As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an edible oil filling system and a working method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention are provided, including a workbench 1, an edible oil feeding mechanism 2, an edible oil transporting mechanism 3, an oil tank transporting mechanism 4 and an oil tank upper cover mechanism 5, where the edible oil feeding mechanism 2, the edible oil transporting mechanism 3, the oil tank transporting mechanism 4 and the oil tank upper cover mechanism 5 are all disposed on the workbench 1, the edible oil feeding mechanism 2 is connected to the edible oil transporting mechanism 3, the edible oil transporting mechanism 3 is disposed above the oil tank transporting mechanism 4, the edible oil transporting mechanism 3 corresponds to the oil tank transporting mechanism 4 up and down, the oil tank upper cover mechanism 5 is disposed on one side of the edible oil transporting mechanism 3, and the oil tank upper cover mechanism 5 corresponds to the edible oil transporting mechanism 3 up and down; when in work, the finished edible oil is moved from the edible oil feeding mechanism 2 to the edible oil transportation mechanism 3, the edible oil can be evenly transported to the oil tank positioned on the oil tank transport mechanism 4 through the edible oil transport mechanism 3, the edible oil transport mechanism 3 is provided with a plurality of discharge ends, the transport efficiency of the edible oil can be increased through the plurality of discharge ends, the edible oil transport mechanism 3 is provided with a plurality of discharge ends which can adjust the angle to prevent splashing, the oil tank transport mechanism 4 can transport the oil tanks in sequence to ensure the consistent interval of each movement of the oil tanks, each oil tank can correspond to the discharge end of the edible oil transportation mechanism 3, and finally the oil tank filled with the edible oil is capped by the oil tank capping mechanism 5, so that the edible oil in the oil tank is not completely splashed out of the oil tank due to shaking or falling in the process of blanking of the oil tank; the edible oil conveying mechanism 3 can solve the technical problem that in the prior art, no adjusting assembly is arranged when the filling assembly and the tank opening correspondingly operate, so that after half or more of oil is filled into one tank, the filling assembly can form splashing through the oil outlet in a vertical state, and a large amount of edible oil is wasted; through the oil tank transport mechanism 4 in the above-mentioned can solve among the prior art oil tank position when transporting on the conveyer belt and be difficult to fixed, the position of filling subassembly and filling opening does not correspond when taking place transportation equipment to stop very easily, leads to the filling opening to probably form position deviation when the filling subassembly corresponds, can make partly edible oil spray outside the jar when the canning equally, causes the extravagant condition.
The edible oil transport mechanism 3 is provided with a plurality of discharge ends, the plurality of discharge ends on the edible oil transport mechanism 3 respectively correspond to the oil tanks on the oil tank transport mechanism 4, and the plurality of discharge ends on the edible oil transport mechanism 3 operate simultaneously, when the plurality of discharge ends on the edible oil transport mechanism 3 fill up the plurality of oil tanks on the oil tank transport mechanism 4 each time, the oil tank transport mechanism can move the oil tanks, the filled oil tanks are transported to the next step, the oil tanks without edible oil are transported to the lower part of the edible oil transport mechanism 3, the plurality of oil tanks can be transported to the lower part of the edible oil transport mechanism 3 corresponding to the plurality of discharge ends of the edible oil transport mechanism 3 each time of moving, the transport efficiency of the edible oil can be increased through the matching of the edible oil transport mechanism 3 and the oil tank transport mechanism 4, and the movement of the plurality of oil tanks can not influence the matching corresponding of the edible oil transport mechanism 3, the efficiency of the oil tank during transportation is improved, and the working efficiency of the whole equipment is improved; the oil tank upper cover mechanism 5 can carry out the upper cover operation on the oil tank filled with the edible oil on the oil tank transportation mechanism 4, can seal the opening of the oil tank before blanking, and place the edible oil in the oil tank to be splashed out of the oil tank due to the shaking or the inclination of the oil tank in the transportation process, thereby reducing the risk of edible oil waste and improving the production efficiency.
The edible oil feeding mechanism 2 comprises an edible oil tank 21, a pump 22, an oil outlet pipe 23 and a forked connecting pipe 24, wherein the edible oil tank 21 is arranged on one side of the workbench 1, the pump 22 is arranged above the edible oil tank 21, the working end of the pump 22 is connected with one end of the oil outlet pipe 23, the other end of the oil outlet pipe 23 is connected with the forked connecting pipe 24, and the forked connecting pipe 24 is connected with the edible oil transportation mechanism 3; the finished edible oil in the edible oil tank 21 can be transported to the oil outlet pipe 23 and the branched connecting pipe 24 by the pump 22, and finally transported to the edible oil transporting mechanism 3 by the branched connecting pipe 24.
The edible oil transportation mechanism 3 comprises a vertical moving part 31 and an angle adjusting part 32, the vertical moving part 31 is arranged above the workbench 1, the angle adjusting part 32 is arranged below the vertical moving part 31, the vertical moving part 31 is connected with the angle adjusting part 32, and the angle adjusting part 32 is vertically corresponding to the oil tank transportation mechanism 4; the angle adjusting member 32 can be vertically moved up and down by the vertical moving member 31, and the edible oil can be transported into the tank transporting mechanism 4 by the angle adjusting member 32, and the angle can be changed.
The vertical moving component 31 comprises a first placing box 311, a first electric push rod 312, a connecting plate 313 and connecting columns 314, the first placing box 311 is arranged above the workbench 1, the first electric push rod 312, the connecting plate 313 and the connecting columns 314 are all arranged in the first placing box 311, the output end of the first electric push rod 312 is connected with the connecting plate 313, two connecting columns 314 are arranged, the two connecting columns 314 are symmetrically arranged below the connecting plate 313, the bottom ends of the two connecting columns 314 penetrate through the first placing box 311 and extend out, and the two connecting columns 314 are connected with the angle adjusting component 32; the connecting plate 313 can drive the connecting column 314 to vertically move through the first electric push rod 312, and the angle adjusting mechanism can synchronously move.
The angle adjusting component 32 comprises a placing rack 321, a first motor 322, a driving connecting rod 323, rotary tables 324, fixing rods 325, fixing pins 326, oil nozzles 327 and an oil inlet pipe 328, the placing rack 321 is arranged below the connecting column 314, the placing rack 321 is connected with the connecting column 314, the first motor 322 is arranged on one side of the placing rack 321, the output end of the first motor 322 is connected with the driving connecting rod 323, two rotary tables 324 are arranged, the two rotary tables 324 are symmetrically arranged in the placing rack 321, the driving connecting rod 323 is connected with one rotary table 324, the four fixing rods 325 are arranged, the four fixing rods 325 are symmetrically arranged between the two rotary tables 324 in pairs, the oil nozzles 327 and the oil inlet pipe 328 are respectively provided with a plurality of groups, the oil nozzles 327 are sequentially arranged between the four fixing rods 325 at intervals, the plurality of oil inlet pipes 328 are respectively arranged above oil injection, the plurality of oil inlet pipes 328 are respectively connected with the forked connecting pipe 24, the plurality of groups of fixing pins 326 are respectively arranged on the fixing rod 325, and the plurality of groups of fixing pins 326 are respectively connected with the oil injection nozzle 327; drive connecting rod 323 through first motor 322 and can make carousel 324 rotate, can make two rotations rotate through dead lever 325 and carry out synchronous rotation to dead lever 325 can also drive fuel sprayer 327 and carry out synchronous rotation, and fuel sprayer 327 is fixed unable removal or skew in dead lever 325 through fixed pin 326, can make the edible oil in the forked type connecting pipe 24 get into in fuel sprayer 327 through advancing the oil tank, transports the edible oil to the oil tank in through fuel sprayer 327 at last.
The oil tank transportation mechanism 4 comprises a driving part 41 and a material transferring part 42, wherein the material transferring part 42 is arranged right below the oil nozzle 327, and the driving part 41 is arranged on one side of the material transferring part 42; the material moving component 42 is operated by the driving component 41, the material moving component 42 is used for placing the oil tank, and the oil tank can be driven to move by the material moving component 42 driven by the driving component 41.
The driving part 41 comprises a bearing plate 411, a motor base 412, a second motor 413, a first belt pulley fixing rod 418, a second belt pulley fixing rod 419, a third belt pulley fixing rod 4110, a first belt pulley 414, a second belt pulley 415, a third belt pulley 416, a fourth belt pulley 417, a first connecting belt 4111, a second connecting belt 4112, a fixed rotating disk 4113 and a fixed rotating rod 4114, wherein the bearing plate 411 is provided with two, the fixed rotating disk 4113 and the fixed rotating rod 4114 are respectively provided with four, the two bearing plates 411 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the material moving part 42, each two fixed rotating disks 4113 are symmetrically arranged on the bearing plate 411, the four fixed rotating rods 4114 are respectively arranged on the fixed rotating disks 4113, the motor base 412 is arranged on one of the bearing plates, the second motor 413 is arranged on the motor base 412, an output end of the second motor 413 is connected with the first belt pulley fixing rod 418, the first pulley fixing lever 418, the second pulley fixing lever 419 and the third pulley fixing lever 4110 fixing lever 325 are all disposed on one of the carrier plates 411, the first pulley 414 is disposed on the first pulley fixing lever 418, the second pulley 415 is disposed outside the second pulley fixing lever 419, the third pulley 416 is disposed inside the second pulley fixing lever 419, the first connecting belt 4111 is disposed on the first pulley 414 and the second pulley 415, the fourth pulley 417 is provided on the third pulley fixing rod 4110, the second connecting belt 4112 is provided on the third pulley 416 and the fourth pulley 417, the second pulley fixing rod 419 and the third pulley fixing rod 4110 both penetrate through the bearing plate 411 and extend out, the extended parts of the second belt pulley fixing rod 419 and the third belt pulley 416 are respectively connected with a fixed rotating pulley 4113; when the operation is performed, the rotation of the second motor 413 drives the first belt pulley fixing rod 418 to rotate, the first belt pulley fixing rod 418 can rotate the first belt pulley 414, the first belt pulley 414 can rotate by driving the second belt pulley 415 through the first connecting belt 4111, the second belt pulley fixing rod 419 can rotate by driving the third belt pulley 416, the third belt pulley 416 can be driven by the second connecting belt 4112 through the third belt pulley 416, the third belt pulley 416 and the third belt pulley fixing rod 4110 can rotate, finally, the second belt pulley fixing rod 419 and the third belt pulley fixing rod 4110 respectively drive the fixed rotating disc 4113 to rotate, and the material moving component 42 is driven by the fixed rotating disc 4113 and the fixed rotating disc 4114 to rotate.
The material moving component 42 comprises a U-shaped frame 421, four rotating discs 422, two rotating plates 423, two connecting rods 424 and oil tank jigs 425, the U-shaped frame 421 is arranged between the two bearing plates 411, the four rotating discs 422 are arranged, the two rotating plates 423 are arranged on two sides of the U-shaped frame 421, the two rotating discs 422 are symmetrically arranged on the rotating plates 423, the four rotating discs 422 are respectively connected with the fixed rotating rods 4114, each fixed rotating rod 4114 is connected with one side of each rotating disc 422, the two connecting rods 424 are arranged, the two connecting rods 424 are symmetrically arranged on the inner sides of the two rotating plates, the two rotating plates 423 are respectively provided with a plurality of U-shaped grooves 4231, the oil tank jigs 425 are provided with a plurality of groups, the oil tank jigs 425 are sequentially arranged on the U-shaped frame 421 at intervals, each group of oil tank jigs 425 respectively comprises a circular frame 4251 and four supporting rods 4252, the four support rods 4252 are symmetrically arranged on the circular frame 4251 in pairs, and one ends of the four support rods 4252 are positioned in the U-shaped groove 4231 arranged on the rotating plate 423; during operation, the fixed rotating rod 4114 is driven to rotate by the fixed rotating disc 4113, the rotating disc 422 rotates along the fixed rotating rod 4114, the rotating disc 422 drives the rotating plates 423 to synchronously rotate, the two rotating plates 423 synchronously rotate through connection of the connecting rod 424, the connecting rod 424 is located below the U-shaped frame 421 and cannot collide with the U-shaped frame 421, the two rotating plates 423 can drive the supporting rod 4252 on the oil tank jig 425 to move through the U-shaped groove 4231 when rotating simultaneously, the oil tank jig 425 can move once through the rotating plates 423 when the rotating disc rotates once, and the moving intervals of the oil tank jig 425 are consistent; through the connection cooperation of each part, the oil tank can move orderly in the oil tank jig 425, and after the initial position is set, the subsequent oil tank can be ensured to be corresponding to the position of the oil nozzle 327 all the time, so that the problem that the position of the oil tank in the prior art is likely to deviate after transportation to cause waste in the process of transporting edible oil is solved.
The oil tank upper cover mechanism 5 comprises a feeding conveying table 51, a limiting frame 52, a manipulator 53, a second placing box 54, a second electric push rod 55, a motor box 56, a third motor 57, a rotating rod 58, a connecting bottom plate 59, a double-rod bidirectional cylinder 510 and a clamp 511, wherein the feeding conveying table 51 is arranged on the workbench 1, the limiting frame 52 is arranged on the feeding conveying table 51, the manipulator 53 is arranged on one side of the feeding conveying table 51, the second placing box 54 is arranged on one side of the first placing box 311, the second electric push rod 55, the motor box 56, the third motor 57 and the rotating rod 58 are all arranged in the second placing box 54, the output end of the second electric push rod 55 is connected with the motor box 56, the third motor 57 is arranged in the motor box 56, the output end of the third motor 57 penetrates through the motor box 56 to be connected with the top end of the rotating rod 58, the bottom end of the second placing box 54 extends out, the connecting bottom plate 59 is arranged below the rotating rod 58, the double-rod bidirectional cylinder 510 is arranged below the connecting bottom plate 59, and the output end of the double-rod bidirectional cylinder 510 is connected with the clamp 511; during operation, the oil tank cover is loaded through the loading and conveying table 51, the oil tank cover can be kept at the same horizontal position during loading through the limiting frame 52, then the manipulator 53 is used for grabbing the oil tank cover and moving the oil tank cover to the oil tank in the oil tank positioning jig 425, the clamp 511 is driven by the second electric push rod 55 to move vertically, the clamp 511 stops when moving to the same horizontal position as the oil tank cover, the clamp 511 clamps the oil tank cover through the double-rod bidirectional cylinder 510, the rotating rod 58 is driven by the third motor 57 to rotate, the rotating rod 58 drives the connecting bottom plate 59, the double-rod bidirectional cylinder 510 and the clamp 511 to rotate synchronously, the oil tank cover is screwed down through the clamp 511, and the oil tank cover is covered.

The working method of the edible oil filling system comprises the following steps
S1: when the edible oil is canned, the oil tanks are sequentially placed or transported to the oil tank jig 425, the finished edible oil in the edible oil tank 21 is transported through the pump 22, the pump 22 transports the edible oil through the oil outlet pipe 23 and the forked connecting pipe 24, the edible oil can be transported into the oil inlet pipe 328 through the forked connecting pipe 24, and the edible oil is finally moved into the oil nozzle 327 for discharging;
s2: the first electric push rod 312 can enable the placing frame 321 to drive the oil nozzle 327 to adjust the position, enable the position of the oil nozzle 327 to vertically move to a position close to the upper portion of the oil tank, and ensure that the edible oil is not sprayed outside the oil tank due to long distance when the oil nozzle 327 transports the edible oil, the first electric motor 322 can drive the rotary table 324 and the fixing rod 325 to rotate, the oil nozzle 327 can be adjusted in angle through the fixing rod 325, the oil nozzle 327 is obliquely aligned to the oil tank, and the situation that the oil nozzle 327 collides with the edible oil in the oil tank to generate sputtering when the edible oil is sprayed in a vertical state can be prevented;

s4, the oil tank cover can be fed by the feeding conveying table 51, the oil tank cover can be in the same horizontal position when being fed by the limiting frame 52, then the oil tank cover is moved to the oil tank below the jig by the manipulator 53, the jig is driven to vertically move downwards by the second electric push rod 55, the jig and the oil tank cover are in the same horizontal position, the clamp 511 is clamped by the double-rod bidirectional cylinder 510, and finally the clamp 511 is rotated by the third motor 57 to finish the screwing operation of the oil tank cover, so that the problem that all edible oil in the oil tank is splashed outside the oil tank due to shaking or falling of the oil tank in the feeding process can be prevented.
