技术领域
本发明涉及车用吸音材料制备领域,具体涉及一种房车车顶用GMT吸音材料的制备工艺。
背景技术
轻质纤维增强热塑性复合材料简称GMT,由于其较高的比强度、热塑性、易加工成型等特点,常用在汽车的内饰材料中。
房车作为高端汽车的一种,其舒适性、车内驾驶性和高端消费体验是市场消费重要的性能指标。而房车的内饰顶棚位于乘客头顶与汽车外壳之间,是房车内饰中平面面积最大的内饰件。对于现代房车来说,它不仅具有装饰性的作用,同时还承担着保护乘客头部安全、阻隔外部热量、阻隔由车顶传送的噪音进入车内以及吸收车内产生的噪音的作用,由此看出,房车内饰顶棚吸音性能对房车噪音的整体控制起着关键性的作用。
因此,需要研究出一种吸音效果好、隔热阻燃、外观美观的用于房车车顶的GMT吸音材料的制备工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸音效果好、隔热阻燃、外观美观的房车车顶的GMT吸音材料的制备工艺。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种房车车顶用GMT吸音材料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备外层毛毡:将外层毛毡原料聚丙烯和玻璃纤维混合后通过针刺和压制工艺制成玻纤毡;
步骤S2:制备内层复合树脂:将内层原料聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和分解剂加入双层共挤吹塑薄膜机中加热、熔融搅拌注塑为塑料层;
步骤S3:复合工艺:将两层外层毛毡和内层复合树脂通过双输送带复合工艺最后制成外层毛毡夹内层复合树脂的GMT吸音材料;
按照重量份数计,所述外层毛毡原料包括聚丙烯30-40份、玻璃纤维60-70份;所述内层原料包括聚丙烯70-80份、聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯10-15份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-8份、分解剂1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按照重量份数计,内层原料还包括邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯1-5份。
作为本发明的进一步设置,按照重量份数计,内层原料还包括聚谷氨酸甲酯短纤维3-5份。
作为本发明的进一步设置,分解剂为碳酸氢钠。
作为本发明的进一步设置,步骤S2与步骤S3之间还包括步骤S2’,所述步骤S2’为将制备好的内层复合树脂浸入固化胶黏剂中,浸渍时间为1-5min,之后200-500rmp转速下离心3-5min。
作为本发明的进一步设置,固化胶粘剂为聚醚型固化胶粘剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明在原料中添加了聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯,聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯为多支链结构,与聚丙烯之间相互缠绕,增加了GMT板材的膨胀率,使得吸音材料的孔隙率增加,增加了声波的射入量,而且使得声波在板材中有更长的传播路径,更多的声波在写玻纤的摩擦和振荡过程中转化为热能,透过汽车内饰顶棚的声波变少,提高房车的吸音效果。
2.本发明还采用的邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯,邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯能有效提高GMT材料的耐热氧化性和阻燃性能,能使GMT材料设置在汽车顶部时,提高对外部热量的隔绝性能,并且在着火时,能降低材料的燃烧概率,生烟量少,有效提高房车的安全性能。
3.本发明还添加了聚谷氨酸甲酯短纤维,聚谷氨酸甲酯短纤维能与聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯的支链相互吸引作用,提高聚对苯二甲酸亚丙基酯与聚丙烯的缠绕程度,提高材料的拉伸性能,同时也提高材料的缠绕无序性,增加声波在材料内部被反射的几率,有效提高吸音材料的吸引效果。

(1)力学性能:按照根据非织造布断裂强力测测试标准FZ/T60005-1991,采用YG028型万能强力仪,对熔喷非织造材料干态断裂强力进行测试;
(2)氧指数测试:采用HC-2CZ型氧指数测定仪对试样进行测试;
(3)烟密度测试:采用YM-3型建材烟密度测定仪对泡沫材料进行测试烟密度透光率;
(4)吸音性能:采用驻波管法测量不同试样的在100-5000Hz的平均吸音系数;
(5)孔隙率:采用PSM-165孔径测试仪以冒泡法测量并计算试样的孔隙率。
将实施例1-7的试样按照以上方法进行力学性能、氧指数、烟密度、吸音性能、孔隙率测试,结果如下表1:
