本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种玫瑰原液精华液及其制备方法;通过对玫瑰花瓣和玫瑰枝叶分别进行提取,作为主要原料进行精华液的制备,并且精华液中防腐剂、乳化剂等含量少,对皮肤刺激小,有镇静、舒缓、柔肤、美白的作用。

本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种玫瑰原液精华液及其制备方法。
背景技术
玫瑰是蔷薇科蔷薇属的多年生常绿或落叶性灌木,玫瑰花蕾香嫩、润泽、性温、味甘微苦。玫瑰作为经济作物时,其花朵主要用于食品及提炼香精玫瑰油,玫瑰油应用于化妆品、食品、精细化工等工业。作为药用时,《本草正文》中道:“玫瑰花,清而不浊,和而不猛,柔肝醒胃,疏气活血,宣通窒滞而绝无辛温刚燥之弊,断推气分药之中,最有捷效而最驯良,芳香诸品,殆无其匹”。玫瑰初开的花朵及根可入药,有理气、活血、收敛等作用、主治月经不调,跌打损伤、肝气胃痛,乳臃肿痛等症。玫瑰为香料植物,从玫瑰花中提取的香料——玫瑰油,在国际市场上价格昂贵,玫瑰油成份纯净,气味芳香一直是世界香料工业不可取代的原料,在欧洲多用于制造高级香水等化妆品。从玫瑰油废料中开发抽取的玫瑰水,因其不加任何添加剂和化学原料,是纯天然护肤品,具有极好的抗衰老和止痒作用,但多采用玫瑰花瓣进行提取,针对于玫瑰枝叶的利用则较少。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种草绿盐角草的提取方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种玫瑰原液精华液,其组成包括以下重量份原料:玫瑰原液提取液35-45份、水20-30份、甘油18-25份、戊二醇5-8份、角鲨烷10-15份、苯甲酸钠2-5份、烟酰胺1-2份、PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚7-12份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、维生素C2-9份。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的制备方法为:
1、提取:将新鲜玫瑰花瓣清洗干燥后采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行蒸馏1-1.5h,取馏出液进行重蒸馏,过滤取滤液,得到玫瑰初油;将玫瑰花枝干去除刺后,与叶片混合,加水搅碎,采用纤维素酶进行酶解1-2h,再用超声波进行处理,离心后取上清液。
2、纯化:将玫瑰初油采用大孔树脂柱进行洗脱得到玫瑰精油;在上清液中加入絮凝剂,静置后过滤取滤液,得到玫瑰叶水。
3、制备玫瑰原液提取液:在玫瑰叶水中加入其重量2-4%的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,加热至40-50℃后,边搅拌边滴入玫瑰精油得到。
进一步,所述的玫瑰原液提取液,玫瑰精油和玫瑰叶水的质量比为5-7:2-4。
5、制备玫瑰原液精华液:
a.将玫瑰原液提取液冷冻干燥后粉碎,与PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚、角鲨烷和维生素C混合均匀;
b.将甘油、烟酰胺和戊二醇混合后与步骤a混合;
c.将卡波姆溶于水中,加热至35-40℃,边搅拌边加入步骤b的混合物,搅拌至粘稠,加入苯甲酸钠即可。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的应用,可直接在护肤时用于爽肤水之后,也可以添加至面霜或粉底中进行应用。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过对玫瑰花瓣和玫瑰枝叶分别进行提取,作为主要原料进行精华液的制备,并且精华液中防腐剂、乳化剂等含量少,对皮肤刺激小,有镇静、舒缓、柔肤、美白的作用。
其中,对花瓣采用水蒸汽蒸馏再重蒸馏的方式提取,可充分将玫瑰花瓣中的挥发油提取出来,对玫瑰枝叶采用复合酶进行酶解,纤维素酶可有效对盐角草的纤维质进行酶解,果胶酶分解盐角草细胞中的果胶,使得酶解效率更高,提高提取率。在精华液中所加入的有机溶剂较少,对皮肤的刺激小,安全度高。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施方式,任何在本实施例基本精神上的改进或代替,仍属于本发明权利要求所要求保护的范围。
实施例1
一种玫瑰原液精华液,其组成包括以下重量份原料:玫瑰原液提取液40份、水25份、甘油21份、戊二醇7份、角鲨烷12份、苯甲酸钠3份、烟酰胺2份、PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚10份、卡波姆0.2份、维生素C5份。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的制备方法为:
1、提取:将新鲜玫瑰花瓣清洗干燥后采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行蒸馏1.5h,取馏出液进行重蒸馏,过滤取滤液,得到玫瑰初油;将玫瑰花枝干去除刺后,与叶片混合,加水搅碎,采用纤维素酶进行酶解2h,再用超声波进行处理,离心后取上清液。
2、纯化:将玫瑰初油采用大孔树脂柱进行洗脱得到玫瑰精油;在上清液中加入絮凝剂,静置后过滤取滤液,得到玫瑰叶水。
3、制备玫瑰原液提取液:在玫瑰叶水中加入其重量4%的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,加热至45℃后,边搅拌边滴入玫瑰精油得到。
进一步,所述的玫瑰原液提取液,玫瑰精油和玫瑰叶水的质量比为6:3。
5、制备玫瑰原液精华液:
a.将玫瑰原液提取液冷冻干燥后粉碎,与PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚、角鲨烷和维生素C混合均匀;
b.将甘油、烟酰胺和戊二醇混合后与步骤a混合;
c.将卡波姆溶于水中,加热至37℃,边搅拌边加入步骤b的混合物,搅拌至粘稠,加入苯甲酸钠即可。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的应用,可在护肤时用于爽肤水之后直接使用。
实施例2
一种玫瑰原液精华液,其组成包括以下重量份原料:玫瑰原液提取液35份、水20份、甘油18份、戊二醇5份、角鲨烷10份、苯甲酸钠2份、烟酰胺1份、PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚7份、卡波姆0.1份、维生素C2份。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的制备方法为:

一种玫瑰原液精华液,其组成包括以下重量份原料:玫瑰原液提取液45份、水30份、甘油25份、戊二醇8份、角鲨烷15份、苯甲酸钠5份、烟酰胺2份、PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚12份、卡波姆0.3份、维生素C9份。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的制备方法为:
1、提取:将新鲜玫瑰花瓣清洗干燥后采用水蒸气蒸馏法进行蒸馏1.5h,取馏出液进行重蒸馏,过滤取滤液,得到玫瑰初油;将玫瑰花枝干去除刺后,与叶片混合,加水搅碎,采用纤维素酶进行酶解2h,再用超声波进行处理,离心后取上清液。
2、纯化:将玫瑰初油采用大孔树脂柱进行洗脱得到玫瑰精油;在上清液中加入絮凝剂,静置后过滤取滤液,得到玫瑰叶水。
3、制备玫瑰原液提取液:在玫瑰叶水中加入其重量4%的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,加热至50℃后,边搅拌边滴入玫瑰精油得到。
进一步,所述的玫瑰原液提取液,玫瑰精油和玫瑰叶水的质量比为7:4。
5、制备玫瑰原液精华液:
a.将玫瑰原液提取液冷冻干燥后粉碎,与PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚、角鲨烷和维生素C混合均匀;
b.将甘油、烟酰胺和戊二醇混合后与步骤a混合;
c.将卡波姆溶于水中,加热至40℃,边搅拌边加入步骤b的混合物,搅拌至粘稠,加入苯甲酸钠即可。
所述玫瑰原液精华液的应用,可以添加至粉底中进行使用。
对比例1
本实验在与实施例1的同等条件下,仅使用玫瑰花瓣提取进行玫瑰原液精华液的制备;
对比例2
本实验在于实施例1的同等条件下,将大孔树脂柱洗脱更换为加活性炭吸附过滤;
对比例3
本实验在于实施例1的同等条件下,采用玫瑰原液提取液直接在护肤时进行使用;
选择40位面部皮肤偶尔瘙痒、有痘的志愿者,随机分为4组,分别在每日早晚洗脸后在爽肤水后使用实施例1、对比例1-3所制备的精华液,进行观察,结果如表1所示。

1.一种玫瑰原液精华液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:玫瑰原液提取液35-45份、水20-30份、甘油18-25份、戊二醇5-8份、角鲨烷10-15份、苯甲酸钠2-5份、烟酰胺1-2份、PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚7-12份、卡波姆0.1-0.3份、维生素C2-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰原液精华液,其特征在于,所述的玫瑰原液提取液,由玫瑰精油、玫瑰叶水组成;具体是采用玫瑰花瓣、玫瑰枝叶为原料经过提取、纯化得到的。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种玫瑰原液精华液,其特征在于,所述的玫瑰原液提取液,玫瑰精油和玫瑰叶水的质量比为5-7:2-4。

6.如权利要求2所述的玫瑰原液精华液,其特征在于,所述的玫瑰原液提取液,是在玫瑰叶水中加入其重量2-4%的失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯,加热至40-50℃后,边搅拌边滴入玫瑰精油得到。
7.一种玫瑰原液精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a.将玫瑰原液提取液冷冻干燥后粉碎,与PPG-3肉豆蔻醇醚、角鲨烷和维生素C混合均匀;
b.将甘油、烟酰胺和戊二醇混合后与步骤a混合;
c.将卡波姆溶于水中,加热,边搅拌边加入步骤b的混合物,搅拌至粘稠,加入苯甲酸钠即可。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种玫瑰原液精华液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的加热,是指加热至35-40℃。
