s2, secondary activation culture: on the basis of S1, adding 20kg of wort, 3kg of monohydrogenphosphate and 2kg of dihydrogenphosphate into the flora, adjusting the ph to 7-7.5, adding 1kg of calcium carbonate and 1kg of calcium nitrate to further activate the microbial inoculum, and continuously culturing for 10 hours on a shaking table at the speed of 150 rpm;
s3, industrial fermentation propagation: on the basis of S2, adding 10kg of corn germ meal, 12kg of tenebrio molitor sand and 8kg of corn bran into the microbial inoculum, carrying out industrial fermentation propagation for 3 days at 40 ℃ and ph of 6.8-7.5, and completing fermentation when the concentration of strains reaches 1000 hundred million cfu/g;
s4, freeze-drying the fermentation liquor in the S3 to form powder, adding cellulase, ligninase, 90% of amino-oligosaccharin and brassinolide according to the weight parts, and drying and storing in a dark place to obtain the environment-friendly biological agent, wherein the effective period is two years.
