技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域中的一种消隙式转向传动轴钢球保持架,特别是一种适用于消隙式汽车转向传动轴上的钢球保持架。
背景技术
目前,现有的汽车转向传动轴钢球保持架一般成圆柱形布置,在其表面均匀分布着若干个加强筋,每个加强筋上有若干个球碗,用于放置钢球,钢球位于轴和轴套形成的球道内,传递转向扭矩。该结构的主要缺点是钢球保持架只对钢球起固定作用,没有消隙功能,经耐久使用后,钢球、轴及轴套间由于磨损产生间隙,出现异响问题。对标现有滚珠保持架结构在设计时对结构进行了优化设计,增加C型开口结构来消除传递扭矩时的径向间隙。工作时C型开口与轴套的球道过盈配合,弥补轴与轴套间的径向间隙。因此,研制开发一种消隙式转向传动轴钢球保持架一直是急待解决的新课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种消隙式转向传动轴钢球保持架,该发明承载扭矩更大更可靠,优良的耐磨损性和高体积稳定性,使用寿命高,结构合理,使用效果好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种消隙式转向传动轴钢球保持架,包括球碗、钢球保持架、C型开口、偏心圆柱、圆柱、传动轴套、传动轴,在钢球保持架上设置用于固定钢球的排平行的球碗,承载扭矩大,在钢球保持架圆周120°设置三排C型开口;C型开口凸起的外形为圆弧形,C型开口中间为空心结构;C型开口由两个偏心圆柱和圆柱组成,形成可弹性变形的圆弧面,圆柱与传动轴和传动轴套的球道过盈配合,工作时圆弧面与传动轴套紧配合消除径向间隙;C型开口凸起的外形为圆弧形与传动轴及传动轴套的球道过盈配合;

1.一种消隙式转向传动轴钢球保持架,包括球碗、钢球保持架、C型开口、偏心圆柱、圆柱、传动轴套、传动轴,其特征在于:在钢球保持架上设置用于固定钢球的排平行的球碗,承载扭矩大,在钢球保持架圆周120°设置三排C型开口;C型开口凸起的外形为圆弧形,C型开口中间为空心结构;C型开口由两个偏心圆柱和圆柱组成,形成可弹性变形的圆弧面,圆柱与传动轴和传动轴套的球道过盈配合,工作时圆弧面与传动轴套紧配合消除径向间隙;C型开口凸起的外形为圆弧形与传动轴及传动轴套的球道过盈配合。
