背景技术
在户外环境下,紫外线可对人体健康造成严重危害,因而,对防紫外织物的需求日益增加。而随着人们生活水平的提高,对织物舒适、清洁、防护等方面要求越来越高,单一功能的纺织品已经满足不了人们的需求,多功能纺织品的研究和开发已经迫在眉睫。如何制备同时具有防紫外线、释香除臭和防水的纺织品仍然是有待解决的技术问题。
目前,已有一些关于多功能纺织品的整理方法的报道。专利CN104594018A公开了一种抗紫外线和抗菌的纺织品的整理方法,该方法将氧化锌和羧甲基壳聚糖纳米复合物和粘合剂混合处理纺织品后得到多功能纺织品。该方法较繁琐且性能单一。CN104313883A公开了一种绿色多功能纺织品洗涤整理剂的制备方法,该方法将聚乙二醇单甲醚、硅油、油酸壳聚糖、柠檬酸钠、留香剂等复配得到多功能,整理后的织物具有抗静电、杀菌、防蛀等功能。虽然上述方法可以制得多功能纺织品,但是制备过程较复杂、整理剂存在不稳定以及性能不耐久现象。如能将微球表面结构和微胶囊香味缓释相结合用于纺织品上,将具有广阔的应用前景。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法。通过乳液缩聚法制备出多功能二氧化硅微胶囊,再将其和粘合剂复配整理织物表面即可得到多功能纺织品。整理后的纺织品防紫外、香味缓释和防水性能优异,制备过程简单且绿色环保。

本发明中所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤1的过程如下:
将1~10质量份正硅酸四乙酯,0.5~5质量份香精,0.1~1质量份紫外吸收剂,0.05~0.5质量份乳化剂与50~250质量份去离子水混合,超声15分钟后加入0.05~0.5质量份氨水在常温下磁力搅拌1~12小时得到二氧化硅微胶囊。然后将0.1~5质量份氟硅烷加入微胶囊溶液中,升温至60℃,继续磁力搅拌反应1-8小时,最终得到多功能二氧化硅微胶囊。
其中所述香精为天然香精、人工合成香精、天然植物提取物中的一种或几种的混合物。
其中所述的紫外吸收剂,选自下述物质中的一种或几种:二苯甲酮类、邻氨基苯甲酮类、水杨酸酯类、对氨基苯甲酸类、肉桂酸酯类。
其中所述的氟硅烷,选自下述物质中的一种或几种:三氟甲基三甲基硅烷、五氟苯基三乙氧基硅烷、九氟己基三甲氧基硅烷、十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、十三氟烷基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
其中所述的乳化剂,选自下述物质中的一种或几种:十二烷基氯化铵、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯-8-辛基苯基醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠。
本发明中所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤2中:微胶囊溶液质量浓度为1-30wt%,粘合剂浓度为5-30wt%。
其中所述的粘合剂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性环氧树脂和水性有机硅树脂中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明中所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤3中:浸渍纺织品的时间为0.5-1小时,然后取出纺织品在轧车上轧去纺织品中多余的液体,纺织品最终带液率为80-120%。
本发明中所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤3中:利用热定型机,在60-120℃下对纺织品烘干3-10分钟,从而最终得到整理好的多功能纺织品。
本发明中所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于,所述纺织品由纯棉、涤纶、锦纶或氨纶制成。
本发明有益效果如下:
(1)微胶囊的表面壳层接枝的疏水链、紫外吸收剂和微胶囊包覆的香精赋予微胶囊疏水、防紫外和香味缓释性;(2)制备工艺简单,制备过程绿色环保;(3)经过该微胶囊整理的织物或家纺产品上既具有防紫外、疏水性还具有持久的香味缓释功能,在纺织产业有很大的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
(1)将2质量份正硅酸四乙酯,1质量份天然香精,0.5质量份二苯甲酮类紫外吸收剂,0.08质量份失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和180质量份去离子水加入到250ml单口烧瓶中,超声20分钟后加入0.05质量份氨水在常温下磁力搅拌8小时得到二氧化硅微胶囊。然后将0.2质量份十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷加入微胶囊溶液中,升温至60℃,继续磁力搅拌反应6小时,最终得到多功能二氧化硅微胶囊。
(2)将步骤(1)所得的35质量份多功能二氧化硅微胶囊溶液,1质量份消泡剂与55质量份有机硅树脂在烧杯中混合,在速率为500r/min下搅拌15min,得到水性超疏水涂料。最后将涂料涂覆在皮革上,室温干燥2小时,即得芳香缓释超疏水织物涂层。
实施例2:
(1)将2.5质量份正硅酸四乙酯,1.8质量份人工合成香精,0.8质量份对氨基苯甲酸类紫外吸收剂,0.12质量份聚氧乙烯-8-辛基苯基醚和200质量份去离子水加入到250ml单口烧瓶中,超声25分钟后加入0.06质量份氨水在常温下磁力搅拌8小时得到二氧化硅微胶囊。然后将0.5质量份五氟苯基三乙氧基硅烷加入微胶囊溶液中,升温至60℃,继续磁力搅拌反应6小时,最终得到多功能二氧化硅微胶囊。
(2)将步骤(1)所得的45质量份多功能二氧化硅微胶囊溶液,1质量份消泡剂与55质量份有机硅树脂在烧杯中混合,在速率为500r/min下搅拌15min,得到水性超疏水涂料。最后将涂料涂覆在皮革上,室温干燥2小时,即得芳香缓释超疏水织物涂层。
实施例3:
(1)将2.3质量份正硅酸四乙酯,1.5质量份天然植物提取物,0.6质量份邻氨基苯甲酮类紫外吸收剂,0.1质量份十二烷基硫酸钠和220质量份去离子水加入到250ml单口烧瓶中,超声20分钟后加入0.08质量份氨水在常温下磁力搅拌8小时得到二氧化硅微胶囊。然后将0.3质量份十三氟烷基丙基三甲氧基硅烷加入微胶囊溶液中,升温至60℃,继续磁力搅拌反应6小时,最终得到多功能二氧化硅微胶囊。
(2)将步骤(1)所得的40质量份多功能二氧化硅微胶囊溶液,1质量份消泡剂与60质量份有机硅树脂在烧杯中混合,在速率为500r/min下搅拌15min,得到水性超疏水涂料。最后将涂料涂覆在皮革上,室温干燥2小时,即得芳香缓释超疏水织物涂层。

Claims (6)
1.一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征是该整理方法包括:
步骤1,制备多功能二氧化硅微胶囊;
步骤2,将微胶囊和粘合剂复合配成整理剂;
步骤3,将纺织品浸渍到整理剂溶液中,采用轧烘焙工艺得到处理后的纺织品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤1的过程如下:
将1~10质量份正硅酸四乙酯,0.5~5质量份香精,0.1~1质量份紫外吸收剂,0.05~0.5质量份乳化剂与50~250质量份去离子水混合,超声15分钟后加入0.05~0.5质量份氨水在常温下磁力搅拌1~12小时得到二氧化硅微胶囊。然后将0.1~5质量份氟硅烷加入微胶囊溶液中,升温至60℃,继续磁力搅拌反应1-8小时,最终得到多功能二氧化硅微胶囊。
其中所述香精为天然香精、人工合成香精、天然植物提取物中的一种或几种的混合物。
其中所述的紫外吸收剂,选自下述物质中的一种或几种:二苯甲酮类、邻氨基苯甲酮类、水杨酸酯类、对氨基苯甲酸类、肉桂酸酯类。
其中所述的氟硅烷,选自下述物质中的一种或几种:三氟甲基三甲基硅烷、五氟苯基三乙氧基硅烷、九氟己基三甲氧基硅烷、十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷、十三氟烷基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
其中所述的乳化剂,选自下述物质中的一种或几种:十二烷基氯化铵、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯-8-辛基苯基醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤2中:微胶囊溶液质量浓度为1-30wt%,粘合剂浓度为5-30wt%。
其中所述的粘合剂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂、水性环氧树脂和水性有机硅树脂中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤3中:浸渍纺织品的时间为0.5-1小时,然后取出纺织品在轧车上轧去纺织品中多余的液体,纺织品最终带液率为80-120%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于所述步骤3中:利用热定型机,在60-120℃下对纺织品烘干3-10分钟,从而最终得到整理好的多功能纺织品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外香味缓释防水多功能纺织品的整理方法,其特征在于,所述纺织品由纯棉、涤纶、锦纶或氨纶制成。
