具体实施方式
图1a至图1c示出了根据本发明的分组站10的概况。托盘通过入站输送器11传送到分组站10,该入站输送器11为重力输送器12。这里,重力输送器12包括两个相邻的重力通道13。也可以只有一个或甚至三个通道。每个重力通道都包括几个自由旋转的辊子。
这里的托盘类型是1200mm×1000mm的木制托盘或类似的托盘。当使用由辊子形成的重力通道时,托盘优选地具有纵向底部滑橇。这种托盘中的一种被称为CHEP。如果没有纵向底部滑橇,则辊子会更密集。图3中示出了装有货物的托盘22。
在分组站之前设有入站输送器,该入站输送器缓冲托盘。这里,入站输送器由两个平行的重力通道组成,这两个重力通道均具有11个托盘的容量。例如,通过叉车将托盘移动到重力通道。

重力通道具有两个分离功能。第一功能是将第一托盘与其余被缓冲的托盘分离开,而第二功能是将第一托盘相对于分组站保持或分离开。当重力通道可用于新一组托盘时,重力通道将新一组托盘释放到分组站。
可以用两种不同的方式装载托盘,即短边或长边引导。当使用两条重力线时,托盘的定向将如下:两个短边引导、两个长边引导以及一个短边和一个长边引导。
重力通道用于在装载过程中缓冲托盘。这里,分组站之后是利用传送板的装载设备16。传送板可以成排地运送约十二个托盘。因此,当装载设备在工作时,下一负载可以在重力通道上缓冲。
这里,分组站用于将托盘配对在一起,然后再将托盘传送到装载设备。分组站可以处理两排托盘和一排托盘。具有一个托盘的排居中于分组站。分组站是带有轮廓检查装置14的直角传送系统。轮廓检查装置用于检查适合放入由装载设备装载的集装箱、拖车或卡车中的托盘排的轮廓。这里,该系统还包括重力排除输送器15,其在左侧或右侧,能够缓冲两个成对托盘以进行校正措施。如果上面放置有货物的托盘的轮廓、尺寸或形状有问题,则将所讨论的托盘被引导至重力排除输送器15以进行校正措施。仅正确的托盘被接受并向前移动。托盘从两个入站缓冲重力通道传送到分组站。

在第一托盘已进入分组站后,将分组站降低到中间位置,以将端部止挡件18升高到重力通道13的下端。在中间位置和下部位置,该端部止挡件保持下一托盘对在重力通道上就位,直到分组站可以自由取下接下来的托盘。该端部止挡件在分组输送器的上部位置释放接下来的托盘。
排除输送器用于从分组站排除托盘。仅在所选装载模式的设计限制之内的托盘对才被进一步传送到装载设备。尺寸过大的托盘组应传送到排除通道,该排除通道能缓冲两个托盘对以进行矫正措施。如果有托盘因专属负载而被排除,则负载形成将等待同等数量以及相同形式的替换托盘以被送入该系统。
接下来,在图4中,分七个步骤说明分组站的功能。
步骤1:一托盘队列位于第二托盘(若干)后面重力通道上。第一托盘(若干)位于端部止挡件的后面。当分组站的辊式输送器处于下部位置时,可枢转的端部止挡件处于上部位置。
重力通道中还有托盘分离器。托盘分离器由位于重力通道端部的第一托盘致动,并防止第二托盘翻滚下来且在第一托盘和下一托盘之间保持间隙。当第一托盘从其在重力通道上的位置移开时,托盘分离器会打开并释放队列中的托盘进行移动。这里,该托盘队列位于重力通道上,而辊式输送器处于下部位置。
