s2, secondary activation culture: on the basis of S1, adding 20kg of wort, 3kg of monohydrogenphosphate and 2kg of dihydrogenphosphate into the flora, adjusting the ph to 7-7.5, adding 1kg of calcium carbonate and 1kg of calcium nitrate to further activate the microbial inoculum, and continuously culturing for 10 hours on a shaking table at the speed of 150 rpm;
s3, industrial fermentation propagation: on the basis of S2, adding 10kg of corn germ meal, 12kg of tenebrio molitor sand and 8kg of corn bran into the microbial inoculum, carrying out industrial fermentation propagation for 3 days at 40 ℃ and ph of 6.8-7.5, and completing fermentation when the concentration of strains reaches 1000 hundred million cfu/g;
s4, freeze-drying the fermentation liquor in the S3 to form powder, adding cellulase, ligninase, 90% of amino-oligosaccharin and brassinolide according to the weight parts, and drying and storing in a dark place to obtain the environment-friendly biological agent, wherein the effective period is two years.
The environment-friendly biological agent obtained by the three embodiments can be applied to treatment of different organic solid wastes, the efficiency of degrading domestic sludge is about one week and is far stronger than that of other biodegradation methods (one to two months) in the market, the efficiency of degrading kitchen garbage is within 24 hours, the world leading level is achieved, the degradation of livestock pollutants can be basically completed within 8 hours, the reaction condition is mild, a high-temperature high-pressure container is not needed, the fermentation can be started to degrade the organic pollutants at normal temperature and normal pressure, the reaction site is simple, the environment-friendly biological agent can be applied to rural cities, only a basic stirring heat preservation device is needed, all strains do not contain pathogenic bacteria, the soil is regulated and repaired, the pollutants are fermented into nutrient soil after being degraded, the environment-friendly biological agent can be returned to the field, and the garbage recycling treatment is really achieved.

Claims (5)

An environment-friendly biological agent for treating organic garbage is characterized in that: the composition comprises, by weight, 8-13 parts of bacillus licheniformis powder, 10-15 parts of bacillus pumilus powder, 13-16 parts of nitrobacteria powder, 8-10 parts of lactobacillus powder, 7-10 parts of bacillus megaterium powder, 8-12 parts of bacillus subtilis powder, 9-14 parts of bacillus amyloliquefaciens powder, 5-8 parts of saccharomyces cerevisiae powder, 1-5 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus powder, 1-5 parts of soybean rhizobium powder, 2-4 parts of azotobacter chroococcum powder, 3-7 parts of pseudomonas fusca powder, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus delbrueckii, 1-3 parts of cellulase, 0.5-2 parts of ligninase, 0.01-0.05 part of 90% amino oligosaccharin and 0.05-1 part of brassinolide.
2. The method for preparing the environment-friendly biological agent for treating organic waste according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
s1: generating flora: adding bacillus licheniformis powder, bacillus pumilus powder, nitrobacteria powder, lactobacillus powder, bacillus megaterium powder, bacillus subtilis powder, bacillus amyloliquefaciens powder, saccharomyces cerevisiae powder, bacillus mucilaginosus powder, soybean rhizobium powder, azotobacter chroococcum powder, brown high-temperature pseudomonas powder and lactobacillus delbrueckii according to the weight parts, additionally adding 10-15 parts of peptone, 10-20 parts of lactobacillus fermentation mother liquor, 1-2 parts of brown sugar and 1-2 parts of urea, and performing constant-temperature fermentation for 10-14 days, wherein the ph range is 6-8;
s2, secondary activation culture: on the basis of S1, adding 10-20 parts of wort, 1-3 parts of monohydrogenphosphate and 1-2 parts of dihydrogen phosphate into the flora, adjusting the ph to 7-7.5, adding 0.3-1 part of calcium carbonate and 0.5-1 part of calcium nitrate to further activate the microbial inoculum, and continuously culturing on a shaking table for 10-24 hours;
s3, industrial fermentation propagation: on the basis of S2, adding 5-10 parts of corn germ meal, 10-12 parts of tenebrio molitor sand and 5-8 parts of corn bran into the microbial inoculum, performing industrial fermentation propagation for 1-3 days, and completing fermentation when the concentration of strains reaches 1000 hundred million cfu/g;
s4, freeze-drying the fermentation liquor in the S3 to form powder, adding cellulase, ligninase, 90% of amino-oligosaccharin and brassinolide according to the weight parts, and drying and storing in a dark place to obtain the environment-friendly biological agent.
3. The method for preparing the environment-friendly biological agent for treating organic waste according to claim 2, characterized in that: in S1, the temperature for constant temperature fermentation is 37 ℃.
4. The method for preparing the environment-friendly biological agent for treating organic waste according to claim 2, characterized in that: in S2, the speed of the shaker was 100-150 rpm.
