The working principle of the invention is as follows:

The sealing ring synchronous installation operation can be synchronously carried out on the two ends of the two-way sealing pipe, the sealing ring installation procedures of a plurality of two-way sealing pipes can be simultaneously carried out, the working efficiency is greatly improved, the economic benefit is improved, and the large-scale production is facilitated.
The equipment realizes the functions of the invention through the following steps, thereby solving the technical problems provided by the invention:
step one, when the horizontal displacement assembly 2 works, the output of the servo motor 24 drives the driving gear 25 to rotate, the driving gear 25 rotates to enable the bearing seat 6 to be slid to be horizontally displaced along the direction of the guide rail 22, and therefore the horizontal material moving function of the horizontal displacement assembly 2 is achieved.

Step three, when the rod body clamping claw 7 performs a clamping function on the rod body, the transmission rod 16 outputs and drives the first arc-shaped clamping claw 18 to rotate, the first arc-shaped clamping claw 18 drives the second ring tooth 21 meshed with the first arc-shaped clamping claw to rotate through the first ring tooth 19, the second ring tooth 21 drives the second arc-shaped clamping claw 20 fixedly connected with the second arc-shaped clamping claw to synchronously rotate, and therefore the opposite or opposite movement of the first arc-shaped clamping claw 18 and the second arc-shaped clamping claw 20 is achieved, and the clamping and loosening functions of the rod body clamping claw 7 are achieved.
And step four, when the rod body positioning mechanism works, the rod body is sequentially and horizontally placed at the top end of the rod body bearing seat 9 through the arc mounting groove 10, and the material taking and placing avoiding groove 11 is used for avoiding a sealing tube feeding mechanical arm and a sealing tube discharging mechanical arm, so that the material taking and placing operation of the rod body is facilitated.
And step five, when the O-shaped sealing ring feeding assembly 4 feeds the O-shaped sealing rings, the O-shaped sealing rings are conveyed to the end part of the feeding channel through the vibrating feeding disc 27, and then the O-shaped sealing ring feeding and discharging mechanism on the O-shaped sealing ring mounting assembly 5 is used for feeding a plurality of sealing rings at one time, so that the O-shaped sealing ring feeding process is realized.
Step six, when the turnover mechanism works, the electric push plate 29 is output through the second air cylinder 28 and pushed forwards, so that the hinge rod 30 is driven to move, the hinge rod 30 drives the hinge mounting plate 31 to rotate around the hinge end, and the turnover function of the turnover mechanism is further realized.
And seventhly, when the pushing mechanism works, the pushing plate 33 is pushed to descend through the third air cylinder 32, and then the O-shaped sealing ring material taking and placing mechanism fixedly installed on the pushing plate 33 is driven to take materials or install the materials.
Step eight, when the O-shaped sealing ring taking and placing mechanism works, the pushing plate 33 descends to drive the O-shaped sealing ring clamping seat 34 to descend synchronously, the arc plate 35 located below the O-shaped sealing ring clamping seat 34 clamps the O-shaped sealing ring on the outer side wall of the arc plate 35, the material stop ring 36 stops the sealing ring above the arc plate 35 to complete the feeding function of the sealing ring, when the material is required to be fed, the bottom end of the arc plate 35 abuts against the top end of the pipe body, the pushing plate 33 continues to be pushed forwards to enable the spring 37 to be compressed, the material contact ring 38 enables the sealing ring to fall off from the material stop ring 36, the feeding process of the sealing ring is achieved, after the material feeding is completed, the spring 37 recovers, and the reset function of the O-shaped.
