本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防护型链轮,包括轮体和轮齿,轮体上均匀分布有轮齿,所述轮体的正反两平面上均连接有防护机构,防护机构由防护壳,防护壳滑配连接在轮体的平面上,防护壳为环形壳体,防护壳内固定有防护层一、防护层二、伸缩杆,伸缩杆一端固定在防护壳上,伸缩杆另一端固定在轮体的平面上,防护层二与轮体的平面之间连接有弹性装置,伸缩杆穿过防护层一、防护层二、弹性装置。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述防护层一为石棉层。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括防护层二为橡胶层。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述轮体的平面上固定有滑槽,防护壳上固定有滑块,滑块与滑槽相配合。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括所述伸缩杆由活塞杆和筒体组成,活塞杆顶端穿入筒体内,活塞杆顶端固定有限位环,限位环无法穿过筒体的开口,筒体顶端焊接在防护壳内,活塞杆底端焊接在轮体的平面上。

结合附图1、附图2和附图3所示,当外部有物体冲击轮体1的两侧时,会首先碰触到防护壳3。防护壳3会往轮体1的方向滑动。在滑动的过程中,防护壳3上的滑块9沿着滑槽8进行直线滑动。而弹性装置7能够吸收部分冲力,起到缓冲支撑作用。而活塞杆61可以沿着筒体62滑动。防护层一4和防护层二5可以增加防护壳3的结构强度,并且通过橡胶制的防护层二5来提供缓冲防护。而石棉制的防护层一4可以隔热并增加缓冲隔离。为轮体1的两侧提供了很好的防护。

5.根据权利要求1所述的防护型链轮,其特征是,所述伸缩杆(6)由活塞杆(61)和筒体(62)组成,活塞杆(61)顶端穿入筒体(62)内,活塞杆(61)顶端固定有限位环,限位环无法穿过筒体(62)的开口,筒体(62)顶端焊接在防护壳(3)内,活塞杆(61)底端焊接在轮体(1)的平面上。
