本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,具体为一种环保型硅胶保护膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
保护膜按照用途可以分为数码产品保护膜,汽车保护膜,家用保护膜,食品保鲜保护膜等。随着手机等数码产品在中国的普及,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称,而其在屏幕保护膜领域的功能也是五花八门。材料从最早的PP材料到现今流行的AR材质,中间经历了5年多的发展,慢慢的被广大手机群体所接受。保护膜在功能上讲是要对我们所要保护的实体物品外放一层膜。现在世面上已有AR防反光膜、AG磨砂抗反射膜、手机镜子膜、防窥膜,高清防刮膜等功能型保护膜。
目前保护膜的种类有很多种,其中硅胶保护膜在使用的过程中非常常见,现有的保护膜都是有一定的使用寿命,并且保护膜在使用一段时间后会进行作废,现有的保护膜都不利于进行回收利用,并且保护膜在使用时会存在一定的异味,会影响保护膜的回收利用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型硅胶保护膜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保硅胶保护膜,原料按照重量计的各组分:
丙烯酸异辛酯10-20%;
聚乙烯醇10-20%;
硫酸亚铁0.01-0.1%;
醋酸乙烯10-20%;
亚甲基双苯二胺2-8%;
叔丁基过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸脂2-8%;
去离子水10-20%
交联剂0.1-20%;
锚固剂0.1-10%;
催化剂0.1-10%。

一种环保硅胶保护膜的制备方法,包括反应釜和安装架,所述反应釜的出口连通有排出管,所述安装架内部左侧的上侧安装有前辊组,所述安装架内侧中部的左侧安装有后辊组,所述安装架内部右侧的底部安装有冷却组件,所述冷却组件与后辊组之间的上侧安装有喷粉组,所述安装架右侧的下侧安装有收卷辊,所述收卷辊与冷却组件之间安装有切断机构。
所述喷粉组包括储存腔,所述储存腔的底部连通有喷头。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)、该环保硅胶保护膜及其制备方法,采用丙烯酸异辛酯、聚乙烯醇、醋酸乙烯,然后在配合亚甲基双苯二胺和叔丁基过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸脂实现了在常温下具有粘性和压敏性,且压敏性为水性体系环保,无刺激性气味,方便了进行回收利用。
(2)、该环保硅胶保护膜及其制备方法,通过加入的叔丁基过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸脂能够有效的提高了改性粘结层的附着力。
(3)、该环保硅胶保护膜及其制备方法,通过生产过后达到无刺激性气味的效果,让保护膜在使用的过程中,降低其污染,方便进行回收利用。
(4)、该环保硅胶保护膜及其制备方法,通过冷却组件的使用,使得保护膜在进行冷却的过程中,通过调节能够让冷却辊与保护膜之前的距离,从而能够方便对保护膜进行不同程度的冷却。

工作原理:(1)按照配比将丙烯酸异辛酯、聚乙烯醇、硫酸亚铁、醋酸乙烯、亚甲基双苯二胺、叔丁基过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸脂和去离子水混合配好,放入反应釜1中搅拌均匀,使其完全融合;
(2)将步骤1中的混合物加入交联剂、锚固剂和催化剂,在反应釜1中进行搅拌混合;
(3)将步骤2中的混合物放入到反应釜1内进行加热;
(4)将加热后的物料包到前辊组3上,待物料充分柔软,表面光滑之后传导刀后辊组4上出片,喷粉组6进行喷粉,将出片的保护膜通过冷却组件5进行冷却,收卷辊7进行收卷。
(5)在进行冷却的过程中,后辊组4上的带动块516能够带动带动杆516进行移动,让上腔体501和下腔体502能够通过气压带动冷却辊510进行上下靠近。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述催化剂为铂金型催化剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述锚固剂为硅烷偶联剂型锚固剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保硅胶保护膜,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸异辛酯与亚甲基双苯二胺的重量份比例为1:2。
6.根据权利要求1-5之一所述的一种环保硅胶保护膜的制备方法,包括反应釜(1)和安装架(2),其特征在于:所述反应釜(1)的出口连通有排出管,所述安装架(2)内部左侧的上侧安装有前辊组(3),所述安装架(2)内侧中部的左侧安装有后辊组(4),所述安装架(2)内部右侧的底部安装有冷却组件(5),所述冷却组件(5)与后辊组(4)之间的上侧安装有喷粉组(6),所述安装架(2)右侧的下侧安装有收卷辊(7),所述收卷辊(7)与冷却组件(5)之间安装有切断机构(8);
所述喷粉组(6)包括储存腔(61),所述储存腔(61)的底部连通有喷头(62);
所述冷却组件(5)包括上腔体(501)和下腔体(502),所述上腔体(501)和下腔体(502)相对的表面等间隔贯穿连接有导管(503),所述导管(503)的内侧滑动连接有活塞板(504),所述活塞板(504)的表面固定连接有收缩弹簧(505),所述活塞板(504)远离收缩弹簧(505)的表面固定连接有压杆(506),所述压杆(506)远离活塞板(504)的一端固定连接有压板(507),所述压板(507)的外侧通过紧固螺栓(508)连接有夹板(509),所述夹板(509)与压板(507)之间安装有冷却辊(510),所述上腔体(501)和下腔体(502)的外侧通过连接管(511)连通有气压腔体(512),所述气压腔体(512)的左侧连通有挤压管(513),所述挤压管(513)的内侧滑动连接有橡胶塞(514),所述橡胶塞(514)的左侧固定连接有调节板(515),所述调节板(515)的顶部等间隔固定连接有带动杆(516),所述带动杆(516)的表面搭接有带动块(517),所述带动块(517)固定连接在后辊组(4)上;
所述切断机构(8)包括切刀(801)和限位管(802),所述限位管(802)的内侧滑动连接有活动板(803),所述活动板(803)的底部固定连接有安装杆(804),所述安装杆(804)的底部贯穿限位管(802)并固定连接有连接板(805),所述连接板(805)的底部与切刀(801)的顶部相连接,所述活动板(803)的底部通过弹簧(806)与限位管(802)内壁的底部相连接,所述活动板(803)的顶部安装有操作杆(807)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保硅胶保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述操作杆(807)包括压杆和直杆,压杆的左侧与直杆的顶部相连接,且压杆的中部贯穿设置有中心轴。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保硅胶保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述反应釜(1)内的压力为5-10MPa。
