performs transfer processing on part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the rental user according to the first resource transfer information in the blockchain, so as to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism.
By storing the first resource transfer information in the block chain, a processing basis can be provided for the resource transfer processing of the resource transfer mechanism, thereby ensuring the effective transfer of resources.

On the basis of the same technical concept, corresponding to the processing method of the rental business described above, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide another processing method of the rental business, fig. 4 is a schematic flow diagram of the processing method of another rental business provided by one or more embodiments of the present specification, and the method in fig. 4 can be executed by the resource providing mechanism in fig. 1; as shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the steps of:
step S202, receiving an application request for preparing resources required by a target product, which is sent by a leasing platform; the target product is a product leased to a lessee user, and the application request comprises application information of the resource;
specifically, when a product lease request sent by a tenant user is received by a lease platform, a lease voucher is generated according to product lease information of a target product to be leased in the product lease request, and allocation processing of the target product is performed according to the lease voucher so as to provide the target product for the tenant user; and when determining that the target product is received by the renter, the renting platform determines the generated renting certificate, the renting protocol signed by the renter, the service maintenance certificate related to the target product and obtained by applying from the specified service maintenance mechanism, the determined third resource transfer information and the like as application information, and sends an application request for preparing the resources required by the target product to the resource providing mechanism according to the application information. The third resource transfer information comprises resource transfer-out account information of the rental platform, the quantity of resources to be transferred and the like.
Step S204, if the application information is determined to accord with the preset resource application condition based on the data stored in the block chain, performing resource transfer processing according to the application information to transfer the resource to the leasing platform;
specifically, if it is determined that the application information meets the preset resource application condition based on the data stored in the blockchain, the resource transfer processing is performed according to the third resource transfer information in the application information, so that the resource is transferred from the resource providing mechanism to the rental platform. The data stored in the blockchain includes rental record information, target product receiving record information, service maintenance record information, and the like.
Further, in order to ensure the authenticity of the rental business corresponding to the application request of the resource and ensure that the provided resource can be reclaimed as expected, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the determining that the application information meets the preset resource application condition based on the data stored in the blockchain in step S204 may include the following steps S204-2 to S204-10:
step S204-2, a second intelligent contract deployed in the block chain is called, and if the related receiving record information and the related leasing record information are inquired from the block chain according to the first certificate identification information included in the leasing certificate based on the second intelligent contract, the leasing certificate and the leasing protocol in the application information are subjected to Hash processing according to a first preset algorithm to obtain a first Hash value to be verified; the receiving record information represents that the target product is received by the lessee;

Specifically, the first voucher identification information of the lease voucher, the second voucher identification information of the service maintenance voucher, the third resource transfer information and other associated records included in the application information are recorded, the recorded information is determined as first resource transfer record information, and the first resource transfer record information is stored in the block chain.
Step S206, receiving the resource transferred by the resource transfer mechanism through the block chain.
Specifically, the resource transfer mechanism receives the resource transferred by the resource transfer processing based on part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user according to the first resource transfer information in the block chain. More specifically, after receiving the resources transferred by the resource providing mechanism, the rental platform sends the resource transfer service data to the resource transferring mechanism to request the resource transferring mechanism to perform resource transfer processing based on the acquired part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user, so as to transfer the resources to the resource providing platform. When the resource transfer mechanism acquires part or all of resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user within the specified resource transfer period, resource transfer processing is performed based on the acquired resources according to the first resource transfer information stored in the block chain, so as to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism.
Further, when the tenant does not provide part or all of the resources required for the rental target product according to the rental agreement as scheduled, in order to ensure that the resources can be returned to the resource providing mechanism in time, the service maintenance mechanism transfers the resources to the resource providing platform, correspondingly, the method may further include:
and receiving the resources transferred by the service maintenance mechanism, wherein the resources are transferred by the service maintenance mechanism according to the service maintenance voucher when the service maintenance mechanism determines that the renter does not provide part or all of the resources required by the rented target product.
Specifically, when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire part or all of resources required by the rented target product provided by the renter, first prompt information is sent to the renting platform, and the renting platform sends a resource transfer request to the business maintenance mechanism according to the corresponding business maintenance voucher based on the received first prompt information; and the service maintenance mechanism carries out resource transfer processing according to the resource transfer request so as to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism. Or when the resource transfer mechanism does not acquire part or all of resources required by the renting target product provided by the renter, sending second prompt information to the determined service maintenance mechanism; and the service maintenance mechanism carries out resource transfer processing according to the received second prompt message so as to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism. The service maintenance mechanism can transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism through the resource transfer mechanism, can transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism through other resource transfer mechanisms, and can provide the resource to the resource providing mechanism face to face.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, when receiving an application request for preparing a resource required by a target product, which is sent by a rental platform, a resource providing mechanism, if determining that application information in the application request meets a preset resource application condition based on data stored in a block chain, performs resource transfer processing according to the application information, so as to transfer the resource to the rental platform. Therefore, the block chain is used as the trust endorsement, mutual trust between the leasing platform and the resource providing mechanism is established, the problem that the resources of the leasing platform are difficult to collect is solved, the resources required by preparing target products can be provided for various types of leasing platforms for the resource providing mechanism, and the resource structure of the resource providing mechanism is enriched. Moreover, by storing the lease-related data into the blockchain, the authenticity and the validity of the data can be ensured based on the characteristics of the blockchain, so that the risk of data loss and tampering is avoided, the trace of the lease service can be realized, the problems that the lease user is difficult to prove in the liability-pursuing event and the like are solved, and an effective verification basis is provided for the processing of the related service.
On the basis of the same technical concept, corresponding to the processing method of the rental business described above, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide another processing method of the rental business, fig. 5 is a schematic flow diagram of the processing method of another rental business provided by one or more embodiments of the present specification, and the method in fig. 5 can be executed by the resource transfer mechanism in fig. 1; as shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the steps of:
step S302, receiving resource transfer service data sent by a leasing platform; the resource transfer service data is used for requesting resource transfer processing based on part or all of resources required by the rented target product provided by the renter so as to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism; the resource providing mechanism transfers the resources required by the preparation of the target product to the leasing platform in advance;
specifically, when a product lease request sent by a tenant user is received by a lease platform, a lease voucher is generated according to product lease information of a target product to be leased in the product lease request, and scheduling processing of the target product is performed according to the lease voucher so as to provide the target product for the tenant user; if the target product is determined to be received by the lessee, acquiring resources required for preparing the target product from the resource providing mechanism; and sending the resource transfer business data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the generated lease certificate, the lease agreement signed by the tenant user and the like.
Step S304, if the resource transfer service data is determined to accord with the preset resource transfer condition according to the data stored in the block chain, the resource transfer processing is carried out through the block chain in the appointed resource transfer time period so as to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism.
Determining that the resource transfer service data meets the preset resource transfer condition according to the data stored in the block chain may include:
if the resource transfer service protocol signed by the leasing platform is obtained, a third intelligent contract deployed in the block chain is called; if the associated leasing record information is inquired from the block chain based on the third intelligent contract according to the first certificate identification information included by the leasing certificate, carrying out hash processing on the leasing certificate and the leasing protocol according to a first preset algorithm to obtain a first hash value to be verified; matching the first hash value to be verified with the first hash value in the inquired lease record information; determining whether the associated first resource transfer record information is inquired from the block chain according to the first certificate identification information included in the lease certificate; the first resource transfer record information is record information generated by the resource providing mechanism based on the resource provided to the rental platform; and if the first hash value is successfully matched and the first resource transfer record information is determined to be inquired, determining that the resource transfer service data meets the preset resource transfer condition.
Specifically, in order to make the rental platform know the relevant items of the resource transfer service, the rental platform needs to sign a resource transfer service agreement in the process of requesting to handle the resource transfer service. Optionally, the resource transfer service data includes a resource transfer service agreement signed by the rental platform, and correspondingly, if the resource transfer mechanism determines that the resource transfer service data includes the resource transfer service agreement, the resource transfer mechanism determines to acquire the resource transfer service agreement signed by the rental platform; or after receiving the resource transfer service data, the resource transfer platform sends an agreement signing request to the leasing platform, and when receiving the signed resource transfer service agreement sent by the leasing platform, the resource transfer platform determines to acquire the resource transfer service agreement. When the resource transfer mechanism determines to acquire the resource transfer service protocol signed by the leasing platform, calling a third intelligent contract deployed in the block chain; determining whether related leasing record information is inquired from the block chain based on first certificate identification information included by the third intelligent contract according to the leasing certificate, if not, determining that the resource transfer service data does not accord with a preset resource transfer condition, and sending request failure information to the leasing platform; if so, performing hash processing on the lease voucher and the lease protocol according to a first preset algorithm to obtain a first hash value to be verified; matching the first hash value to be verified with the first hash value in the inquired lease record information; if the matching fails, determining that the resource transfer service data does not accord with the preset resource transfer condition, and sending request failure information to the leasing platform; if the matching is successful, determining whether the associated first resource transfer record information is inquired from the block chain according to the first certificate identification information included in the lease certificate; if not, determining that the resource transfer service data does not accord with the preset resource transfer condition, and sending request failure information to the leasing platform; if yes, determining that the resource transfer service data meets the preset resource transfer condition.
By acquiring the resource transfer service agreement signed by the leasing platform, the leasing platform is ensured to clear the related matters of the resource transfer; by verifying the lease voucher and the lease agreement, the follow-up trouble caused by the virtual lease voucher and the lease agreement is avoided; by inquiring the first resource transfer record information, the real resource transfer transaction between the leasing platform and the resource providing platform is ensured, and the risk of cheating the resource by the leasing platform is avoided.
Further, the resource transfer processing performed through the block chain in step S304 to transfer the resource to the resource providing mechanism includes:
acquiring associated first resource transfer information from the block chain according to the determined first certificate identification information of the lease certificate of the target product; and performing resource transfer processing based on the acquired part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the tenant user according to the first resource transfer information to transfer the resources to the resource providing mechanism.
Optionally, when receiving a resource transfer request sent by a tenant user, the resource transfer mechanism acquires associated first resource transfer information from the block chain according to first credential identification information included in the resource transfer request; and if the resource transfer-in account information, the resource transfer-out account information, the quantity of the resources to be transferred in the first resource transfer information are determined to be matched with the resource transfer-in account information, the resource transfer-out account information and the quantity of the resources to be transferred which are included in the resource transfer request, and the current time is matched with the resource transfer time period appointed in the first resource transfer information, transferring the corresponding quantity of the resources from the resource transfer-out account of the renter to the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism. Or when the resource transfer mechanism receives the resource transfer service data, the first voucher identification information of the lease voucher in the resource transfer service data is stored in the local database, the first resource transfer information is acquired from the block chain according to the stored first voucher identification information every preset time, if the current time is matched with the resource transfer time period appointed in the first resource transfer information, the number of the resource transfer-out account of the lease user, the resource transfer-in account of the resource providing mechanism and the resource to be transferred is determined according to the first resource transfer information, and the resource with the corresponding number is transferred from the determined resource transfer-in account to the resource transfer-out account. Wherein the preset time is 9 points per day; the matching can be considered successful when the current time is within the specified resource transfer period, such as 10/8/0/2020 to 10/8/24/2020. It should be noted that the specific time setting can be set in practical application according to the need. The resource transfer mechanism may also detect, via the smart contract, whether the current time matches a resource transfer period specified in the first resource transfer information.
The first resource transfer information is acquired from the block chain, and the resource transfer processing is carried out based on the first resource transfer information, so that the effectiveness of resource transfer is ensured.
Further, if it is determined that part or all of the resources required by the rental target product provided by the target user are not acquired within the specified time limit, first prompt information is sent to the rental platform, so that the rental platform transfers the resources to the resource providing mechanism through the service maintenance mechanism. Or if the fact that part or all of the resources required by the renting target products provided by the target users are not acquired within the specified time limit is determined, second prompt information is sent to the determined business maintenance mechanism, and the business maintenance mechanism transfers the resources to the resource providing mechanism. Determining a mode of a business maintenance mechanism, such as acquiring associated business maintenance record information from a block chain according to first certificate identification information of a lease certificate, and acquiring information of the business maintenance mechanism from the business maintenance record information; or the resource transfer business data comprises information of the business maintenance mechanism, the resource transfer mechanism stores the first certificate identification information and the information of the business maintenance mechanism in a specified database in a related mode, and when it is determined that part or all of resources required by the renting target product provided by the target user are not acquired within a specified time limit, the information of the business maintenance mechanism is acquired from the specified database according to the first certificate identification information. Further, the specified time limit may be an expiration time of the resource transfer period specified in the first resource transfer information, or may be a certain time point within the resource transfer period specified in the first resource transfer information, for example, when the specified resource transfer time is 0/10/8/2020 to 24/10/8/2020, the specified time limit is 20/10/8/2020. By sending the prompt message, the resource can be transferred to the resource providing mechanism within the resource returning time appointed by the resource providing mechanism and the leasing platform, so that the long-term cooperation between the resource providing mechanism and the leasing platform is promoted.
It should be noted that the appointed resource returning time is later than the resource transferring time interval in the first resource transferring information; or, when the specified time limit is a certain time point in the resource transfer period specified in the first resource transfer information, the agreed resource return time is the deadline of the specified resource transfer period; the specific time setting can be set automatically according to the requirement in practical application.
Further, after step S304, in order to make the transfer of the resource traceable and queried, the method further includes: and generating second resource transfer record information, and storing the second resource transfer record information into the block chain. Specifically, information association records such as resource transfer-out account information, resource transfer-in account information, resource transfer quantity, resource transfer time and the like are recorded, the recorded information is determined as second resource transfer record information, and the second resource transfer record information is stored in the block chain.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, when receiving resource transfer service data sent by a rental platform, a resource transfer mechanism performs resource transfer processing through a block chain in a specified resource transfer time period if it is determined that the resource transfer service data meets a preset resource transfer condition according to data stored in the block chain, so as to transfer resources to a resource providing mechanism. On the basis of the same technical concept, corresponding to the processing method of the rental business described above, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide another processing method of the rental business, which is applied to a business maintenance organization; fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of another rental service processing method provided in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
step S402, receiving a service maintenance request sent by a leasing platform; the service maintenance request comprises service maintenance information related to a target product leased to a lessee;
specifically, when a product lease request sent by a tenant user is received by a lease platform, a lease voucher is generated according to product lease information of a target product to be leased in the product lease request, and scheduling processing of the target product is performed according to the lease voucher so as to provide the target product for the tenant user; and if the lessee user is determined to receive the target product, determining the generated lease certificate, the lease agreement signed by the lessee user and the like as service maintenance information, and sending a service maintenance request to a service maintenance organization according to the service maintenance information. The business maintenance mechanism may be an insurance mechanism, a guarantee mechanism, an enterprise and public institution related to the rental platform, and the like, for example, the rental platform is a sub-enterprise of a certain enterprise.
Step S404, if the service maintenance information is determined to accord with the preset service maintenance condition based on the data stored in the block chain, performing service maintenance processing according to the service maintenance information to obtain a service maintenance certificate;
the service maintenance voucher may include information such as resource transfer account information of the resource providing mechanism, and the number of resources to be transferred.
Determining that the service maintenance information conforms to a preset service maintenance condition based on data stored in a block chain, wherein the determining comprises:
calling a fourth intelligent contract deployed in the block chain, and if related leasing record information is inquired from the block chain according to first certificate identification information included in the leasing certificate based on the fourth intelligent contract, performing hash processing on the leasing certificate and the leasing protocol according to a first preset algorithm to obtain a first hash value to be verified; matching the first hash value to be verified with the first hash value in the inquired lease record information; determining whether receiving record information of the target product is inquired from the block chain according to the first certificate identification information; and if the first hash value is successfully matched and the receiving record information is inquired, the service maintenance information accords with the preset service maintenance condition.
Specifically, when a service maintenance mechanism receives a service maintenance request sent by a leasing platform, a fourth intelligent contract in a block chain is called, whether related leasing record information is inquired from the block chain according to first certificate identification information included by a leasing certificate based on the fourth intelligent contract is determined, if not, the service maintenance information is determined not to accord with a preset service maintenance condition, and request failure information is sent to the leasing platform; if so, performing hash processing on the lease voucher and the lease protocol according to a first preset algorithm to obtain a first hash value to be verified; matching the first hash value to be verified with the first hash value in the inquired lease record information; if the matching fails, determining that the service maintenance information does not accord with the preset service maintenance condition, and sending request failure information to the leasing platform; if the matching is successful, determining whether the receiving record information of the associated target product is inquired from the block chain according to the first certificate identification information, if not, determining that the service maintenance information does not accord with the preset service maintenance condition, and sending request failure information to the leasing platform; and if so, determining that the service maintenance information meets the preset service maintenance condition. Wherein, the matching operation of the first hash value and the execution sequence of the query operation of the received record information can be interchanged. By verifying the leasing voucher and the leasing agreement and/or inquiring the received record information, the authenticity and the validity of the leasing business are ensured, and the risk of malicious resource cheating of a leasing platform is avoided.
In order to make the business maintenance operation traceable and retrievable, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, the following steps S405-2 to S405-6 may be further included after step S404:
step S405-2, performing hash processing on the service maintenance voucher according to a second preset algorithm to obtain a second hash value;
step S405-4, the second hash value, the first certificate identification information and the second certificate identification information of the determined service maintenance certificate are recorded in an associated mode, and the recorded information is determined to be service maintenance record information;
it should be noted that the service maintenance record information is not limited to the above information, and may also include information of a service maintenance organization, information of a rental platform, and the like.
Step S405-6, the service maintenance record information is stored in the block chain.
By generating the service maintenance record information and storing the service maintenance record information into the block chain, the traceability and query of service maintenance processing are ensured, and effective verification basis is provided for resource providing processing of a resource providing mechanism.
Step S406, if it is determined that the lessee user does not provide part or all of the resources required by the lease target product within the specified time limit, transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism according to the service maintenance voucher; wherein the resource providing mechanism provides the resources required for preparing the target product to the leasing platform in advance.
Specifically, if a resource transfer request sent by the rental platform is received or second prompt information sent by the resource transfer business mechanism is received, it is determined that the rental user does not provide part or all of the resources required by the rental target product within a specified time limit, the number of the resource transfer-in account and the resources to be transferred of the resource providing mechanism is determined according to the stored relevant information of the business maintenance voucher, and the resources with the corresponding number are transferred to the determined resource transfer-in account. It should be noted that the business maintenance organization may provide the resource to the resource providing organization professional resources through the resource transfer organization, and may also provide the resources face to face. The service maintenance mechanism stores the relevant information of the service maintenance voucher, such as the copy of the service maintenance voucher.
Further, in order to make the resource transfer operation of the service maintenance organization traceable and queriable, in one or more embodiments of the present specification, step S406 further includes: and storing the generated third resource transfer record information into the block chain. The third resource transfer record information includes resource transfer-out account information of the service maintenance organization, resource transfer-in account information of the resource providing organization, transfer quantity of the resources, resource transfer time and the like.
In one or more embodiments of the present specification, when a service maintenance request sent by a rental platform is received by a service maintenance mechanism, if it is determined that service maintenance information conforms to a preset service maintenance condition based on data stored in a block chain, performing service maintenance processing according to the service maintenance information to obtain a service maintenance credential; if the fact that the lessee user does not provide part or all of resources required by the renting target product within the set time limit is determined, transferring the resources to a resource providing mechanism according to the business maintenance voucher; wherein the resource providing mechanism provides the resources required for preparing the target product to the leasing platform in advance. Therefore, the block chain is used as the trust endorsement, mutual trust between the leasing platform and the resource providing mechanism is established, the problem that the resources of the leasing platform are difficult to collect is solved, the resources required by preparing target products can be provided for various types of leasing platforms for the resource providing mechanism, and the resource structure of the resource providing mechanism is enriched. Corresponding to the above-described rental business processing method, based on the same technical concept, one or more embodiments of the present specification further provide a rental business processing apparatus applied to a rental platform. Fig. 7 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a processing apparatus for rental business according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
the receiving module 501 receives a product lease request sent by a tenant user, and performs lease processing on a target product according to product lease information of the target product to be leased in the product lease request;

In the processing apparatus for rental business provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, after the rental process of the target product is performed, the rental record information is stored in the blockchain, and when it is determined that the target product is received by the tenant, the resource required for preparing the target product is acquired from the resource providing mechanism; and sending the resource transfer business data to the resource transfer mechanism according to the product leasing information so that the resource transfer mechanism executes the process of transferring the resources to the resource providing mechanism through the block chain. Therefore, the block chain is used as the trust endorsement, mutual trust between the leasing platform and the resource providing mechanism is established, the problem that some leasing platform resources are difficult to collect is solved, for the resource providing mechanism, resources required by preparing target products can be provided for various types of leasing platforms, and the resource structure of the resource providing mechanism is enriched. In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow).
