本发明提供了一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料,其中,层状材料包括基材层、反光材料层和硅胶颗粒层;基材层和硅胶颗粒层分别邻接于反光材料层的两侧,且硅胶颗粒层不完全覆盖反光材料层。本发明还提供了层状材料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:1)将基材层与反光材料层接合;2)将硅胶颗粒层施加到反光材料层;3)在60‑100摄氏度下烘烤5‑15分钟;4)重复步骤2)和3)2‑12次。本发明还提供了层状材料在反光运动用球中的应用以及一种反光运动用球。由本发明提供的层状材料制成的运动用球,能够很轻松地被抓稳,不易滑落,这使得反光运动用球才能够正真地被使用。由本发明提供的反光运动用球弹性好、反光材料层也不容易被磨耗掉。

Description

用于反光运动用球的层状材料及其制备方法和反光运动用球
技术领域
本发明涉及一种反光运动用球的层状材料,该层状材料的制备方法,以及一种反光运动用球。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的提高,锻炼身体也越来越受到重视。然而,当今的生活节奏越来越快,越来越多的人选择在晚上锻炼身体。
球类运动一直是人们最喜爱的运动项目之一。进行球类运动时,良好的照明是必备条件之一。然而,在室外的运动场地,许多地方照明明显不足,导致不能够容易看清运动的球,因此这大大限制了在晚上的打球活动。
发明内容
为此,本发明为了解决现有技术的缺陷,一方面提供了一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料,其特征在于,该层状材料包括基材层、反光材料层和硅胶颗粒层;其中所述基材层和所述硅胶颗粒层分别邻接于所述反光材料层的两侧,且所述硅胶颗粒层不完全覆盖所述反光材料层。
另一方面,本发明提供了一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将基材层与反光材料层接合;
2)将硅胶颗粒层施加到反光材料层;
3)在60-100摄氏度下烘烤5-15分钟;
4)重复步骤2)和3)2-12次,优选为4-10次。
本发明还提供了所述用于反光运动用球的层状材料在反光运动用球中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种反光运动用球,其特征在于,该反光运动用球包括球体的表层,该表层由本发明提供的用于反光运动用球的层状材料制成。
由本发明提供的用于反光运动用球的层状材料制成的运动用球,手感非常好,能够很轻松地被抓稳,不容易滑落,这使得反光运动用球才能够正真地被使用;否则,反光运动用球由于过于光滑,难以被抓稳,不便于被使用。此外,由本发明提供的反光运动用球的反光效果好,完全能够满足光照不足情况下进行球类运动;而且弹性好,其反弹高度完全符合国标要求;并且反光材料层也不容易被磨耗掉,从而防止因为反光材料层被磨耗而失去反光的效果,因此大大增加了反光运动用球的使用便利性以及使用寿命。另外,还可以通过在硅胶中添加不同的颜料,更容易地改变球的外观,从而能够以更低成本获得色彩丰富,图案多样的运动用球。本发明提供的反光篮球的各项性能均能满足比赛要求,因此,可以用作比赛用球。
采用本发明的方法制备的反光运动用球的层状材料,硅胶层与反光材料层结合紧密,不易脱落,而且能够很好控制硅胶所占所述层状材料的重量,从而控制球的弹性。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料,其特征在于,该层状材料包括基材层、反光材料层和硅胶颗粒层;其中所述基材层和所述硅胶颗粒层分别邻接于所述反光材料层的两侧,且所述硅胶颗粒层不完全覆盖所述反光材料层。
所述基材层可以根据不同的运动用球不同而不同,具体地,所述基材层由形成所涉及种类的运动用球的表层材料制成。例如,如果运动用球为篮球、排球、足球、橄榄球或棒球,则基材层由形成这些类的球的表层的材料制成。以篮球为例,所述基材层可以由形成篮球的表层材料制成,优选为由橡胶、超细纤维、PU、PVC、复合皮或真皮制成;更优选为由复合皮,超细纤维或PU制成。
为了获得更好的反光效果、更好的手感以及制成的运动用球更好的弹性,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒是均匀分布的。为了进一步获得更好的反光效果、更好的手感以及制成的运动用球更好的弹性,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒分布的表面颗粒密度为每平方厘米的反光材料层20-50个硅胶颗粒,优选为每平方厘米的反光材料层30-40个硅胶颗粒。
所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒的形状没有特别的限制,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒的形状为圆柱体、环柱体、三棱柱、截头锥体、四面体、五面体或六面体;为了制备方便,优选为圆柱体、环柱体、三棱柱、截头锥体、正四面体、正五面体或正六面体;为了便于制备和增强所述硅胶颗粒层与反光材料之间的结合力,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒优选为圆柱体、环柱体、截头锥体。
为了进一步获得更好的反光效果、更好的手感以及制成的运动用球更好的弹性,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒与所述反光材料层接触的表面的直径或者当量直径为0.6-1.4mm,优选为0.8-1.2mm,更优选为0.9-1.1mm。
为了进一步使制成的运动用球具有更好的弹性,以及增加耐磨性,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒的高度为0.6-1.4mm,优选为0.8-1.2mm,更优选为0.9-1.1mm。
所述反光材料层由可以用可以用于球类并且能反光的任何材料制成。在一种优选的实施方式中,所述反光材料层由反光玻璃微珠、反光玻璃微珠和金属薄膜、或者反光玻璃微珠、金属粉和金属薄膜制成。
所述金属薄膜可以是透明金属薄膜,或者为七彩金属薄膜以使反光运动用球在不反光的情况下呈现不同的外观效果;此外,金属膜还具有保护反光玻璃微珠不易磨损的作用。因此,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述反光材料层由反光玻璃微珠和金属膜形成。
所述金属粉可以是多种颜色,例如红、橙、黄、绿、青、蓝、紫。在一种优选的实施方式中,所述反光材料层由反光玻璃微珠、多种不同颜色金属粉和金属膜形成。
为了增加耐磨性,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述硅胶为耐磨硅胶,其损耗比比较低。
为了获得更多彩或更多图案的外观,所述硅胶的颜色除了为透明的外,还可以为不同颜色。
用于反光运动用球的层状材料可以采用多种方法制备,例如浸渍方法,例如将将基材层与反光材料层通过例如压合,或者用粘合剂粘合后,再铺设掩模使基材层完全不能接触硅胶并使反光材料层的一部分表面能够接触硅胶,然后浸渍于硅胶溶液中,之后进行烘烤;然后重复浸渍和烘烤的步骤,直到获得所需的硅胶颗粒
优选地,本发明还提供了一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将基材层与反光材料层接合;
2)将硅胶颗粒层施加到反光材料层;
3)在60-100摄氏度下烘烤5-15分钟;优选在70-90摄氏度下烘烤8-12分钟;
4)重复步骤2)和3)2-12次,优选为4-10次。
在一种优选的实施方式中,在步骤2)中,采用丝网印刷的方法将硅胶颗粒层施加到反光材料层。
为了进一步增强硅胶颗粒与所述反光材料层的结合强度,优选地,该制备方法还包括在步骤2)和步骤3)之间采用粘合剂处理反光材料层的步骤。采用粘合剂处理反光材料层的步骤可以进行一次或多次,优选进行多次,例如2-5次,优选3-4次。
为了进一步增强硅胶颗粒与所述反光材料层的结合强度,在一种优选的实施方式中,所述粘合剂为乙酸乙酯、橡胶、无机粘合剂、合成树脂中的一种或几种。所述无机粘合剂可以为硅酸盐粘胶剂、磷酸盐粘胶剂;所述合成树脂可以为聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚丙烯和ABS树脂;优选地,所述粘合剂为乙酸乙酯。
为了更容易地改变球的外观,优选地,在所述硅胶中添加颜料。
基材层与反光材料层可以预先形成复合的材料层,这种复合的材料层可以通过商购获得。
本发明还提供用于反光运动用球的层状材料在反光运动用球中的应用。
本发明还提供了一种反光运动用球,其特征在于,该反光运动用球包括球体的表层,该表层由本发明提供的用于反光运动用球的层状材料制成。
所述反光运动用球的内部结构均可以采用现有技术获得,在获得球体的中胎后,将裁好的用于反光运动用球的层状材料用粘合剂粘接到球体的中胎上,以形成球体的表层。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述反光运动用球为篮球、排球、足球、橄榄球或棒球。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述反光运动用球为篮球,为了获得所需的弹性,所述硅胶颗粒的重量为所述篮球总重量的0.8-1.5%,优选为0.9-1.4%,更优选为1-1.3%。
下面以具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的用于反光运动用球的层状材料及其制备方法,和用该反光运动用球的层状材料制备的篮球。
实施例1用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备
1)将具有圆孔直径为1.2mm的丝网板(目数为120)置于复合有复合皮和反光玻璃微珠和透明金属薄膜的层状材料(购自晋江月色科技有限公司)的金属薄膜上,将硅橡胶(购自东莞市恒一有机硅材料有限公司)倒入丝网板,进行丝网印刷;
2)在60摄氏度下烘烤15分钟;
3)重复步骤1)-2)5次,形成的硅胶颗粒高度为0.6mm。
实施例2用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备
1)采用乙酸乙酯处理步骤1)已复合有复合皮、反光玻璃微珠和多种金属粉以及金属七彩膜的层状材料(购自晋江月色科技有限公司)的金属七彩膜层3次;
2)将具有圆孔直径为1mm的丝网板(目数为120)置于步骤1)处理的金属七彩膜层上,将硅橡胶(购自东莞市恒一有机硅材料有限公司)倒入丝网板,进行丝网印刷;
3)在100摄氏度下烘烤5分钟;
4)重复步骤3)-4)7次,形成的硅胶颗粒高度为0.9mm。
实施例3用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备
1)将具有圆孔直径为0.6mm的丝网板(目数为120)置于已复合有复合皮、反光玻璃微珠和多种金属粉以及金属七彩膜的层状材料(购自晋江月色科技有限公司)的金属七彩膜层上,将硅橡胶(购自东莞市恒一有机硅材料有限公司)倒入丝网板,进行丝网印刷;
2)在90摄氏度下烘烤8分钟;
3)重复步骤2)-3)12次,形成的硅胶颗粒高度为1.1mm。
实施例4用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备
1)采用乙酸乙酯处理复合有复合皮和反光玻璃微珠和透明金属薄膜的层状材料(购自晋江月色科技有限公司)的金属薄膜2次;
2)将具有圆孔直径为0.9mm的丝网板(目数为120)置于步骤1)处理的反光玻璃微珠材料层上,将硅橡胶(购自东莞市恒一有机硅材料有限公司)倒入丝网板,进行丝网印刷;
3)在80摄氏度下烘烤8分钟;
4)重复步骤3)-4)6次,形成的硅胶颗粒高度为0.8mm。
采用反光运动用球的层状材料制备的篮球
将实施例1-4制备的用于反光运动用球的层状材料裁成与购买的篮球中胎(购自南通凯润体育用品有限公司)相对应的八块,采用氯丁万能胶(购自常州市双达化工有限责任公司有限责任公司)将剪裁好的采用反光运动用球的层状材料粘合到篮球中胎上,制成反光篮球1#、2#、3#、4#,其中,硅胶分别占篮球总重量的0.8%、1%、1.1%、1.3%。

采用GB/T 22868-2008(篮球)检测制备的1#、2#、3#、4#篮球的质量

从上面的结果可以看出:本发明提供的反光篮球质量完全符合国家标准,而且硅胶颗粒与反光材料之间的粘合力比较高,硅胶颗粒不容易脱落,因此大大增加了反光篮球的使用便利性以及使用寿命。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料,其特征在于,该层状材料包括基材层、反光材料层和硅胶颗粒层;其中所述基材层和所述硅胶颗粒层分别邻接于所述反光材料层的两侧,且所述硅胶颗粒层不完全覆盖所述反光材料层;优选地所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒是均匀分布的;优选地,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒分布的表面颗粒密度为每平方厘米的反光材料层20-50个硅胶颗粒,优选为每平方厘米的反光材料层30-40个硅胶颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于反光运动用球的材料,其特征在于,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒的形状为圆柱体、环柱体、三棱柱、截头锥体、四面体、五面体或六面体;优选为圆柱体、环柱体、截头锥体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于反光运动用球的材料,其特征在于,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒与所述反光材料层接触的表面的直径或者当量直径为0.6-1.4mm,优选为0.8-1.2mm,更优选为0.9-1.1mm;优选地,所述硅胶颗粒层的硅胶颗粒的高度为0.6-1.4mm,优选为0.8-1.2mm,更优选为0.9-1.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的用于反光运动用球的材料,其特征在于,所述反光材料层由反光玻璃微珠、反光玻璃微珠和金属薄膜、或者反光玻璃微珠、金属粉和金属薄膜制成;优选地,所述基材层由橡胶、超细纤维、PU、PVC、真皮或复合皮制成;优选由复合皮,超细纤维或PU制成。
5.一种用于反光运动用球的层状材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将基材层与反光材料层接合;
2)将硅胶颗粒层施加到反光材料层;
3)在60-100摄氏度下烘烤5-15分钟;优选在70-90摄氏度下烘烤8-12分钟;
4)重复步骤2)和3)2-12次,优选为4-10次。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在步骤2)和步骤3)之间采用粘合剂处理反光材料层的步骤;优选地,所述粘合剂为乙酸乙酯、橡胶、无机粘合剂、合成树脂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于反光运动用球的层状材料在反光运动用球中的应用。
8.一种反光运动用球,其特征在于,该反光运动用球包括球体的表层,该表层由权利要求1-10中任一项所述的用于反光运动用球的层状材料制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的反光运动用球,其特征在于,所述反光运动用球为篮球、排球、足球、橄榄球或棒球。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的反光运动用球,其特征在于,所述反光运动用球为篮球,所述硅胶颗粒的重量为所述篮球总重量的0.8-1.5%,优选为0.9-1.4%,更优选为1-1.3%。
