本发明公开了一种柴油发电机组,包括柴油机,所述柴油机一侧开设有排放口,所述排放口远离柴油机的一端固定连接有输送机构,所述输送机构包括废气管和输气管,所述废气管一端与排放口连接,所述废气管上固定安装有除颗粒装置,所述除颗粒装置包括电机、转动过滤机构、清洁块、处理口和储灰盒,所述电机固定连接在废气管侧壁,且输出端与转动过滤机构固定连接,所述清洁块固定安装在废气管,所述处理口开设在废气管下壁,所述储灰盒通过滑动机构滑动连接在处理口外壁,所述输气管一端固定连接有吸收仓,所述吸收仓上端开设有出气口。本发明排出的气体不会对空气进行污染,保证了空气质量,符合了当下绿色环保的主题。

一种柴油发电机组
技术领域
本发明属于能源发电装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种柴油发电机组。
背景技术
柴油发电机组的工作原理是柴油机驱动发电机运转,将柴油的能量转化为电能。在柴油机汽缸内,经过空气滤清器过滤后的洁净空气与喷油嘴喷射出的高压雾化柴油充分混合,在活塞上行的挤压下体积縮小,温度迅速升高达到柴油的燃点,柴油被点燃,混合气体剧烈燃烧,体积迅速膨胀,推动活塞下行,称为"做功"。各汽缸按一定顺序依次做功,作用在活塞上的推力经过连杆变成了推动曲轴转动的力量,从而带动曲轴旋转。将无刷同步交流发电机与柴油机曲轴同轴安装,就可以利用柴油机的旋转带动发电机的转子,利用"电磁感应"原理,发电机就会输出感应电动势,经闭合的负载回路就能产生电流。但是无论是什么样的柴油机在进行工作时,都无法做到对柴油的完全燃烧,所述在用才有发电机进行工作时,会产生不少废气,这些废气中包括水蒸气、一氧化碳、颗粒物和一些其他气体,废气中的一氧化碳和颗粒物直接排放到空气中,会污染空气,降低空气质量,不符合如今绿色环保的理念。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决废气没有得到有效处理的缺点,而提出的一种柴油发电机组。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种柴油发电机组,包括柴油机,所述柴油机一侧开设有排放口,所述排放口远离柴油机的一端固定连接有输送机构,所述输送机构包括废气管和输气管,所述废气管一端与排放口连接,且另一端与输气管垂直连接,所述废气管上固定安装有除颗粒装置,所述除颗粒装置包括电机、转动过滤机构、清洁块、处理口和储灰盒,所述电机固定连接在废气管侧壁上,且输出端与转动过滤机构固定连接,所述清洁块对称固定安装在废气管的上下壁,且与转动过滤机构接触,所述处理口开设在废气管下壁,且远离柴油机的一端在转动滤网的切向上,所述储灰盒通过滑动机构滑动连接在处理口外壁,所述输气管远离废气管的一端固定连接有吸收仓,所述吸收仓上端开设有出气口,所述转动过滤机构包括转轴、连接杆和管状滤网,所述转轴固定连接在电机输出端,且通过连接杆与管状滤网固定连接,所述滑动机构包括滑槽和滑条,所述滑槽开设在处理口的两侧外壁,所述滑条固定连接在储灰盒上端两侧,且滑动安装在滑槽内部。
优选的,所述吸收仓内部放置了大量的处理液,处理液可以为甲苯溶液。
优选的,所述清洁块截面为三角形,且三角形最长边设置为贴合转动过滤机构的弧形。
本发明的有益效果是:当柴油发电机开始工作时,柴油燃烧产生的废气进入排气口,混杂着颗粒物和一氧化碳的废气通过废气管被转动过滤机构处理,除颗粒装置中的电机开始运作,带动管状滤网转动,管状滤网对通过的废气进行过滤,将颗粒物过滤处理,颗粒物由于清洁块的阻挡,掉落到处理口内,被储灰盒收集,处理完颗粒物的气体通过输送管进入吸收仓,气体中的一氧化碳被吸收处理,剩下的对空气没有污染的气体通过出气口排出吸收仓。本发明将柴油燃烧所产生的废气进行了处理,对其中的颗粒物和一氧化碳进行了清理吸收,排出的气体不会对空气进行污染,保证了空气质量,符合了当下绿色环保的主题。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参照图1-3,一种柴油发电机组,包括柴油机1,柴油机1一侧开设有排放口2,排放口2远离柴油机1的一端固定连接有输送机构3,输送机构3包括废气管31和输气管32,废气管31一端与排放口2连接,且另一端与输气管32垂直连接,废气管31上固定安装有除颗粒装置4,除颗粒装置4包括电机41、转动过滤机构42、清洁块43、处理口44和储灰盒45,电机41固定连接在废气管31侧壁上,且输出端与转动过滤机构42固定连接,清洁块43对称固定安装在废气管31的上下壁,且与转动过滤机构42接触,处理口44开设在废气管31下壁,且远离柴油机1的一端在转动滤网的切向上,处理口44底壁为倾斜,储灰盒45通过滑动机构滑动连接在处理口44外壁,输气管32远离废气管31的一端固定连接有吸收仓5,吸收仓5上端开设有出气口6。
应用上述技术方案的实施例中,在使用柴油机1进行发电时,柴油燃烧产生的废气进入排放口2,混杂着颗粒物和一氧化碳的废气通过废气管31被除颗粒装置4处理,转动过滤机构42连接的电机41开始运作,带动管状滤网423转动,管状滤网423对通过的废气进行过滤,将颗粒物过滤处理,颗粒物由于清洁块43的阻挡,掉落到处理口44内,顺着处理口44的斜坡进入储灰盒45,被储灰盒45收集,处理完颗粒物的气体通过输气管32进入吸收仓5,气体中的一氧化碳被吸收处理,剩下对空气没有污染的气体通过出气口6排出吸收仓5。本发明排出的气体不会对空气进行污染,保证了空气质量,符合了当下绿色环保的主题。
转动过滤机构42包括转轴421、连接杆422和管状滤网423,转轴421固定连接在电机41输出端,且通过连接杆422与管状滤网423固定连接,转动的管状滤网423加强了过滤颗粒物的效果,也不影响气体的通过;滑动机构包括滑槽8和滑条7,滑槽8开设在处理口44的两侧外壁,滑条7固定连接在储灰盒45上端两侧,且滑动安装在滑槽8内部,减少了在抽取储灰盒45时产生的摩擦力。
吸收仓5内部放置了大量的处理液,处理液可以为甲苯溶液,处理废气中的一氧化碳,给一氧化碳实现再次利用的价值。
清洁块43截面为三角形,且三角形最长边设置为贴合转动过滤机构42的弧形,设置为弧形是为了更好的清理粘附在转动过滤机构42上的颗粒物。
电机41固定连接在废气管31的外壁上,且电力来源为柴油发电机41组的发电机41,用自身的发电机给电机41输送电力,避免增加生产成本和占用装置的体积。

1.一种柴油发电机组,包括柴油机(1),其特征在于,所述柴油机(1)一侧开设有排放口(2),所述排放口(2)远离柴油机(1)的一端固定连接有输送机构(3),所述输送机构(3)包括废气管(31)和输气管(32),所述废气管(31)一端与排放口(2)连接,且另一端与输气管(32)垂直连接,所述废气管(31)上固定安装有除颗粒装置(4),所述除颗粒装置(4)包括电机(41)、转动过滤机构(42)、清洁块(43)、处理口(44)和储灰盒(45),所述电机(41)固定连接在废气管(31)侧壁上,且输出端与转动过滤机构(42)固定连接,所述清洁块(43)对称固定安装在废气管(31)的上下壁,且与转动过滤机构(42)接触,所述处理口(44)开设在废气管(31)下壁,且远离柴油机(1)的一端在转动滤网的切向上,所述储灰盒(45)通过滑动机构滑动连接在处理口(44)外壁,所述输气管(32)远离废气管(31)的一端固定连接有吸收仓(5),所述吸收仓(5)上端开设有出气口(6),所述转动过滤机构(42)包括转轴(421)、连接杆(422)和管状滤网(423),所述转轴(421)固定连接在电机(41)输出端,且通过连接杆(422)与管状滤网(423)固定连接,所述滑动机构包括滑槽(8)和滑条(7),所述滑槽(8)开设在处理口(44)的两侧外壁,所述滑条(7)固定连接在储灰盒(45)上端两侧,且滑动安装在滑槽(8)内部。
