The preparation method of the biological fertilizer is suitable for the biological fertilizer, and comprises the following steps:
s1, batching: mixing humus and microbial flora, controlling water content in the humus to be 40-60%, controlling pH of the humus to be in a weak acidic state of 6.2-6.8, adjusting the pH value of the acidic bentonite to be 4.5-5.8, and adjusting the humidity of the acidic bentonite to be more than 80%; the activity state of microbial flora is adjusted by controlling the water content, and the humidity of the acidic bentonite is convenient for the coating process in the subsequent filling process;
s2, blank making: placing the machine-made carbon material in a state of 2.2-2.8MPa to prepare green bodies of a carbon column cylinder 2 and a carbon cover cylinder 1, wherein an opening is reserved at the top of the carbon column cylinder 2, a bayonet is reserved in the circumferential direction of the carbon cover cylinder 1, and the green bodies are controlled to have the water content of 25-40% through atomization and wetting treatment; the water content of the carbon structure of the blank body is kept, so that the toughness of the structure is improved, and the aim of drying and folding the blank body in the filling process is fulfilled;
s3, filling: filling the prepared ingredients in the S1 into a blank of S2, firstly filling 80-90% of the space in the carbon column cylinder 2 with the biochar, then successively coating salicyl alcohol and acidic bentonite on the inner wall of the carbon cover cylinder 1, then filling microbial flora and humus into the carbon cover cylinder 1, and finally placing the carbon cover cylinder 1 and the carbon column cylinder 2 at 120 ℃ and 1.2-1.5MPa for drying for 15-25S to prepare the required bio-fertilizer; by controlling the space occupation ratio of the biological carbon filling, the expansion of the biological carbon is prevented from damaging the structure of the carbon column barrel 2 under the temperature change in the environment, and the inactivation of microbial flora in the biological carbon is prevented in the rapid drying and folding process.
When in use, biological fertilizer is added into the land where crops are planted to supplement nutrients needed in the growth process of the crops; biological fertilizers arranged in the carbon cover cylinder 1 and the carbon column cylinder 2 are inserted into a plot at the root position of a crop, carbon content in the plot is directly enhanced through a carbon ball 211 made of biological carbon arranged at the bottom end of the carbon column cylinder 2, nutrient substances generated by metabolism of microbial flora are reduced to a soil area of a crop root system through micropores of a carbon layer, the continuity of crop nutrient supply is controlled, and solid substances storing the nutrient substances are prevented from being dissipated out in a water flow state; the sharp edges 4 are arranged on the circumference of the carbon cover cylinder 1, in the process of placing the carbon cover cylinder 1 in soil at the root of crops, the soil below the carbon cover cylinder 1 is separated by the sharp edges 4, the inner side and the outer side of the sharp edges 4 are opened through the deep grooves 41 on the end surface of the sharp edges, the position of the carbon cover cylinder 1 in the soil is fixed, the flowing of water entering from the surface layer of the soil around the carbon cover cylinder 1 is limited, and the nutrients of the added biological fertilizer are prevented from being dispersed; the convex plates 22 which are spirally arranged on the carbon column barrel 2 are arranged, so that the carbon column barrel 2 extends into the convex plates 22 in the circumferential soil in the process of inserting the carbon column barrel 2 into the soil, the inclination of the carbon column barrel 2 in the feeding process is avoided, the inclined convex plates 22 drive the carbon column barrel 2 to be inserted into the soil in a rotating posture, and the wedge blocks 23 are interacted with the wedge pits 12 on the carbon cover barrel 1, so that the carbon column barrel 2 vibrates in the process of inserting the carbon column barrel into the soil, and the required acting force is reduced; the fin 24 which is arranged on the guide plate and plays a role of back-off prevents the carbon column barrel 2 from moving in the change of the soil structure and separating from the initial position of the biological fertilizer function inserted into the soil, and the guide plate is embedded on the carbon column barrel 2, so that the hardened soil blocks can separate from the carbon column barrel 2 under the action of the guide plate in the hardened deformation process of the soil, the biological fertilizer stored in the carbon column barrel 2 is released, and the nutrients in the soil can be supplemented in time; through the ring plate 5 that sets up in carbon cover section of thick bamboo 1, separate the space therein, reduced the effect that gathers of microbial community in the carbon cover section of thick bamboo 1, restricted the output rate that the bio-fertilizer in the carbon cover section of thick bamboo 1 turned into the nutrient, the netted arch 51 on ring plate 5 surface has increased the inside surface area of carbon cover section of thick bamboo 1 simultaneously, has strengthened the area of contact who fills the bio-fertilizer, and then has prolonged the effect time of bio-fertilizer.

0.5-0.8 part of salicyl alcohol;
wherein the machine-made carbon is prefabricated into an arc-shaped disc for bearing residual substances in the biological fertilizer;
the arc-shaped disc comprises a carbon cover cylinder (1), a carbon column cylinder (2) and an arc-shaped frame (3); the carbon cover cylinder (1) is arranged in the arc-shaped frame (3) to form the shape of an arc-shaped disc; a through hole (11) is formed in the center of the carbon cover cylinder (1) in a penetrating mode, and the carbon cover cylinder (1) is annular; the carbon column barrel (2) is arranged in the through hole (11), the bottom of the carbon column barrel (2) is conical, a spherical concave hole (21) is formed in the bottom end of the carbon column barrel (2), and a carbon ball (211) which is installed in a rolling mode is arranged in the concave hole (21); the components of the carbon cover cylinder (1) and the carbon column cylinder (2) are machine-made carbon; the carbon ball (211) is made of biochar; the inner wall of the carbon cover cylinder (1) is coated with acidic bentonite and salicyl alcohol, and microbial flora and humus are filled into the remaining space inside the carbon cover cylinder (1); granular biological carbon is filled in the carbon column cylinder (2).

A biological fertilizer as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that; the bottom of the carbon cover cylinder (1) is provided with an annular sharp edge (4), and the sharp edge (4) is fixed on the circumferential edge of the carbon cover cylinder (1); the end face of the sharp edge (4) is provided with a deep groove (41), and the sharp edge (4) is divided into an inner layer and an outer layer by the deep groove (41).

A biological fertilizer as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the conical surface of the carbon column tube (2) is provided with a convex plate (22), and the convex plate (22) is arranged on the conical surface of the carbon column tube (2) in a spiral gap manner; and surrounding wedge blocks (23) are arranged on the periphery of the top of the carbon column casing (2), and wedge pits (12) are formed in the inner walls of the through holes (11) of the wedge blocks (23) corresponding to the carbon column casing (2).

A biological fertilizer as claimed in claim 2 wherein: the circumference of the inner wall of the carbon cover cylinder (1) is provided with a laminated annular plate (5), and the annular plate (5) is positioned on the horizontal plane in the carbon cover cylinder (1); the ring plates (5) are distributed on two sides of the inner wall of the carbon cover cylinder (1) in a staggered mode, and the upper surface of the ring plates (5) is provided with reticular bulges (51).

s3, filling: filling the prepared ingredients in the S1 into a blank of S2, firstly filling 80-90% of space in the carbon column tube (2) with biochar, then successively coating salicyl alcohol and acid bentonite onto the inner wall of the carbon cover tube (1), then filling microbial flora and humus into the carbon cover tube (1), and finally placing the carbon cover tube (1) and the carbon column tube (2) at 120 ℃ and 1.2-1.5MPa for drying for 15-25S and folding to prepare the required bio-fertilizer.
