Abstract

本发明公开了一种纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,将水溶性石蜡乳液与冷软水在常温下混合搅拌,制备浆料;将浆料注入到浆纱机槽内对纱线进行上浆;上浆完毕后,烘干纱线;将纱线织造成面料。本发明从织造前上浆步骤入手,对纱线上浆配方进行调整,直接添加预处理助剂配方,在提高纱线的织造性能前提下,具备数码印花所需要的适印性能,直接省略了印花过程中的预处理步骤。该方法简单、成本低,适合于工业化生产;所得面料用于涂料墨水数码印花,不但具有良好的色彩重现性,且具有良好的手感和色牢度,有助于简化纺织数码印花生产工艺,降低生产成本,促进数码印花技术的产业化进程。

一种纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于印染技术领域,特别是涉及一种用于数码印花面料的加工方法。
背景技术
由于传统纺织印染方式产生大量废水,纺织印染行业的转型迫在眉睫。数码印花技术无论从速度或成本角度都比传统丝网印花技术具有优势,在从设计图稿到成品生产的全过程中,数码印花,尤其是涂料数码印花,依靠其简单的生产工艺,无需蒸化和水洗,从而大大降低了废水污染、能源消耗。
然而此项技术在实际运用中还存在很多问题,例如,印花过程中,液体墨滴在织物表面渗透扩散,导致颜色强度降低、图案的清晰度降低,因此,对织物进行有效的预处理,调节墨滴的渗透效果、提高图案的印制效果和色牢度,是目前数码印花生产过程中不可省略的步骤;此外,由于涂料分子与纤维直接无化学键结合,传统丝网印花的糊料使用粘合剂来提高涂料印花的色牢度,数码印花的喷头极其微小,为防止喷头堵塞,在墨水配制过程中对其粘度、密度、色料颗粒物的大小都有严格的要求,不再适用于数码印花墨水,因此,在预处理配方中添加粘合剂或阳离子改性剂是提高色牢度普遍使用的可替代方案。
对于涂料印花工艺的简化,如若纺织印花能够像纸张打印一样简便易得,将会大大优化整个纺织服装产业供应链,解决库存,节能环保,同时改变人们对纺织印花产品的消费习惯。然而,在印花之前,面料的前处理过程依然繁琐,印前的预处理一直是印染厂的一个重要步骤,也是生产成本的主要消耗之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何简化数码印花面料的加工方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):制备浆料:将水溶性石蜡乳液与冷软水在常温下混合搅拌,静置待用;
步骤2):调节浆料的pH值至5-6;
步骤3):将步骤2)得到的浆料注入到浆纱机槽内对纱线进行上浆;
步骤4:上浆完毕后,烘干纱线;
步骤5:将纱线织造成面料。
优选地,所述步骤1)制备的浆料中石蜡的质量含量为35-55%,离子性为阳离子,形态为半透明状液体。
优选地,所述步骤2)中浆料的pH值采用乙酸溶液调节。
更优选地,所述乙酸溶液的浓度为0.1~0.5mL/L。
优选地,所述步骤3)中浆料的用量为1-3%owf。
优选地,所述步骤3)中浆纱机槽的浆料槽温度为50-65℃,上浆压力在3-4bar,车速为30-60m/min。
优选地,所述步骤4)中烘干的温度为30℃。
本发明从织造前上浆步骤入手,对纱线上浆配方进行调整,直接添加预处理助剂配方,在提高纱线的织造性能前提下,具备数码印花所需要的适印性能,直接省略了印花过程中的预处理步骤。该方法简单、成本低,适合于工业化生产;所得面料用于涂料墨水数码印花,不但具有良好的色彩重现性,且具有良好的手感和色牢度,有助于简化纺织数码印花生产工艺,降低生产成本,促进数码印花技术的产业化进程。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明的方法简单,成本低,适合于工业化生产;
(2)本发明通过浆纱、预处理一体化的方式对纺织纱线进行改性,并在此基础上进行织造,赋予面料以数码印花用的吸湿、防溢墨、粘合涂料等性能,从而省去印花企业的面料预处理工序,直接进行喷印,有利于缩短加工流程、降低生产成本、增加经济效益。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,作详细说明如下。
实施例1
一种纺织数码印花用纯棉纱线面料的加工方法:
(1)制备浆料,使用2%(owf)水溶性石蜡乳液,与冷软水在常温下混合搅拌,静置1小时左右;
(2)对浆料进行pH调节,配置0.1ml/L乙酸溶液,加入浆料混合液中,调节pH值到5;
(3)将浆液注入浆纱机槽内,浆料槽温度为45℃,上浆压力在3bar,车速为30m/min;
(4)上浆完毕后,对纱线进行烘干,烘干温度为30℃;
(5)使用浆料处理过的纯棉纱线作为经纱进行织造,得到面料可直接用于纺织涂料数码印花。
实施例2
一种纺织数码印花用涤纶纱线面料的加工方法:
(1)制备浆料,使用2%(owf)水溶性石蜡乳液,与冷软水在常温下混合搅拌,静置1小时左右;
(2)对浆料进行pH调节,配置0.2ml/L乙酸溶液,加入浆料混合液中,调节pH值到5;
(3)将浆液注入浆纱机槽内,浆料槽温度为55℃,上浆压力在4bar,车速为40m/min;
(4)上浆完毕后,对纱线进行烘干,烘干温度为30℃;
(5)使用浆料处理过的涤纶纱线作为经纱进行织造,得到面料可直接用于纺织涂料数码印花。
实施例3
一种纺织数码印花用涤棉混纺纱线面料的加工方法
(1)制备浆料,使用2%(owf)水溶性石蜡乳液,与冷软水在常温下混合搅拌,静置1小时左右;
(2)对浆料进行pH调节,配置0.2ml/L乙酸溶液,加入浆料混合液中,调节pH值到5;
(3)将浆液注入浆纱机槽内,浆料槽温度为50℃,上浆压力在4bar,车速为30m/min;
(4)上浆完毕后,对纱线进行烘干,烘干温度为30℃;
(5)使用浆料处理过的涤棉混纺纱线作为经纱进行织造,得到面料可直接用于纺织涂料数码印花。

Claims (7)

1.一种纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1):制备浆料:将水溶性石蜡乳液与冷软水在常温下混合搅拌,静置待用;
步骤2):调节浆料的pH值至5-6;
步骤3):将步骤2)得到的浆料注入到浆纱机槽内对纱线进行上浆;
步骤4:上浆完毕后,烘干纱线;
步骤5:将纱线织造成面料。
2.如权利要求1所述的纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)制备的浆料中石蜡的质量含量为35-55%,离子性为阳离子,形态为半透明状液体。
3.如权利要求1所述的纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中浆料的pH值采用乙酸溶液调节。
4.如权利要求3所述的纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述乙酸溶液的浓度为0.1~0.5mL/L。
5.如权利要求1所述的纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中浆料的用量为1-3%owf。
6.如权利要求1所述的纺织涂料数码印花专用面料的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中浆纱机槽的浆料槽温度为50-65℃,上浆压力在3-4bar,车速为30-60m/min。
