Description

Refrigeration diapause method for armyworms
Technical Field
The invention relates to a refrigeration diapause method of armyworms, and belongs to the technical field of armyworms cultivation.
Background
The plant bug is a natural enemy insect with a wide predatory range, can predate forty common agricultural and forestry pests such as pine moth, inchworm, leaf beetle, spiny moth, scale insect, aphid, cabbage caterpillar and the like, and has remarkable effect in controlling the population quantity of the pests. The application of the orius sinensis in biological control can greatly reduce the use amount of pesticides in fields and greenhouses, protect ecological environment and ensure the safety of grains and foods.
The biological properties of the lygus lucorum are: adults are loved to crawl, are not good to fly, and can be used for predating various insects when moving in summer at the concentrated shade of the forest. At 25-30deg.C and relative humidity of about 70%, adults will meet 7-14 days after emergence. A lifetime is about 24 times, up to 31 times. Oviposition begins 3-8 days after mating. The average spawning amount is 300 grains, and the average spawning amount can reach 570 grains at most, wherein the average spawning amount is about 20 times per female life and 20-30 grains per female life. The spawning period and spawning amount are greatly affected by temperature, and spawning is not generated at the temperature lower than 18 ℃ and higher than 40 ℃. The spawning period can reach 100 days at 20-27 ℃, and the average spawning amount is 465 grains. The average life span of adults (from the time of overwintering) at 20-27 ℃ is 110 days; the service life is obviously shortened at high temperature, and the service life is only about 20 days at 35 ℃. Incubating eggs for 7 days at 25-30deg.C and relative humidity of 70%, with incubation rate of about 90%. Nymphs were 5 years old. Nymph period was around 30 days at 25 ℃, and only around 21 days at 30 ℃. The nymphs at age 1 are colonial and begin to disperse after age 2. Diffusion is not favored when food is sufficient, but can be furthest diffused by about 10m after 7 days when food is insufficient. The nymph prey is essentially identical to the adult.
The applicant is researching that armyworms are used for controlling tobacco leaf diseases and insect pests, but in the control, a large number of armyworms need to be cultivated. However, as the time from the incubation of armyworm eggs to the hatching of larvae is only 7 days, the propagation period is short, the armyworm eggs cannot be stored for a long time and cannot be timely applied, and the armyworm eggs become a technical bottleneck for restricting the large-scale production and application of armyworms.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the present invention provides a refrigeration diapause method for armyworms, which delays the development time of armyworms by refrigeration and increases the proliferation cycle of armyworms.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a method of arma cold storage diapause, wherein the method comprises:
(1) Selecting armyworm myxoworm eggs as cold storage diapause objects;
(2) Placing army bug eggs selected in the step (1) in a refrigeration diapause environment, wherein the temperature of the refrigeration diapause is 2-6 ℃, and the time of the refrigeration diapause is 8-12 days.
Alternatively, the temperature of the cold storage diapause is 4 ℃, and the time of the cold storage diapause is 10 days.
Optionally, armyworm eggs just produced by armyworms are selected as cold storage diapause objects in the step (1).
Optionally, the relative humidity of the refrigerated diapause is 60±10%.
Optionally, the method further comprises a refrigeration diapause pretreatment method, wherein the refrigeration diapause pretreatment method comprises the following steps: before entering the cold storage diapause, armyworm myxoworm eggs are placed in an environment of 10-15 ℃ for 1-2 days.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: aiming at the excellent predatory natural enemy insects such as armyworms, the invention develops a control study for regulating and controlling the incubation time of armyworm eggs by factors such as refrigeration temperature, time and the like, and the study shows that after the armyworm eggs stand for 6-14 days in a refrigeration diapause environment with the temperature of 0-8 ℃, the incubation rate of the armyworm eggs still reaches more than 50%, and the requirements of large-scale cultivation can be basically met.
Detailed Description
The invention relates to a refrigeration diapause method of armyworms, which comprises the following steps:
(1) The armyworm myxoworm eggs are selected as cold storage diapause objects.
(2) Placing army bug eggs selected in the step (1) in a refrigeration diapause environment, wherein the temperature of the refrigeration diapause is 2-6 ℃, and the time of the refrigeration diapause is 8-12 days.
Preferably, the temperature of the cold storage diapause is 4 ℃, and the time of the cold storage diapause is 10 days.
Preferably, armyworm eggs just laid by armyworms are selected as cold storage diapause objects, and compared with armyworm eggs which are laid for a certain time, the cold storage diapause effect of armyworm eggs just laid is better.
Preferably, the relative humidity of the refrigerated diapause is 60+/-10%, which is the proper preservation temperature of armyworm eggs, and higher or lower temperature is not beneficial to the refrigerated diapause of armyworm eggs.
Preferably, the method further comprises a refrigeration diapause pretreatment method, the refrigeration diapause pretreatment method is as follows: before entering the cold storage diapause, armyworm myxoworm eggs are placed in an environment of 10-15 ℃ for 1-2 days. The method can improve the hatching rate of the armyworm eggs.
Several experimental verifications were performed as described above:
1. test for temperature and time of diapause in refrigeration
1. Refrigerating diapause temperature
Armyworm eggs just produced by armyworm bugs are used as test materials, the armyworm eggs are divided into 9 groups, 100 grains are respectively divided into test groups 1 to 9, the 9 groups are placed in a refrigeration diapause environment (which can be an incubator) according to the temperature and time shown in table 1, and the relative humidity of refrigeration diapause is 66%.
After the test is finished, the armyworm eggs of each group are placed under the environmental condition of 26 ℃ and 66% of humidity, and the incubation time and the incubation amount of each group are counted.
TABLE 1
Experiment Temperature (temperature) Time Incubation time Hatching amount Hatchability rate
Experiment group 1 0℃ For 10 days For 10 days 35 35%
Experiment group 2 1℃ For 10 days For 10 days 43 43%
Experiment group 3 2℃ For 10 days 9 days 45 45%
