Abstract
本发明公开了一种含天然龙血竭提取物的润唇膏的制作方法,及龙血竭提取物的提取方法,将传统唇膏赋予民族文化的内涵,与中医医学相结合,顺应弘扬中华文化的浪潮。所述龙血竭提取物为龙血竭总酚、龙血竭总黄酮及龙血竭色素提取物。该方法中均使用天然的蜡质和油脂,避免有害色素和防腐剂的添加。该方法可根据润唇膏的使用效果添加不同量的龙血竭提取物,平行得到不同功效及不同颜色的润唇膏,同时可以在同一个系统中连续完成,提升效率、减少环境压力。本发明所述润唇膏具有抗病毒、抑菌、消炎、抗氧化、淡唇纹等功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含天然龙血竭提取物的润唇膏制作方法。
背景技术
润唇膏,是一种涂抹于嘴唇,防止嘴唇干裂,同时能增强魅力的美容化妆品。如果能让传统润唇膏赋予民族文化的内涵,则更会顺应弘扬中华文化的浪潮,因而有特色的润唇膏,应当是能够与中医医学相结合。近年来,随着人们生活的水平的提高,消费者对健康越来越关注,天然药用润唇膏具有较快的增长趋势及较好的市场前景,面对竞争激烈的美妆市场,药用润唇膏市场潜力巨大。
龙血竭是自然界中“会流血”的植物百合科剑叶龙血树产生的红色树脂,是被人类较早利用的天然产物,主要分布在我国云南及东南亚国家。树皮被割破,便会流出殷红的汁液,像人体的鲜血,主要成份为黄酮、酚类、挥发油、强心苷、多糖,具有活血散瘀,定痛止血,敛疮生肌的功效。
传统润唇膏的原料多为化学合成成分,容易造成过敏,且误食后对身体危害较大,同时易形成唇炎。传统润唇膏多使用矿物油为油脂,而矿物油是一类经石油原油精馏纯化后产生的烃类混合物,成分主要包括饱和烃类矿物油(MOSH)和芳香烃类矿物油(MOAH),如果长期摄入受到烃类矿物油污染的食品,会带来严重的健康隐患。此外,传统润唇膏还会添加丁羟甲苯、羟苯丙酯、羟苯甲酯等有争议的防腐剂,添加过量易引起皮肤炎症及过敏,有不少国家将其列入了限用或禁用清单。
本发明专利针对现有润唇膏的不足,以天然龙血竭提取物作为原料,避免对皮肤的刺激,有利于唇部健康,具有抗真菌、消炎、祛腐生肌、抗氧化、淡化唇纹的作用。所用配料安全温和,使用天然抗氧化剂维生素E代替防腐剂;且龙血竭自身带有红色,添加的色素为龙血竭色素提取物,配方温和健康,适合任意人群使用。可根据所需润唇膏的使用效果添加不同量的龙血竭提取物,可添加单一提取物,也可混合添加。添加龙血竭总酚提取物的润唇膏具有抗病毒、抑菌、消炎的功效。添加龙血竭总黄酮提取物的润唇膏具有抗氧化、淡唇纹的功效。
发明内容
[要解决的技术问题]
本发明的目的是提供一种含天然龙血竭提取物的润唇膏制作方法。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种龙血竭提取物的提取方法。
[技术方案]
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的。
1. 龙血竭提取物的提取:
1)龙血竭总酚提取:将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至20-50目,按照以龙血竭与无水乙醇的比1:3-8,把粉碎的龙血竭加到无水乙醇中浸泡,加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2-4次,每次0.5-1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;按照合并滤液与弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:2-4,让合并滤液通过弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱进行吸附,接着按照乙醇水溶液与大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:8-12,使用浓度为35-45%乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,洗脱液回收;再使用浓度95%乙醇水溶液在同样条件下洗脱,洗脱液合并,蒸发至干,同时回收溶剂,蒸干剩余物干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭总酚提取物。
2)龙血竭总黄酮提取:将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至20-50目,按照龙血竭与乙酸乙酯的比1:6-10,把粉碎的龙血竭加到乙酸乙酯中浸泡,加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2-4次,每次1-1.5h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙酸乙酯加以回收;余下蒸干剩余物粉碎至100-150目,得到龙血竭总黄酮粗提物。按照龙血竭总黄酮粗提物与氢氧化钠水溶液的比为1:25-35,使用浓度为0.3-0.8%的氢氧化钠水溶液进行溶解,过滤,滤液使用浓度为8-12%的盐酸水溶液将其pH调节至1.0-2.0,然后在冰箱中静置6-10h;接着离心分离,沉淀物使用去离子水洗涤至pH为7,干燥至恒重,磨碎,得到龙血竭总黄酮提取物。
3)龙血竭色素提取:将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至20-50目,按照龙血竭与乙醇水溶液1:7-9,添加0.3%-0.5%氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合物使用浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液进行浸泡,加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2-4次,每次0.5-1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙醇加以回收;干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭色素提取物。
2. 含龙血竭提取物的润唇膏的制作:
1)将润唇膏蜡基料混合物加热至温度80-120℃,直至完全融化;将润唇膏油基料混合物加热至温度80-90℃,直至完全融化。
2)把步骤1)得到的润唇膏蜡基料、润唇膏油基料及权利要求3得到的龙血竭提取物按照不同比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到的均匀混合物加热至温度70-90℃,然后冷却至温度40-60℃,灌装,冷冻成型,包装,得到含有龙血竭提取物的润唇膏。
[有益效果]
1. 添加龙血竭总酚提取物的润唇膏具有抗病毒、抑菌、消炎的功效。
2. 添加龙血竭总黄酮提取物的润唇膏具有抗氧化、淡唇纹的功效。
3. 本发明所添加色素为龙血竭自身色素提取物,不使用其他外来色素,除了提供润唇膏颜色以外,还可以令唇部更加健康与滋润。
4. 本发明所述配方使用天然的蜡质和油脂。
5. 使用天然抗氧化剂维生素E代替防腐剂。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,通过下述实施例将能够更好地理解本发明。但所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例。根据本发明还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均在本发明所要求保护的范围内。
实施例一
1.将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至30目,按照以龙血竭与无水乙醇的比1:5,把粉碎的龙血竭加到无水乙醇中浸泡,然后在温度85℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次0.5h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;按照合并滤液与弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:2,让合并滤液通过弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱进行吸附,接着按照乙醇水溶液与大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:8,使用浓度为35%乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,洗脱液回收;再使用浓度95%乙醇水溶液在同样条件下洗脱,洗脱液合并,蒸发至干,同时回收溶剂,蒸干剩余物干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭总酚提取物。
2. 将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至30目,按照龙血竭与乙酸乙酯的比1:6,把粉碎的龙血竭加到乙酸乙酯中浸泡,然后在温度65℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙酸乙酯加以回收;余下蒸干剩余物粉碎至150目,得到龙血竭总黄酮粗提物。按照龙血竭总黄酮粗提物与氢氧化钠水溶液的比为1:25,使用浓度为0.3%的氢氧化钠水溶液进行溶解,过滤,滤液使用浓度为8%的盐酸水溶液将其pH调节至2.0,然后在冰箱中静置6h;接着离心分离,沉淀物使用去离子水洗涤至pH为7,干燥至恒重,磨碎,得到龙血竭总黄酮提取物。
3. 将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至30目,按照龙血竭与乙醇水溶液1:7,添加0.3%氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合物使用浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液进行浸泡,然后在温度75℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次0.5h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙醇加以回收;干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭色素提取物。
4. 将润唇膏蜡基料(小烛树蜡12份、蜂蜡10份、茉莉蜡6份)混合物加热至温度90℃,直至完全融化;将润唇膏油基料(霍霍巴油10份、可可脂8份、蓖麻油12份、橄榄油5份、羊毛酸2份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯10份、聚乙二醇羊毛酸酯2份)混合物加热至温度90℃,直至完全融化。
5. 把得到的润唇膏蜡基料、润唇膏油基料及龙血竭提取物(龙血竭总酚提取物10份、龙血竭总黄酮提取物5份、龙血竭色素提取物3份)混合,搅拌均匀,得到的均匀混合物加热至温度90℃,然后冷却至温度60℃,灌装,冷冻成型,包装。
实施例二
1.将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至40目,按照以龙血竭与无水乙醇的比1:6,把粉碎的龙血竭加到无水乙醇中浸泡,然后在温度75℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次0.5h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;按照合并滤液与弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:3,让合并滤液通过弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱进行吸附,接着按照乙醇水溶液与大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:9,使用浓度为40%乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,洗脱液回收;再使用浓度95%乙醇水溶液在同样条件下洗脱,洗脱液合并,蒸发至干,同时回收溶剂,蒸干剩余物干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭总酚提取物。
2. 将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至40目,按照龙血竭与乙酸乙酯的比1:7,把粉碎的龙血竭加到乙酸乙酯中浸泡,然后在温度55℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙酸乙酯加以回收;余下蒸干剩余物粉碎至130目,得到龙血竭总黄酮粗提物。按照龙血竭总黄酮粗提物与氢氧化钠水溶液的比为1:30,使用浓度为0.5%的氢氧化钠水溶液进行溶解,过滤,滤液使用浓度为9%的盐酸水溶液将其pH调节至2.0,然后在冰箱中静置8h;接着离心分离,沉淀物使用去离子水洗涤至pH为7,干燥至恒重,磨碎,得到龙血竭总黄酮提取物。
3. 将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至40目,按照龙血竭与乙醇水溶液1:8,添加0.4%氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合物使用浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液进行浸泡,然后在温度80℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙醇加以回收;干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭色素提取物。
4. 将润唇膏蜡基料(地蜡蜡14份、蜂蜡8份、茉莉蜡8份)混合物加热至温度90℃,直至完全融化;将润唇膏油基料(白凡士林12份、可可脂6份、蓖麻油10份、橄榄油7份、羊毛酸4份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯10份、聚乙二醇羊毛酸酯4份)混合物加热至温度90℃,直至完全融化。
5. 把得到的润唇膏蜡基料、润唇膏油基料及龙血竭提取物(龙血竭总黄酮提取物15份、龙血竭色素提取物2份)混合,搅拌均匀,得到的均匀混合物加热至温度90℃,然后冷却至温度60℃,灌装,冷冻成型,包装。
实施例三
1.将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至50目,按照以龙血竭与无水乙醇的比1:8,把粉碎的龙血竭加到无水乙醇中浸泡,然后在温度85℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;按照合并滤液与弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:4,让合并滤液通过弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱进行吸附,接着按照乙醇水溶液与大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:10,使用浓度为45%乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,洗脱液回收;再使用浓度95%乙醇水溶液在同样条件下洗脱,洗脱液合并,蒸发至干,同时回收溶剂,蒸干剩余物干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭总酚提取物。
2. 将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至50目,按照龙血竭与乙酸乙酯的比1:8,把粉碎的龙血竭加到乙酸乙酯中浸泡,然后在温度65℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙酸乙酯加以回收;余下蒸干剩余物粉碎至100目,得到龙血竭总黄酮粗提物。按照龙血竭总黄酮粗提物与氢氧化钠水溶液的比为1:30,使用浓度为0.8%的氢氧化钠水溶液进行溶解,过滤,滤液使用浓度为10%的盐酸水溶液将其pH调节至2.0,然后在冰箱中静置10h;接着离心分离,沉淀物使用去离子水洗涤至pH为7,干燥至恒重,磨碎,得到龙血竭总黄酮提取物。
3. 将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至50目,按照龙血竭与乙醇水溶液1:7,添加0.5%氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合物使用浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液进行浸泡,然后在温度75℃的条件下加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2次,每次1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙醇加以回收;干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭色素提取物。
4. 将润唇膏蜡基料(微晶蜡10份、蜂蜡8份、茉莉蜡4份)混合物加热至温度90℃,直至完全融化;将润唇膏油基料(霍霍巴油12份、可可脂8份、蓖麻油10份、橄榄油8份、羊毛酸4份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯12份、聚乙二醇羊毛酸酯2份)混合物加热至温度90℃,直至完全融化。
5. 把得到的润唇膏蜡基料、润唇膏油基料及龙血竭提取物(龙血竭总酚提取物12份、龙血竭色素提取物10份)混合,搅拌均匀,得到的均匀混合物加热至温度90℃,然后冷却至温度60℃,灌装,冷冻成型,包装。

Claims (9)
1.一种含天然龙血竭提取物的润唇膏制作方法,其特征在于,该唇膏组成如下,以重量份计:
天然龙血竭提取物 15~30份;
蜡质 15~35份;
油脂 40~65份;
维生素E 3~8份;
香精 适量。
2.据权利要求1所述的润唇膏制备方法,其特征在于,所述的龙血竭是指龙血竭原料药,所述龙血竭提取物为龙血竭总酚、龙血竭总黄酮及龙血竭色素提取物。
3.据权利要求1所述的润唇膏制备方法,其特征在于,可根据所需润唇膏的使用效果添加不同量的龙血竭提取物,可添加单一提取物,也可混合添加,能够平行得到不同功效及不同颜色的润唇膏。
4.权利要求2所述的龙血竭提取物,其特征在于,主要提取物的提取包括以下步骤:
1)龙血竭总酚提取:将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至20-50目,按照以龙血竭与无水乙醇的比1:3-8,把粉碎的龙血竭加到无水乙醇中浸泡,加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2-4次,每次0.5-1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;按照合并滤液与弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:2-4,让合并滤液通过弱极性大孔吸附树脂柱进行吸附,接着按照乙醇水溶液与大孔吸附树脂柱的体积比1:8-12,使用浓度为35-45%乙醇水溶液进行洗脱,洗脱液回收;再使用浓度95%乙醇水溶液在同样条件下洗脱,洗脱液合并,蒸发至干,同时回收溶剂,蒸干剩余物干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭总酚提取物。
2)龙血竭总黄酮提取:将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至20-50目,按照龙血竭与乙酸乙酯的比1:6-10,把粉碎的龙血竭加到乙酸乙酯中浸泡,加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2-4次,每次1-1.5h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙酸乙酯加以回收;余下蒸干剩余物粉碎至100-150目,得到龙血竭总黄酮粗提物。按照龙血竭总黄酮粗提物与氢氧化钠水溶液的比为1:25-35,使用浓度为0.3-0.8%的氢氧化钠水溶液进行溶解,过滤,滤液使用浓度为8-12%的盐酸水溶液将其pH调节至1.0-2.0,然后在冰箱中静置6-10h;接着离心分离,沉淀物使用去离子水洗涤至pH为7,干燥至恒重,磨碎,得到龙血竭总黄酮提取物。
3)龙血竭色素提取:将含水量为10%以下的龙血竭原料粉碎至20-50目,按照龙血竭与乙醇水溶液1:7-9,添加0.3%-0.5%氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合物使用浓度为50%的乙醇水溶液进行浸泡,加热回流,以同样方式加热回流2-4次,每次0.5-1h;加热回流结束后立即趁热过滤分离,沉淀部分重复上述操作2次,滤液合并;得到的滤液蒸发至干,乙醇加以回收;干燥至恒重,得到龙血竭色素提取物。
5.要求1所述的润唇膏制备方法,其特征在于,该润唇膏制作方法的步骤如下:
1)将润唇膏蜡基料混合物加热至温度80-120℃,直至完全融化;将润唇膏油基料混合物加热至温度80-90℃,直至完全融化。
2)把步骤1)得到的润唇膏蜡基料、润唇膏油基料及权利要求3得到的龙血竭提取物按照不同比例混合,搅拌均匀,得到的均匀混合物加热至温度70-90℃,然后冷却至温度40-60℃,灌装,冷冻成型,包装,得到含有龙血竭提取物的润唇膏。
6.利要求1所述一种含天然龙血竭提取物的润唇膏制作方法,其特征在于:所述龙血竭提取物的提取以及润唇膏的制作可以在同一个系统中完成,节省了工业操作步骤。
7.权利要求1所述一种含天然龙血竭提取物的润唇膏制作方法,其特征在于:使用天然抗氧化剂维生素E代替防腐剂,安全温和。
8.权利要求4所述主要提取物的提取,其特征在于:提取过程所用到的溶剂乙醇、乙酸乙酯回收循环使用。
9.权利要求4所述的龙血竭色素提取,其特征在于:使用乙醇回流提取,可避免高温导致色素褪变,通过添加0.3%-0.5%氢氧化钠和碳酸氢钠混合物,保证了色素的色价,又可使色素颜色更加红艳。
