2. preparing the cyclocarya paliurus flavone crude extract into a solution with the mass percentage concentration of 2%, filtering the solution by using a filter membrane with the pore diameter of 0.45 mu m, and then putting the filtered solution on a polyamide chromatographic column (30cm multiplied by 1.6 cm); firstly, washing off water-soluble impurities by using water, wherein the elution flow rate is 2.0mL/min, after eluting for 2BV (BV is the volume of a column bed), eluting by using 80% ethanol, collecting eluent (10 mL/tube) by using an automatic part collector, concentrating and freeze-drying to obtain a cyclocarya paliurus flavone sample;
3. sodium bicarbonate was added at room temperature in the following ratio (20-80) mg: dissolving 100g of the mixture in purified water, and uniformly mixing;
4. placing sodium bicarbonate water solution at 105 deg.C for sterilizing for 4min, and mixing with cyclocarya paliurus flavone sample (0.05-0.1 g): mixing 100g of the components in a mass ratio, and performing aseptic filling.
