现代社会,文胸对于女性美体塑形早已成为不可或缺的产品。而文胸的芯材即胸围棉对于整个文胸的品质起到至关重要的作用。目前市面上的文胸棉大体可以分为聚氨酯泡棉、乳胶、直立棉、三明治网布几类。其中传统聚氨酯泡棉因轻便、性价比高占据了80%以上的用量。传统聚氨酯胸围棉使用TDI发泡,而TDI本身是危险化学品,生产过程中对操作人员有害,造成空气污染;TDI发泡所使用的有机锡类金属催化剂也是对人体有害的。传统胸围棉弹性硬度较高,贴身舒适性较差;落球回弹性小于50%,回复性、抗变形性能较差。过往对胸围棉的研究多致力于改善其耐黄变性能,而对于环保、舒适的胸围棉产品却几乎没有相关研究,此外,胸围棉在使用一段时间后容易滋生大量的细菌,对女性有一定的危害。

其中,本发明所采用的原料阐述如下:
高EO封端聚醚多元醇:采用官能度3~6,优选3~4.5;分子量5000~10000,优选7000~10000;以总羟基含量计,伯羟基含量大于80%,优选85~90%。
高活性聚合物多元醇:高EO封端聚醚多元醇接枝苯乙烯和丙烯腈而得,固含量25~50%,优选26~35%,具有拉伸强度高、压缩负荷好的作用。
烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚:优选分子量1000~1600,带有活性基团,能与活泼氢或双键反应,可用于改性硅油接枝,高分子材料分散剂。
交联剂:能在线型分子间起架桥作用,从而使多个线型分子相互键合交联成网状结构的物质,促进或调节聚合物分子链间共价键或离子键形成。
泡沫稳定剂:包括表面活性剂为B-8110,B-4900,B-8002,B-8681,L-585,L-595,L668,L5333,L-3002的一种或者多种,使气孔细密均匀,当体系处于低黏度阶段时,它使孔壁稳定/气孔能生长到适合于开孔的厚度,为最后开孔创造条件。
复合反应胺催化剂:采用含有可以异氰酸酯反应活性氢基团的胺类催化剂,提供了延迟催化的反应,同时保持了强大的后端固化效果。
开孔剂:作用是降低泡沫的表面张力,促使泡孔破裂,提高聚氨酯泡沫塑料的开孔率。
复合耐黄变剂:抗氧化、抗热解,具有良好的抗黄变性能。
抗紫外线添加剂:对一定范围的紫外光具有良好的吸收作用,提高抗紫外线的能力。
纳米银:对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用,而且不会产生耐药性,具备很好的抗菌防臭的效果。
甲壳素整理剂:以壳聚糖和活性添加剂为主要成分,具有良好的抗菌性和吸湿性。
改性MDI:优选NCO%为25~33%,具有良好的弹性以及一定的强度,具有优异的加工性能。
天竺黄:具有祛风除湿,活血舒经的作用。
三棱:具有破血行气,消积止痛的功效。
朱砂:朱砂有镇静催眠作用,有解毒防腐作用,外用能抑制或杀灭皮肤细菌和寄生虫。
珍珠粉:提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老、祛斑美白的作用。
金银花:既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒。
白芷:祛风湿,活血排脓,生肌止痛。
本发明的有益效果为:25%压陷硬度可低至50N以下,柔软贴身;开孔率大于95%,透气性大于3cfm,干爽透气;落球回弹率大于55%甚至60%,Q弹、不易变形;耐光色牢度等级、耐酚变黄等级3.5级以上;具有良好的抑菌杀菌效果,减少细菌的滋生;同时具有多种中药成分提高保健作用。

该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉由以下质量份数的原料制成:
高EO封端聚醚多元醇50~95份、高活性聚合物多元醇1~30份、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚1~10份、交联剂1~2份、泡沫稳定剂0.5~3份、复合反应胺催化剂0.5~3份、开孔剂1~8份、复合耐黄变剂3~6份、水2~4份、中药粉末4-8份、抗紫外线添加剂0.5-3份、纳米银0.5-3份、甲壳素整理剂0.5-3份、改性MDI30~60份。
其中,所述高活性聚合物多元醇由所述高EO封端聚醚多元醇接枝苯乙烯和丙烯腈而得。
所述交联剂包括二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种。
所述改性MDI包括聚醚改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚合MDI的一种或混合物。
所述开孔剂包括以下原料组份:甘油0.1-0.8份和环氧乙烷环氧丙烷无规共聚多元醇0.9-7.2份。
所述复合耐黄变剂包括以下原料组份:反应型亚磷酸酯1-2份、受阻胺抗氧剂1-2份、受阻酚类抗氧剂0.5-1份以及紫外线吸收剂0.5-1份。
所述中药粉末包括以下原料组份:天竺黄1-2份、三棱0.4-0.6份、朱砂0.1-0.4份、珍珠粉0.5-1份、金银花1-2份以及白芷1-2份。

实施例一
一种抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉由以下质量份数的原料制成:
高EO封端聚醚多元醇50g、高活性聚合物多元醇1g、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚1g、交联剂1g、泡沫稳定剂0.5g、复合反应胺催化剂0.5g、开孔剂1g、复合耐黄变剂3g、水2g、中药粉末4g、抗紫外线添加剂0.5g、纳米银0.5g、甲壳素整理剂0.5g、改性MDI30g。
其中,所述高活性聚合物多元醇由所述高EO封端聚醚多元醇接枝苯乙烯和丙烯腈而得。
所述交联剂包括二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种。

将称取好的高EO封端聚醚多元醇50g、高活性聚合物多元醇1g、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚1g、交联剂1g、泡沫稳定剂0.5g、复合反应胺催化剂0.5g、开孔剂1g、复合耐黄变剂3g、水2g、中药粉末4g、抗紫外线添加剂0.5g、纳米银0.5g、甲壳素整理剂0.5g混合均匀,或由计量泵按比例泵送至混合头,形成混合液一;
将称取好的改性MDI30g加入混合液一内进行高速混合,混合时间3~10秒后,形成混合液二;
将混合液二自由发泡或注入模具,熟化制成所需抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉。
实施例二
一种抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉由以下质量份数的原料制成:
高EO封端聚醚多元醇72.5g、高活性聚合物多元醇15.5g、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚5.5g、交联剂1.5g、泡沫稳定剂1.75g、复合反应胺催化剂1.75g、开孔剂4.5g、复合耐黄变剂4.5g、水3g、中药粉末6g、抗紫外线添加剂1.75g、纳米银1.75g、甲壳素整理剂1.75g、改性MDI45g。
其中,所述高活性聚合物多元醇由所述高EO封端聚醚多元醇接枝苯乙烯和丙烯腈而得。
所述交联剂包括二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种。
所述改性MDI包括聚醚改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚合MDI的一种或混合物。
所述开孔剂包括以下原料组份:甘油0.45g、环氧乙烷环氧丙烷无规共聚多元醇4.05g。
所述复合耐黄变剂包括以下原料组份:反应型亚磷酸酯1.5g、受阻胺抗氧剂1.5g、受阻酚类抗氧剂0.75g以及紫外线吸收剂0.75g。
所述中药粉末包括以下原料组份:天竺黄1.5g、三棱0.5g、朱砂0.25g、珍珠粉0.75g、金银花1.5g以及白芷1.5g。
该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉所需各原料;
将称取好的高EO封端聚醚多元醇72.5g、高活性聚合物多元醇15.5g、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚5.5g、交联剂1.5g、泡沫稳定剂1.75g、复合反应胺催化剂1.75g、开孔剂4.5g、复合耐黄变剂4.5g、水3g、中药粉末6g、抗紫外线添加剂1.75g、纳米银1.75g、甲壳素整理剂1.75g混合均匀,或由计量泵按比例泵送至混合头,形成混合液一;
将称取好的改性MDI45g加入混合液一内进行高速混合,混合时间3~10秒后,形成混合液二;
将混合液二自由发泡或注入模具,熟化制成所需抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉。
实施例三
一种抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉由以下质量份数的原料制成:
高EO封端聚醚多元醇95g、高活性聚合物多元醇30g、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚10g、交联剂2g、泡沫稳定剂3g、复合反应胺催化剂3g、开孔剂8g、复合耐黄变剂6g、水4g、中药粉末8g、抗紫外线添加剂3g、纳米银3g、甲壳素整理剂3g、改性MDI60g。
其中,所述高活性聚合物多元醇由所述高EO封端聚醚多元醇接枝苯乙烯和丙烯腈而得。
所述交联剂包括二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种。
所述改性MDI包括聚醚改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚合MDI的一种或混合物。
所述开孔剂包括以下原料组份:甘油0.8g和环氧乙烷环氧丙烷无规共聚多元醇7.2g。
所述复合耐黄变剂包括以下原料组份:反应型亚磷酸酯2g、受阻胺抗氧剂2g、受阻酚类抗氧剂1g以及紫外线吸收剂1g。
所述中药粉末包括以下原料组份:天竺黄2g、三棱0.6g、朱砂0.4g、珍珠粉1g、金银花2g以及白芷2g。
该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉所需各原料;
将称取好的高EO封端聚醚多元醇95g、高活性聚合物多元醇30g、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚10g、交联剂2g、泡沫稳定剂3g、复合反应胺催化剂3g、开孔剂8g、复合耐黄变剂6g、水4g、中药粉末8g、抗紫外线添加剂3g、纳米银3g、甲壳素整理剂3g混合均匀,或由计量泵按比例泵送至混合头,形成混合液一;
将称取好的改性MDI60g加入混合液一内进行高速混合,混合时间3~10秒后,形成混合液二;
将混合液二自由发泡或注入模具,熟化制成所需抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉。

根据本发明的实施例,还提供了一种抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉的制备方法。
如图1所示,在实际生产过程中,该抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉的制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,根据上述质量份数,称取所述抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉所需各原料;
步骤S103,将称取好的高EO封端聚醚多元醇、高活性聚合物多元醇、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、复合反应胺催化剂、开孔剂、复合耐黄变剂、水、中药粉末、抗紫外线添加剂、纳米银、甲壳素整理剂混合均匀,或由计量泵按比例泵送至混合头,形成混合液一;
步骤S105,将称取好的改性MDI加入混合液一内进行高速混合,混合时间3~10秒后,形成混合液二;
步骤S107,将混合液二自由发泡或注入模具,熟化制成所需抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉。
综上所述,借助于本发明的上述技术方案,25%压陷硬度可低至50N以下,柔软贴身;开孔率大于95%,透气性大于3cfm,干爽透气;落球回弹率大于55%甚至60%,Q弹、不易变形;耐光色牢度等级、耐酚变黄等级3.5级以上;具有良好的抑菌杀菌效果,减少细菌的滋生;同时具有多种中药成分提高保健作用。

高EO封端聚醚多元醇50~95份、高活性聚合物多元醇1~30份、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚1~10份、交联剂1~2份、泡沫稳定剂0.5~3份、复合反应胺催化剂0.5~3份、开孔剂1~8份、复合耐黄变剂3~6份、水2~4份、中药粉末4-8份、抗紫外线添加剂0.5-3份、纳米银0.5-3份、甲壳素整理剂0.5-3份、改性MDI30~60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,其特征在于,所述高活性聚合物多元醇由所述高EO封端聚醚多元醇接枝苯乙烯和丙烯腈而得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,其特征在于,所述交联剂包括二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、丙三醇中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,其特征在于,所述改性MDI包括聚醚改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚合MDI的一种或混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,其特征在于,所述开孔剂包括以下原料组份:甘油0.1-0.8份和环氧乙烷环氧丙烷无规共聚多元醇0.9-7.2份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,其特征在于,所述复合耐黄变剂包括以下原料组份:反应型亚磷酸酯1-2份、受阻胺抗氧剂1-2份、受阻酚类抗氧剂0.5-1份以及紫外线吸收剂0.5-1份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉,其特征在于,所述中药粉末包括以下原料组份:天竺黄1-2份、三棱0.4-0.6份、朱砂0.1-0.4份、珍珠粉0.5-1份、金银花1-2份以及白芷1-2份。
8.一种抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉的制备方法,其特征在于,用于权利要求7所述的抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉的制备,包括以下步骤:
根据上述质量份数,称取所述抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉所需各原料;
将称取好的高EO封端聚醚多元醇、高活性聚合物多元醇、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、复合反应胺催化剂、开孔剂、复合耐黄变剂、水、中药粉末、抗紫外线添加剂、纳米银、甲壳素整理剂混合均匀,或由计量泵按比例泵送至混合头,形成混合液一;
将称取好的改性MDI加入混合液一内进行高速混合,混合时间3~10秒后,形成混合液二;
将混合液二自由发泡或注入模具,熟化制成所需抑菌耐黄环保胸围棉。
